on the topic of being scammed fun fact i almost had mine and all of my coworkers shit stolen just bc i was too busy staring at a sexy man with a neck tattoo:333333

two guys came into our store on a very boring and slow day and then made their way to the back right away (where the counter and the cash register is yk)(and the changing rooms)(and the staff room door) aaaand everything was fine and normal the first guy said hi and then proceeded to look through the clothes while the sexy handsome guy (did not say hello btw i was very . upset abt that)(but he was so pretty i got over it way too fast).

and then the first guy disappeared behind the corner so i thought he went to try on some clothes right, aand his friend was looking through some clothes kind of in front of me or like directly in my line of sight - the changing rooms and the staff room door were right behind him and so when he caught me staring at him i had to look away bc well . awkward or whatever.

anyway a minute go by and the sexy man doesn't really move anywhere though i could see him glancing at me (i was blushing and kicking my feet eeeeeeeeeee) aaaaaaaaaaaaand then suddenly his friend comes back out and they leave, didn't buy anything. that's fine.

just as they're stepping out of the store, the staff room door opens and my manager's head pops out, calling me to her. i go over and she goes.

"the guy came in here."

huh ?

she asks whether i saw that or not and i'm like ???????? NO???? I THOUGHT HE WAS TRYING ON CLOTHES????????????????? and my manager laughs and she's like nope . that man stepped into the staff room very boldly and looked around for a second before trying to walk over to where the computer is and yk the SAFE😭😭 only to be stopped by my manager who was just trying to enjoy her lunch around the corner . the guy apologized and said he thought that was the changing room lmao mind you the second you pushed open the door the first thing you'd see is the BATHROOM so . yeah hsadghsaghdghsadhgshga

anyway i told her that i genuinely did not see him come in and then i realized that.. his friend really was standing RIGHT in the line of sight, like no wonder he was staring at me he was making sure i wouldn't catch his friend go into the fucking staff room😭😭😭my manager told me that that is one of the tricks some Stealers use,, like if i had moved from behind the counter the sexy man would've probably tried to come and ask me for help or smth yk?

it's so silly the guy didn't even need to really do anything i was there twirling my hair like oh em gee he's looking at me eeeeee:333333333 while his friend was trying to steal our phones and stuff😭😭😭
