im thinking about possession aftereffects that linebeck experiences immediately after the events of phantom hourglass, so here are bullet points i have down for my own ideas

he’s out cold for roughly five days after the fight. he’s conscious for a bit after being freed, but it doesn’t take long for him to collapse once he’s transported back to the great sea. link finds him when he reaches his ship to see him again (he takes a lifeboat or w/e from tetras ship its a whole thing and not the point) and ends up having to take care of him for those five-ish days.

while he’s out cold, he develops a bad fever, and has a good few physical injures from being possessed; all of his wounds from being possessed manifest as burns, the worst wounds bring cauterized and mostly closed, while smaller ones are still open wounds. the largest wound is a large burn covering most of his back, which is cauterized by the time he passes out, and then there are smaller, still open burns on his upper arms and legs. (the smaller wounds are manageable by link when he follows some medical instructions, [there are some medical books on the ship] the larger one is also manageable, but takes a lot longer to properly heal).

(link asks tetra and her crew to stick around for a while to keep linebeck stabilized while he’s unconscious. when linebeck wakes up, tetra and her crew are good to leave because then linebeck can better report what’s going on, and knows how to handle injuries).

linebeck’s fever persists after he wakes up, and he experiences… pretty much every fever symptom, with especially bad chills and full-body aches. the aches are really bad for the first few days after he wakes up, he’s extremely physically weak and shaky for a while, too. that weakness and shakiness get better with time, but he doesnt go entirely back to normal without actually moving around and doing things to build that strength back up.

he’s delirious and struggles to stay awake for those first few conscious days, too, which makes that weakness and shakiness worse; he struggles to eat and drink water, and struggles to string together thoughts or words to talk to link, and both of them figure out pretty quickly that they’ll have to wait a bit longer before so much as an attempt to coax him out of bed can be made.

beyond existing problems with food, linebeck struggles to keep anything down while he recovers, and becomes ill pretty much every time after he eats anything, so a bucket is kept near his bed. with water, he obviously needs to drink a lot of it considering that he’s feverish, injured, and vomiting frequently, but while he’s sick he has a bit of an irrational fear of water (along with an irrational fear of air and the wind, which makes him hesitant to go outside while he’s sick).

he’s generally pretty irritable, which isn’t particularly new, but it makes him prone to refusing help with certain things. he’s less irritable when tired and just resting. he’s also especially nervous, and despite the overall fatigue, he struggles to sleep for very long while he’s sick, and as said before, is often delirious and even confused when things are bad.

along with the other difficulties eating, linebeck has a hard time swallowing for a bit, and salivates a lot more than normal while he’s sick. he is soooo fucking dehydrated the whole time and that really doesn’t help.

while the weakness and shakiness stays for the entire time he’s sick and even a bit afterwards, for the first few days after he wakes up he’s stiff and also experiences some muscle spasms and numbness in his limbs, and has a hard time keeping his balance the first few times he gets out of bed.

once the sickness clears up fully, linebeck has to still be careful with the scar on his back; it’s sensitive to touch for a while and hurts when exposed to the sun or air for too long and when he stretches his back too far, but eventually just reaches the point where it’s a bit sensitive but is otherwise just a large scar.

obviously he’s also going through the wringer in an emotional and mental illness sense too but those would require a whole new bullet point list.

Primarily I've written for My Hero Academia (40 out of the total 55). But I've also written for Kingdom Hearts, The World Ends With You, and more recently Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom.

I'm...genuinely shocked one of my LoZ fics is up there??? And so high??? 1, 3, 4, and 5 are all from my hero fanfics which is not surprising and most of them are super old. Number 2 I only posted in June and it was my first fic for LoZ so that's...interesting to say the least.

5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?

I try to! The last year or so I've had a hard time working up the energy or finding the words to respond to comments, sometimes. But whenever I do gather up the energy to do it, I tend to answer everything in my inbox in one fell swoop! And I always really appreciate getting them so tbh sometimes I feel bad that it can take so much energy to reply....

6. What's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

Oh gosh idk if I have anything that qualifies as an angsty ending lol. Maybe Tarantism (a KH fic) because it's supposed to be feelsy and then the ending is one of those "it's just a dream" things haha.

7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

Happiest...probably A Family's Orbit? The story has married izuocha with their first kid who they're not sure when or if she'll have a Quirk of her own. But the one-shot ends pretty happy.

8. Do you get hate on fics?

Hmmmm I've gotten a handful of complaints on Drops of Jupiter, on occasion. Usually just people telling me I'm going too slow (when I put in the author's notes of the very first chapter that it's "the slowest of slow burns" smh). Or this one time someone told me I didn't give Deku enough victories in the fic and it would be way better if I did.

Outside of that though, I can't think of any on my other stuff. I've been blessed with very kind commentors, I think.

9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?

I've written a couple for Izuocha. But yknow usually, in all honesty, I've only ever written smut out of spite? The two fics I have (Burning Heat and Homecoming) were written in opposition to fandom tendencies at the time. Mostly everyone was talking about Izuku like someone who was a sex addict/sex god and Ochako was just kind of there. And I said "actually I think Deku's on the ace spectrum and probably mostly just cares about pleasing his partner than anything" and thus they were born. I haven't reread them in ages though that said lol

10. Do you write crossovers? What's the craziest one you've written?

Generally, no. However, about a year or so ago I got really into twewy again because I had just finished playing NEO:The World Ends With You. So I came up with a concept that kind of meshes twewy's concept with the my hero world? I only have one chapter posted of Death By Proxy so far, but I have an outline and little details written down whenever I'm in the right headspace for it. For what it's worth, you don't really need to know about twewy to read it, because Izuku finds out how everything works at the same time you do lol

11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?

Not to my knowledge. Here's hoping it stays that way lol

Not that I know of? I've never been asked about it anyway.

Not explicitly? I feel like I help out my friends with their stories and vice versa, but not really.

Probably Izuocha, just going by the numbers.

15. What's a WIP you want to finish, but doubt you ever will?

Hmmm probably Eri-sitting? I really want to finish it at some point, and I posted the first part with every intention of doing it. But I never figured out the way I wanted to start chapter 2. Maybe someday though. Also!!! I did start writing a fanfic based off of heroes of the dark, but I didn't end up finishing it because it contrasted how the story ended and I thought completing that would be in poor taste with that said lol

16. What are your writing strengths?

Hmmm I've always found dialogue and characterization comes easier to me than I think it does to most others? There's always been discussions I've seen where people are like "oh sometimes the characters just do what they want" and I've never really...had that happen? Or at least not in a way that completely alters a story like I've seen people say. Little actions or pieces of dialogue that take me by surprise, sure, but like never anything that completely alters a plot beat I had planned. But usually at least for me, the plot beats are so centered around who they are or how they act that the odds of them veering off course are incredibly slim, if that makes sense

God I'm rambling uh dialogue and characterization I guess was my point haha.

17. What are your writing weaknesses?

Probably description is the thing I have the hardest time with. Some people are so good at writing a setting and making everything seem so like immersive in that way. For me, I don't see the point in describing something unless it's like relevant and so my description tends to be very to the point.

Also estimating a story's length. Usually I come up with a concept and then I'll say "oh yeah this'll only be this long" and then I start writing and writing and realize I had a lot more to say than I thought I did initially. This has happened a handful of times now haha

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic.

I definitely don't see anything wrong with it. I usually only do it for small phrases, myself, but partially because I'm not fluent in anything except for English. And I generally try to do some research or I'll check with friends if I have any who speak the language I'm using.

19. First fandom you wrote for?

Kingdom Hearts! Back in the days of yore, yours truly actually wrote KH retellings with OCs back on quizilla lmao. I wrote quite a lot back then although with how long it's been most of the things I posted on there don't exist anymore. But that was back during 8th grade when I started.

20. Favourite fic you've ever written?

Oh hmm I don't know. I feel like favorites is tough because I like a lot of my stories but for different reasons. I'm exceedingly proud of Drops of Jupiter for example. And I think it's been a true adventure to write and does have some of my best work in it as a result.

But I also think some of the prose and concepts I've made for Call From the Wild has a special place in my heart. It's very different from...basically anything else I've ever written because most ever other fic is "modern" in a manner of speaking and this was my first time writing something that's...decidedly not lol. I also think I'm fond of it because it's adhering to canon while allowing me the creativity to come up with how certain things happened since the details before the Calamity in botw are pretty limited...

Basically I guess my favorite kind of fic I've written is anything that really allows me to go nuts creatively.

😭😭 got one of my designs tagged Linked Universe recently as well. Kinna laughed it off, because to be honest its such a weird thing to assume was Linked Universe (it was Dusky from MonsFus, y'know. Rancher's wolf form) but it still feels. 🧍‍♂️🧍‍♂️

Tagging unrelated AUs as Linked Universe is kind of like tagging a picture of a bulb of garlic onions for "organisational purposes". It's not Linked Universe, you're kot being organised, you're filling Jojo's AU with clutter from Other unrelated and unique AUs.

Linked Universe is a wonderful AU, but it's someone else's and it feels unfair and disheartening to have your hard work be slotted under someone else's. It's like you're telling that person, silently, that Jojo's AU is better. No AU is inherently better than the other.

I get the intent 😭 but goodness gracious, if you see a post NOT tagged with Linked Universe, do not tag it with Linked Universe. That also goes for regulat LoZ art. Please, if someone draws WW Link, do NOT tag it Linked Universe. 😭😭 that's literally just as annoying and upsetting.

I've been in the Linked Universe fandom for three (coming on four) years now, and this is not meant to be an attack on people. Just a plea that people be more mindful when they tag their stuff--both in tumblr AND A03.

(Begging you....do not tag ur fics every Link if some of those boys breathe for a sentence and never appear again, stop tagging each LU fic with every game the Linkd appear in I beg you. Sometimes I just wanna read general Wind Waker and its SWOLLEN with Linked Universe fics that aren't even ABOUT Wind. The amount of Wild centric Wind appears Once fics in Wind Waker is downright annoying to me. They aren't 😭 even tagged Linked Universe either so I can't filter them).

(Oh and also, credit Jojo's art when you post screenshots. She's a person too guys 😭😭)

I wonder... does this blog have enough reach in the fandom that we could try and finally put a stop to people tagging unrelated AUs as LU.

The correct term to use is "Links meet AU" and the reason the mistagging hurts is because:

A) It dismisses the creativity of the work. Its a lot like saying someone's original character looks like a fictional character you know. It may be a small unintended insult but it can be demoralising and make them not wish to share their art anymore.

B) It connects all AUs of this type to Jojo, the creator of LU. That comic was not the first links meet au by a long shot. YES her work inspired many of us to start our own imagines of the same base concept, but that does not make them Linked Universe. It's like claiming someone inspired by spider-man deciding to explore the superhero genre is just making more spider-man.

Yes this may be a small issue, but I've been working on this webcomic since 2020 and still get those demoralising tags. I've been silently baring it long enough. Even worse is seeing how it hurts fellow creators in the fandom.

I don't like asking this but... Please spread this post and if you'd like: add your own experiences below. Maybe we can change things around here.

hmm, if we're talking tumblr in general i'd say it's navigation? obviously the new update is. h h h. but more like. finding new blogs feels clunky even after all these years. browsing the tags has always felt unfinished to me, especially if you're trying to find new people or specific blogs. i guess you could argue it's not horrible but. i dunno how to properly explain it but i feel like the organization of it all still has a lot of room for improvement.

in terms of rp stuff ( and/or specifically the loz scene? ) probably the totk hangups. i'm certainly not innocent in this but all in all what totk did for the series is, like. fine. i haven't gotten the chance to play it but from what i've seen the controls seem similar if not identical to botw, with some gameplay improvements or downgrades depending on your playstyle. graphics wise? lovely, beautiful, and i enjoy open world rpgs -- to an extent. the story though? it's. meh. i'm glad for people who really enjoyed it and were happy with what came out, but i feel like there was a lot of wasted potential. yet i still wouldn't call it a horrible game, even with my grievances of 'tendo basically borking their self proclaimed timeline and characterizations. i think people are welcome to complain about what they did and didn't like but i'm also like. over it as a whole.

( that MIGHT be because i'm just an eternal twilight princess fan, but... hey. what can i say???? the print is on the package, LMAO. )

for improvement? easy answer is to get better at doing graphics and getting my nose to the grindstone with drawing! logistically speaking tho? i'd have to say i am always seeking to better my writing for Midna. anything i write is me basically second guessing myself if i've done her justice or if i've done enough to offer my partner something to work with. i envy people who have a way with words that flow while also maintaining the essence of the character they're writing, canon or oc. i think my style of writing is pretty bland and ramble-y, so if i can by any chance improve what i offer to others i'd say it's a big win!

Favorite posted oneshot: An exercise in Grief. I loved writing this to absolute death, it was essentially my combined love and agony and grief and thoughts in general about AoC: Hyrule warriors and it bothered me for WEEKS when it received so little engagement for something I enjoyed writing and cared about so much. for all my talk and several fics over mipha and her tragedy (as well as the botw champions in general) this fic was kind of my magnum opus Mipha Grief™ fic. i still reread it when I replay aoc, i dont reread any of my own fics but this one.

Favorite posted Multi-chap: Somehow still a very hard question. It's pretty finely tied between Guiding Instinct, Deeply Whelved, Within Risk of Reason, and Dead Man's Handle, honestly... but if i really, really had to choose, then Guiding Instinct. I've had that story in my head for over a decade. I may not be actively working on it, at the moment, but it's such a fun concept and ties together like all of my favorite tropes to read AND write ever

Favorite NON-POSTED fic: Bit of a cheat, since I'm the only one who has read any of these, but my undertale fics! I love them desperately, I spent several months MIA just writing those frantically for no one but ME. I reread them before I go to sleep, I love them so goddamn much I seriously considered making ANOTHER ao3 account just to post them.

Yes. Of course. Of course I have. ksdajknbhjvgdhbask. None of my Depths ao3, but several on my nsfw account! I haven't actually used the tag in 2 years, but actually now that I think about it I should probably add it to a couple of my Depths' fics due to violence and such. I reread some of my loz stuff recently to answer comments and theres, definitely some excessive injury in those that couple maybe use better tagging,, in general, dead dove would technically apply to most of my fics, since i do my best to Fully tag them. You get what you see, u feel? Dead dove doesnt just apply to nsfw, after all.

hey i get where ur coming from and i get i didnt explain well in my tags bc i didn't wanna derail bc ngl i tend to ramble and get off topic but i saw one of the the hc creator reply and i get how u can be offended from my tags which i am genuinely sorry about! i didn't realize it could come off as me being "oh blue bad so trans blue bad!!!" which was NOT my intent. as a feminine nonbinary person w/ a lot of trans friends i dont want ppll to think im some cis idiot who looks down on gnc trans ppl or dont like trans hcs for characters i think r gender conforming honestly i see the four swords links as all trans men tho she/her blue i genuinely do think is a good hc i only put it yhere bc i LITTERLY haven't seen she/her red which i did get told was also popular so from what i personally saw i was iffy if the hc was rooted in anything deeper bc i tend to be sceptical of fandoms bc of stuff im going to explain if u here me out, i know my cynicism was seen as me insulting a hc so i get why u were aggressive but pls dont assume my intentions based off one post.

to explain rlly what i ment i have to be clear that i am in the cookie run fandom and that fandom has a LOT of queer characters many r canon nonbinary and there r a lot of widespread trans hcs. in that fandom, in the past, i specifically was very uneducated on trans stereotypes so when a very masculine cookie who for years the fandom saw as a man but had no canon prounons was announced to be a woman the fandom for a hot minute(including me) saw them as a trans woman. some trans ppl in the fandom got uncomfortable w/ that including some of my friends and one of my friend's friend explained the possibile transphobia of the hc and in a fandom never adopting widespread trans hcs for characters unless the fandom assumed they were the opposite gender ie a he/him cookie in makeup and a dress was always hced to use she/her or be a trans man. and at that time i genuinely was shocked that ppl were making these hcs w/ those intentions bc i never considered that bf. and in general? cookie run fandom just has so many issues man ppl never respect the nonbinary characters genders or any lesbain codded characters so ive learned to look at hcs that i see get adopted w/ a cynical eye bc im like "is this hc popular bc ppl see trans ppl that way or bc they like the character?" i am heavily fandom critical bc ive been burned before so id rather point out a possible issue in a hc than ignore it bc im giving the op the benefit of the doubt, i dont trust ppl like that anymore bc i have to be more critical of the things i see nowadays

now loz fandom while not perfect, is leagues better than my past fandoms and im glad for that. thats why i put that in the tags not the main post bc i was genuinely curious if it was from a fic bc i did read a few fics w/ she/her blue so i was actually looking forward to reading a new one lol or if it was a post seeing how it blew up. my intention was never to say "oh only she/her blue is popular" or something it was to say "oh ive seen she/her blue around alot wheres that from?" i mentioned vio/shadow they/them bc ive also seen that a lot but didn't mention she/her red bc i havent seen that like ever tho i was told its a thing so yeah ig the point of my og post more so was i havent seen a lot of the four swords fandom which is true bc i dont check fandom tags a lot and read fics once in a blue moon nowadays

blue in itself was never the issue btw, i think i need to point that out that i never even had an issue. i just have seen a lot of ppl make blue out to be the angry violent one whos hard headed and never listens before swinging. these r sterotypicaly masciunle behaviors and while blue in canon is stubborn and brash hes not as bad as some fics have portrayed him which has in general made me critical of how i see him in fandom and one of the reasons i rlly do not interact w/ four swords fandom in general bc blue honestly has so much potential as the groups protector and ppl just...over look it.

which is WHY i pointed out it was stereotypical to make the most agressive one in the group trans bc it IS a sterotype even if u urself don't personaly mean it that way or lean into that trope that DOESN'T mean me as an outsider can not see a trope ove seen and be wary of it. that is not an attack on those w/ the hc that is me as a feminine nonbinary person w/ transfem friends that likes a character and is worried ppl might be steering into a direction ive seen bf. that is something while u dont have to acknowledge u gotta be a lil aware of even if u urself have never written blue to be the "agressive one." it is a trope ive seen a lot and this is to be clear not bc im saying u or others r writting blue like that, its bc i am wary in general. i can admit i didnt word that well at all i do like the hc and respect the ppl who use it! i was relieved it HASN'T been used that way which is why i said i gave a thumbs up bc it was honestly refreshing to see. let me be transparent and say i havent once seen a she/her blue i disagreed w/ or i felt was leaning into bad blue tropes every she/her blue ive seen has been written well and respectfully which makes sense if queer/trans writters are making her

has anyone so far that ive seen done such stereotyping? no, from what ive seen the fandom has done an excellent job writting her tbh bc the best blue portrayals have been in a few fics ive seen w/ she/her blue, i think one was called color theory? it was rlly relatable, ive always liked blue as a character and never rlly liked how some fans portrayed her bc imo it was one dimensional writing. which is why i was like hm where did this come from! its an interesting hc and dodges more toxic blue tropes, but that doesn't mean i cant be wary still it just means i in general approve of the hc and have my wariness on the back burner.

the implications that i dont like ppl making transfem hcs of their favs kinda points to me that u have never been on my acc bf or clicked on my pinned post. which is fair, if u felt attacked and just replied out of hurt then thats fine but pls be aware of who u r talking to when u wanna demean a person bc u assume they cant think critically about media and assume they dislike transfem hcs in general bc like man i have multiple transfem links and nb links in my hc pinned post i literally am not the one to tell about let ppl hc what they want my hcs r wild dude i know

i didn't know where the hc came from which is why i made the post i didnt know if it was made by someone unconsciously linking those behaviors in blue to that hc and not being aware of that or from someone trans in themself which is what i assumed regardless but i am a cynic w/ fandom bc i have literally had to have been told by trans woman friends in the past i wasn't seeing their issues and to be fair back then i wasnt. me as a person i can admit im rlly obtuse sometimes and my words never come off like i mean them too im sorry, i didnt put that there to offend anyone. i put it there bc i was scared the hc could have been something unintentionally bad and while i didnt think it was, i have in the past given ppl the benefit of the doubt w/ queer hcs widespread only to learn the orgin was something rooted in misogyny/homophobia/transphpbia. so i added those tags as a reassurence to myself if someone replied w/ something like "oh the op sucked so we just reclaimed it"(which, has happened bf in fandoms im in).

im happy the hc came from a place of love like i assumed! i do genuinely like that and im glad to know some ppl i follow started it. im glad honesty im the only one who was a lil wary seeing it which imo means the creators r trusted ppl in the fandom so i didnt have to worry, pls be aware of all i said above tho and dont assume my intentions were sinister or i dont like the hc just bc of my fandom wariness its kinda unfair to me as a person u got agressive and projected what i assume r things uve also seen in the fandom onto me(ie "blue is the bad agressive one!!!") bc u think i was trying to attack a hc.

idk if thats why u replied that way or if it was something eles honesty im not upset u were mad or anything i get wanting to defend a trans hc from perceived backlash(lord knows ive sent my fair share of eassys defending my favs lmao). but also pls be aware not everything u see in a 2 sentence tag is how u first read it and u could have just pointed out where i offended u w/out being agressive bc ur upset i didnt give u the benefit of the doubt when u in turn also didnt give it to me.

i get me writing out a multiparagraph eassy is gonna seem like a lot for a reply but as i said in the beginning i am a verbose person and the way i get my thoughts in order is to write them out. since u personally misinterpreted what i meant bc of my admittedly lacking context tags, pls read this all the way through to actually get what i tried to say in my tags.

tldr: i literally as a nonbinary person w/ trans friends do not give even the most wholesome seeming trans hcs the benifit of the doubt if i clock they mightve fallen intona sterotype unless i know the origin which is partially why i asked and partially i wanted to see if there was a good fic i coulda got my hands on. its great the hc is a Thing tm rland made by queer ppl who like making their favs transfem! im queer and like making my favs trans as well! there is no beef only me pointing out a possible thing i was uncomfortable about bc i lacked the origin of the hc so pls dont take it as a personal attack it is literally just me not trusting fandoms to treat trans characters right even if the fandom is a majority queer 👍

River Runs Dry (AO3, tag)

A FF7 time travel fix-it fic where Cloud time travels from the end of AC to pre-CC era Midgar, appearing in an explosion with the remnants just after he defeated Sephiroth (Yazoo and Loz attacked him before Kadaj disappeared into the lifestream).

Chapter 3 is now posted! One more chapter will mark the end of the first arc. It's been a while since I've updated but I'm trying I swear

Cloud Strife and Genesis Rhapsodos: Time Traveling Extraordinaires (AO3, tag)

Yet another ff7 time travel au where Cloud and Genesis (both from my post-dirge) mess around with an old Science Department prototype and get thrown back to 1 year before the training accident that triggered Genesis's degradation. They proceed to act like the chaos gremlins that they are and make a right mess of things.

Chapter 2 is done! Chapter 3 has been planned and started...

Tsurugi AU (AO3, tag)

Another FF7 time travel au where a post-Dirge (not canon Dirge - because that’s a travesty - but my own headcanon of the events, found here) Cloud goes back to the beginning of the Wutai War and decides to fight for Wutai under the pseudonym “Tsurugi”, taking care to not reveal his status as both a foreigner and a SOLDIER.

3 drabbles done, 4th drabble is in the works.

For All the Miles On the Clock (tag)

Yet another FF7 time travel fix-it, this time with WEAPON Cloud! This Cloud comes from essentially the same bad end timeline as my other WEAPON Cloud aus, but this one progressed quicker than most of the others and thus the world ended several years sooner. In going back, however, he ends up in a world slightly to the left of the one he lived in, a world where Cloud wakes up from his mako coma slightly earlier and saves Zack's life, taking the killing blow himself and dying. It starts from approximately OG timeline, incorporates aspects of remake, and goes off the rails from there. Also, Cloud has wings!

I'm working my way through the first chapter now, but I'm probably gonna try and get a good chunk written before I post any of it.

Hurricanes (tag)

A good end AU of Aimeelouart's fic "The Adversary Fell, Like Lightning From the Heavens", within itself is an AU of Violetgril's fic "the lightning that preceded it struck no one but myself". In it, the Cloud from my Leviathan's Emissary AU (a WEAPON!Cloud within my Fool's Gold continuity) is found before Junior arrives and is able to bring about a truly good end.

My writing

I write either star wars or Linked Universe fics. My favorite tropes are found family and hurt/comfort. Occasionally I dip into crack and humor, but I am just as likely to verge into horror and whump. For the love of whatever power you believe in, read the tags. I try to tag my fics appropriately, but ultimately what you read is up to you. If you feel that I have missed an important tag, let me know! I am always happy to make sure my fics are tagged properly.

Head canons are the spice of life and I flavor my fics with them. Liberally and often without further context. If you are ever curious about them, ask and I will GLADLY info dump.

I'm currently working through the last of my 100 follower fic prompts, which have been slowed down by the release of SSHD. I don't generally take writing requests, but feel free to send them in and I might write something for them. At the very least I will respond with my thoughts on the idea!

Hello, dear reader, I hope you’re doing well!! Au’s and tropes, you ask? *cracks knuckles* Oho, I’ve been waitin’ for this...

-Lemme start out with the obvious: EVERYONE LIVES/NOBODY DIES. I literally cannot handle shit when my favourite character dies so...hehe...let’s just ignore that completely and read shit where they’re alive and happy! If I wanna cry, I’ll go watch Jojo. If I wanna feel all nice and warm and shit, this is the fucking tag, man. 

-Found families!!! I fucking love it when all the homies are out supporting each other and becoming family to each other because they don’t have anyone else, shit is just so cute (This should be a pretty obvious one considering my writing hehe)

-Sickfics??? They just hit the spot for me. Just the right level of hurt/comfort to make me feel all nice and satisfied by the time the fic is done! First time I ever read a fanfic was when I was a kid and on the family iPad and I accidentally stumbled upon some LoZ sickfic. I am not even kidding when I say that little me thought that ‘sickfic’ was the only kind of fanfic. Let’s just say I was literally obsessed and I believe I owe that moment in my life to why and how I write now (because my notebooks were FILLED with angsty fanfics once my mom looked through the iPad search history and was like “dude.” I thought “Hey, I can’t read this anymore, so I should write it!” 

The content in those notebooks are awful and sometimes I go back and read them just to see how far I’ve come. Remind me to show them to the world one day.

-That one trope where it’s like “Five times ______ did ______ and one time they ____” Every time I see shit like that I get all excited and I honestly have no idea why. Hell, I don’t even care if it ends on a sad note, I’ll still read it like there’s no tomorrow! (although I have yet to write one)

-I have no idea whether to pinpoint this to “found families” or not, but that one trope when all the characters are living in the same house. It’s just *sniff* there’s so much potential

-Modern or college au’s, baby! What’s better than seeing my favourite characters act like fucking idiots and try to navigate this world’s stressful reality?? Well, maybe sickfics but thAT IS BESIDES THE POINT-

As for some stuff specifically for Jojo:

-Mudad or Jonadad!! There aren’t a lot of these fics out there but I honestly think this au is fucking precious and I just want Giorno to have a nice childhood, even if it’s in another universe  T_T

-Ok this might sound weird but. College au’s but only Caejose college au’s. The two of them just radiate dumbass college boy energy already and you don’t have to fuck with the ages to make them older/younger, so I believe this au is the fucking sweet spot

-Stuff like pt 3 Caesar, pt 4 Kakyoin, etc...that stuff just makes me happy, what can I say?

Song stuck in my head: The end credits to Legacy of the Wizard (which is SUCH a jam, thank you for enlightening me @jessicafish) Following and followers: 227 (goodness just looking at that number is stress-inducing) and...104?! When the HECK did you all get here??? I think just last summer I was happily floating about in the 50′s. Anyways, to anyone I have not said hello, hello! Hope you enjoy your stay, and I am sincerely sorry if you expected Quality Original Content, or even just regularly scheduled other people’s content. Sadly, neither of these things tend to happen here. 

Amount I sleep: During the school year it’s usually anywhere between 30 minutes and 6 hours (DON’T EVEN START BUBBLES YOU HAVE NO RIGHT), usually landing in the 3/4 hour ranges if I’m smart about it, but now that I am on Unofficial Break, it’s usually at least around 6 hours (except today was 3 because Avatar is an excellent show and the weirdos in this house have regularly scheduled breakfast at 9-something every morning). Sadly my sleep schedule can only be forced to tolerate normalcy for so long before careening back in the other direction, so we’ll see if this is just a blip or if we’re back to normal mid-Atlantic Ocean hours!

Lucky number(s): I wouldn’t say these are necessarily favorite numbers, but I do like 2 and 9. But come to think of it, second attempts at Official Things do tend to go better for me than first attempts, so maybe there’s some merit there after all! Dream Job: Don’t think I’m really cut out for dreaming anymore, haha (unless you are a theoretical future employer in which case I am Extremely Full of Ambition and Passion). The bed-adjacent metaphor has been made, and not to brag, but I can sleep on pretty much any surface. Currently studying my Not Favorite aspect of STEM (was there ever a favorite or did I just like being good at things sometimes) and learning how to People™ properly (and also learning a gazillion convoluted drug names like what the heck dude, did you just fall asleep on your typewriter coming up with these), so I’ll take whatever place hires me and pays me enough not to depend on my parents for everything, I suppose. In an ideal world, that would entail a job where I could make friends, and even more importantly, a job where my shortcomings would not cause Massive and Irreparable Harm, but I don’t think this line of work really meshes with that last one, so I guess I’ll either have to get my shit together™ extremely soon or fake my death, adopt an alias, and flee to a completely new place with no ties whatsoever before trying to get another, less high stakes job. 

(Though I guess, less cynically, I like helping people well enough? And stories are fun! Maybe there could’ve been something with that. Not that there still can’t be, mind, but there’s still a long way to go between Here and There)

Yes, there is a specific reason, and yes, you may already know what it is, and thankfully no, that life span projection no longer holds true, assuming access to Modern Medicine! 

Favourite Authors: Okay I have not read enough various books of enough various authors to be able to answer this, so I’m just gonna go with a few books instead. They are not necessarily all-time favorites, but I enjoyed reading them very much at the time and more often than not go back to them for comfort reads: The Martian, any of first three Harry Potter books, and The Rise of Kiyoshi. (That last one’s not really a comfort read but I am drowning in Loving Kiyoshi juice so here we are)

Favourite Animal Noises: Certain kinds of birds (UNLESS it’s some ungodly hour of the morning and you’re trying to sleep)? Ooh, and crickets! 

Aesthetic: A slob, but like...a comfy slob. An incredibly disorganized hermit who is happy to mill about in the uncontrolled entropy. (Are we talking about what aesthetic I give off, or what I like to look at, visually? Because I like space, and water, and mountains, and forests, and forests ON mountains, OOH and forests on mountains at night where you can see space, perhaps reflected in a body of water. Or just water, idk. Different things are pretty to look at at different times)
