I have a question about your drawings, They are so "fluid", so "evident" (it's weird adjective but it's positive and I just feel like you give the characters so much personality and humanity!) so, hope you don't mind. :) it's more a workflow question.

Are they all final illustrations from the beginning? Or do you choose one specific drawing between a lot more and finalize the pic? Do you use references for ideas/palette/movement? How ideas come to you?

Sorry if it feels clumsy, it's just can be summarized as "how you work" for short. (But English is still a bit hard for me.')

as for your question, i usually dont start an illustration with the idea fully formed from the start, i tend to improvise a lot along the way. in fact, i almost never start a drawing on its own canvas, rather i have one huge canvas (huge for me is 5000x4000 px) and then just put a ton of doodles on there, then i'll pick out the ones i'd like to finish later and put them on their own canvases. here's what my doodle canvases usually look like:

and yeah usually when im stuck on a pose, i'll look up a reference for it, or just use myself as a reference if i can! also doing a gesture drawing exercise can help you a lot with intuitively conveying movement in your sketches.

as for palletes, while i know quite a bit about colour theory, i honestly find it quite hard to apply it in my own art! haha ;;; i also tend to lean more on flat colour than detailed shading. usually though, its better to make sure your values are good when picking a pallete.

you can do this really easily by making a layer bucket-filled with black above your art, then putting its layer mode on "Colour", like so:
