The first Muay Thai event I ever went to, was to watch Ash Uddin fight at a Blood and Glory event. Since that day I have been hooked. He is truly an inspiring chap a proper role model for kids. Find something u enjoy doing & #KeepDoingIt bruh... Coach @ashpocketrocket took this sneaky pic during class while i was tryina get my Sagat from Street fighter on hitting pads..😂😂. I'm gonna take this opportunity 2 say if u live in the #London area & wanna get fit or learn #boxing, #muythai or #kickboxing then follow him & hit him up for either #personaltraining or 2 come 2 a class (in East London & Central as well) & believe me u won't be disappointed bruh... 3 years in & i can definitely say I'm glad 2 have found this #MuthaLuva as a trainer & friend. The best ppl 2 learn from imo r ppl who r active or have been at some point and he's been both (only recently retired) u can check out his fights online where he's had 2 deal with guys bigger than him for majority of his active career as there aren't many in his weight-class round these parts.. basically using his brain 2 outfight the bigger dude which says a lot. The last thing i expected 2 be chatting 2 ppl about @ that gym was #HipHop as i needed 2 find something else other than my day-job 2 keep my hyperactive arse in check & low & behold i end up talking 2 him about all things good since the #GoldenEra haha...
