I always say that the patriarchy wouldn't exist if it weren't for women who uphold it. Having said that, I present to you:
Pearl Davis
Tumblr media
She's famous for being an anti-feminist woman.
On June 28, 2023, she stated in a Twitter video that "women should not vote" and that "the courts, the legal system, all of society is basically pandering and simping for women." In an interview with Ethan Klein on the H3 Podcast, she stated that "if feminists want the right to vote, right, then it should come with the draft." In the same interview, she argued that divorce should be illegal
Tumblr media
She claimed that 16-year-old girls are 'hotter' than 26-year-olds
Tumblr media
She also said 'Why can’t women in their 30s take the L and just ACCEPT that women in their 20s are more attractive'
Tumblr media
She thinks that it's a woman's fault if her male partner cheats, that men should be able to hit women back, and that women don't deserve a man who makes 6 figures if they are obese
She said that when unmarried women get pregnant it is "99.9999% the woman's fault"
She claimed that women past the age of 30 who are childless and unmarried are over-the-hill (Pearl herself is 27, not married and childless)
All I will say is - just don't be like Pearl

Idk if anyone else will understand this but Lily reminds me a lot of Ethan Klein from the H3 podcast. Ethan was an OG edgy YouTuber but he did a rebrand within the last few years to seem more progressive. But even after this change he still couldn’t take criticism very well. He admitted he doesn’t know any black people, he yelled at a black viewer because she called in to set him straight about the Will Smith Oscar’s slap thing (which he had said some crazy shit about), a gay guy called in to say he didn’t appreciate all the bottoming jokes Ethan made and Ethan asked if he had to wear a diaper because he was a bottom. He uses the word bitch way too often to feel comfortable. For a while he would skate around using the R slur but now he just says it. He still uses similar R slur-adjacent insults (were you dropped on your head as a baby, etc) and calls people freaks and weirdos a lot. His community is moderated with a VERY heavy hand, the slightest criticism from even paying members can get them permanently banned. He’s in hot water right now because he’s a straight up Zionist and was going on Islamophobic rants toward Arab creators but that’s not really applicable to Lily. Although, the way he calls anyone who disagrees with him an Anti-Semite feels pretty familiar.
Performative ally-ship, a progressive rebrand, being weird about black people, wild insults, intense moderation, using an identity as a shield. I’m sure tons of other YouTubers fall into these categories, I just saw this one super clearly because I’ve been following the H3 shitstorm at the same time as the Lily shitstorm.
(I also just wanted to say I understand that their community sizes are WAY different, I just think Lily and Ethan as people seem pretty alike.)

can we just acknowledge that ethan klein has been on a trajectory of reeling back his left-leaning political beliefs?
saying anyone who believes in economic socialism are virtue signaling
befriending people like bryce hall and defending his maga posting on tiktok and social media
saying it's okay to be friends with maga people, ignoring the fact that these people will vote politicians into power whose policy interests target the removal of human rights for marginalized individuals, and the h3 audience is largely women and lgbtq folk that are the targets of these policies
continually starting onesided fights with hasan since the ending of leftovers
i'm sorry, but that guy deserves to lose every single left-leaning fan he's gained since he started pushing away his anti-SJW right-leaning audience from 2016. that audience is more in line with the belief systems he's now espousing anyway
it's been sad watching h3h3 regress back into the 2016 era
hope he enjoys gaining back the audience he claimed to dislike. he seems to hate his leftist audience, so i'm sure he'll enjoy it plenty

People who hate cats 🤝 people who dont understand that you should care about others
“I do genuinely believe that’s true, based on nothing”
— Ethan Klein, host of the h3h3 youtube channel.
Well I believe this based on a few personal observations I have made about the human condition.
Now, a bit of housekeeping before I start my rant; I am aware that there are some studies out there about the correlation between misogynistic beliefs and the hate/dislike of cats, however I haven’t read them, and will not be discussing them and their findings. This, like everything else I write here, is based on anecdotal evidence and personal experience. Although I am writing as if I am addressing the reader of the text, I don’t actually expect this to be read by another human being, and is mostly “stream of conciseness”. Now, the rant may commence.
I also am afraid of dogs, for I have been attacked twice, and have never liked them to begin with, so this might make me biased. This is important for later in the text.
It has been a long standing belief of mine, that people who do not like, and even hate, cats, hate that cats are often very independent creatures who set firm boundaries. These people find it hard to believe that one has to actively work to gain the trust and affections of this animal, because, well, they think that animals are supposed to be obedient and grateful for the bare minimum. You know, like a dog. You feed a cat, play with it, give it treats, but that never assures loyalty. You have to be able to respect your feline friend and the very clear boundaries that they set with you. You sometimes love them from a distance and pet them once a week or risk getting smacked, and they will eventually learn to trust you. You cannot train them in the same way you train a dog. You cannot keep them away from certain rooms in your home, and at the end of the day, why should you? They live here, in this home, with you, don’t they? They might not be sentient like us humans, but they are independent creatures and deserve comfort.
A dog is an animal whose behavior you must control and train. A dog is the animal you keep away from certain rooms. A dog is the animal who you must train and control to the point of telling them when they must pee, or you risk aggression and other anti-social behaviors. A certain genre of dog people, often do not fathom that you can’t, and really shouldn’t, enjoy the fact that you control every aspect of your pet’s life.
Isn’t it strange, this level of control? It never sat right with me. Keeping animals off the couch or bed, simply because you don’t want hair there. All animals produce waste, including us humans. You cannot keep a pet, and guard yourself against the natural waste they create, pee, poo, hair, vomit, all of the above. When my cats jump on the kitchen counters, I pick them up, put them down and away from the kitchen, and wipe the counter clean. But they are never forbidden from any space in my home, because they live here too. And to be fair, dog people who generally love all animals, but just prefer to keep dogs over cats, understand this too. There are dog people who care for dogs and cats and all animals alike, and treat all the pets they might have with dignity.
The specific genre of (and I hesitate to say dog people here, for they give all the dog people a bad reputation), dog people I am talking about here, hate cats and make it their whole personality that they hate cats. I firmly believe that this is because they hate the independent creatures with boundaries. They keep dogs because you can exert a lot of control over them. Something you cant really do with cats. Or women. It is a dog whistle (ironic, I know) to me, and it signals misogyny. They clearly express this by insisting on pushing boundaries, seeing just how far they can take their behavior.
In addition to this, these people also hate all other animals. I firmly believe that they do not fathom that these creatures should be given respect and should be treated decently, even the ones we eat. I believe that they do not see, or realize, that animals are not less than us humans, just because they are not sentient in the way we are. Animals might not be self-aware like we are, but they should be cared about, and for.
Speaking in broad terms here, but I think that caring about animals, pulls a thread here or there, and makes you thing about more than one problem. Think about it. Caring about animal rights, leads to thinking about their living conditions, which leads into thinking about factory farms, and that inevitably leads to climate change, via the impact of farming industries on the greenhouse effect and global warming. If we push on this logic further, this also leads to thinking about how to feed the entire human population. Factory farming often lends way to talking about the “meat vs plant diet” debate, which is tied to human consumption and our effect on the environment. This connects to the right to food, and obviously to human rights in general, if one is intellectually curious enough to follow through on the thought pattern. The threads of human rights don’t, or at least shouldn’t end with food. They bleed into the right to healthcare, the right to education, and numerous others.
Like I said, speaking in broad terms, but wouldn’t it be possible that understanding that you should care about animals, even if they are not creatures like you, leads to understand that you should care about other people, even if they are not people like you? If you view animals as lesser than, then whats stopping you from viewing other people as less than you? Say, marginalized groups like those whose sexuality or race or gender are not your own?
Well adjusted people with empathy, who love animals but happen to prefer dogs, would understand this. People who hate cats and other animals wouldn’t. Those people I feel like, would not perceive cats as independent creatures, the same way that they would not fully understand how women are independent human beings.
Someone who is not intellectually capable, or intellectually curious enough, to follow this thought process, will not be capable of understanding that one should care and should show basic empathy towards others, animals included. They lack the capabilities to express this or even understand this, so it manifests as hate and disdain. Much how someone would hate a cat for simply asking to be loved on their terms, they would hate a woman who sets boundaries with them.
Empathy is a uniquely human trait. It may be the reason we survived as a species, as long as we did. Understanding that others deserve to be cared for, and to be cared about, is an exercise in having empathy.
The othering of people, and the subjugation of those “other” groups starts quietly and sneakily, with the disdain if animals and the disregard for their wellbeing.

My take on the whole Ethan Klein anti-Semitism bit:
1: Holocaust jokes are funny, you laughless mother fuckers. No questions.
2: That being said, I think Ethan, Hasan, and others are hypocritical pieces of shit who’re just as bad as the Conservitards that they keep pointing “but actually” fingers at because they’re sitting here pretending their Holocaust/Jewish jokes are oh so much more vindicated than when Conservative people make them.
All jokes are just jokes. Some people will like them, others won’t. That’s literally all there is to it. You’re not a better or worse person for having made a joke, and you’re certainly not a better person for simply having different political opinions while making said-jokes.
Outrage culture is so beyond overblown at this point. It’s not heroic to gasp because some internet funnyman made a joke you found distasteful.

The cancerous rightwing reactionary media is big mad at Ethan for doing the most illegal act in criticizing Spotify’s biggest asset Joe Rogan lol! How dare he call out a literal crypto-conservative misinformation spreader and fatphobic/transphobic ghoul? This is 1984! Ethan is literally Caligula!
It’s beautiful how the uncucked-unwoke beta sigma’s, who are never triggered by anything and call Covid-19 “the coof” cuz they’re scared shitless of being demonetized/canceled off social media, are so upset with Ethan Klein taking a jab at the anti-jabber who’s “just asking questions”?
Why can’t Ethan just ask questions or dare criticize the most popular podcaster on earth? Oh but the fascist audience Joe “Roids” Rogan has, responds to Ethan with more gross fatphobia when Ethan never claimed to healthier than Joe Rogan or anyone like Joe did. His criticism’s of Rogan is mainly with his anti-vaxxer “just asking questions” narrative spreading misinformation and lies. And yes, Rogan has lied constantly.

REDBAR DIAPEBEASTS: The Death Of Cool - PODAWFUL PODCAST EO5
REDBAR has become the new Howard Stern. Not a replacement for Stern, he's just exactly copying  modern day Howard. And Ethan Klein. And Mancow (according to my DM's with Mancow). His constant chase for fame has made his show jump the shark, and his need to be seen as cool while looking like a cold grandmother has warped his show into a teenage pop star magazine. Nobody hates Redbar fans more than Redbar, so exposing a few of his DIAPEBEAST fans show the emperor wears diapers. And one of them had the nerve to get me kicked off of Youtube. PLUS: The most embarrassing heckle of Sam Hyde ever, a dork shuts down a movie theater to watch Redbar, and Hostbusters returns.

People are so mad that Ethan from H3H3 didn't just apologize for his joke. It's humorous. Why apologize for being transphobic if you weren't transphobic to begin with. It kinda just highlights how totalitarian the left is becoming. "You're transphobic because I said so and now you must issue an apology!!! >:((". It's complete bs. You have all the right to not like the joke and even think it's transphobic, but just because you think something is offencive doesn't make it inherently so.

One talking point I particularly despise is when a left-wing figure (typically a content creator) is subject to harassment by their left-wing fans, and right-wing commenters remark on the situation as though it was an inevitability, the natural consequence of "appealing to that kind of crowd" and that they "eat their own" and what not. He who lives by the cancel culture, dies by the cancel culture, blah blah blah fap fap fap.
An example of this is Lindsay Ellies getting harassed by her audience to the point of mental crisis and quitting her online career because she had a dumb take on that Disney movie about the dragons that I don't care about, and a blog I followed commented on it twice, dropping the "appealed to that sort of crowd" and "eat their own" lines. And first, let's be real, it's basically a way to neutrally phrase "I'm not too concerned about her getting harassed, sucks to suck, but, y'know". They took a vaguely disapproving tone, but building a large part of your online presence and identity around condemning harassment only to react so softly to someone getting harassed into quitting isn't a good look. The fact that he's so passive on a lefty tuber getting harassed while condemning and running a blog dedicated to condemning a (really shitty and deserves all the hate he gets) leftist guy and all the harassment that comes from him, is probably not a coincidence, nor the fact that he's in the anti-SJW sphere, nor the fact that other anti-SJWs do the song and dance too anytime a leftie experiences pushback of any kind in any capacity. Shit, not even anti-SJWs. Jordan B. "Red Skull" "woman bad" "Lobsters Lord" Peterson pulled the same line on Ethan Klein when he removed his interview with JBP (because deleting your own videos because you no longer approve of them is cancel culture if you were in the video now???) saying that Ethan is now appealing to a woke mob that will hold him to increasingly impossible to uphold ethical standards and that the second he falters, they will devour him with glee and JBP will look down sadly at H3H3's nibbled corpse bones because once they used to be friends because this man talks in such an overwrought manner, god shut the fuck up.
This is roughly in the same ballpark as the "lefties bad because they agree with each other too much, until they're bad because they disagree with each other too much" oscillation I've talked about before. Partly because it touches on the latter criticism, but more so because there's a weird unintended implication in there. The same implication, in fact! Those leftist content creators are stacking up the dominos of their own doom by taking hard stances against reactionary actions and behaviors, which is training their audiences to enforce the same ethical standards, leading to them eventually turning and crumbling to dust. Cool story, I instantly believe this is a thing that happens and is not a persecution fantasy-by-proxy cooked up by a fevered brain. One question though, why does this never apply to any other kind of political commentator? Take, for instance, JBP! He constantly rails against the danger and insanities of wokeness, women in the workplace, diversity and equality, gender ideology, Cultural Marxism, The Chaos Dragon, and not cleaning your room. This would surely instill in his audience an ethical and ideological standard against those things, so is he not worried about the eventual mutiny? All that time talking about not changing the world before your own room is clean, yet he became a public speaker while still struggling with a benzodiazepine addiction? What about perceived slights? He supports gay marriage, that's kind of a Cultural Marxist-y thing to do. Even outside of him, where are my conservative victims of their own audience? Where are my grifters who got cancelled for not saying "Jesus would have loved Nixon" hard enough? Where are my pundits who were deplatformed for NOT hating Jews? And don't give me that "conservatives don't do cancel culture" shit, I saw what happened to D&D, The Dixie Chicks, Rock & Roll, Pokemon, as well as Coca-Cola, Gillette, Cathode Ray Tubes, and several other things!
I lay before you, a few possibilities.
A. "Cancel Culture", defined here as "when people push against or criticize public figures over some controversy, in any capacity", is something that happens to basically every large public figure at some point, conservatives just essentialize it to lefties because they want to perpetuate the stereotype of leftists being rabid circular-firing-squads who eat their own, while also lowkey condoning harassment against people they don't like in a socially acceptable manner.
B. Conservatives don't fret over their audiences holding them to a higher political standard because they know their audiences would be okay with them doing anything short of saying "Hitler was right", and even that isn't a hard enough line sometimes.
C. Leftist audiences being willing to criticize their guy, whether or not you think the individual criticisms hold water, is fundamentally a good thing and preferable to blindly swallowing everything your Far-Right Ideologue Waifu says, and it says something that "they disagree with each other too much" is seen as a negative quality, especially in light of point B (and the TERF/Trad Solidarity I mentioned in posts before, among other things).
D. Conservatives just don't like it when people say "transphobia is bad" and have to hide that idea behind seventeen proxies because they can't just say "it makes me feel upset when I get pushback for calling trans women sex offenders in disguise".
E Jordan B. Peterson is fucking insane and all he vomits is pseudoscientific Jungian word salad and reactionary/fascist?/incoherent nonsense dressed up in rookie-tier self-help guru advice for failsons with no father figures in their life.
F. All of the above!
G. OP said vaguely problematic things in the above paragraphs even though the context makes it clear they were insulting bigoted conservatives, I am going to play into stereotypes and prove the people this post describes right by cancelling OP, i am very silly.
Place your votes now!

who is steven crowder i don't get these references
Buckle down lol this is gonna need a primer:
Steven Crowder is one of the biggest youtube right-wing voices to make the unfortunate habit of reaching people's ears.
He's a failed comedian debate bro who's spewed out every form of bigotry known to man. Several people who are close to him have advised that he doesn't believe a word that comes out of his mouth and just repeats talking points for money. He got famous from his claim that he'll "debate anyone" and that he "just wants to have an exchange of ideas". He then demonstrates this divine debate ability, like all the greats do, by debating unprepared 18 year olds while he has a full book of references and false stats sitting in his lap.
He's the "change my mind" asshole. If you see people mentioning it, they're referencing him, whether out of reverence or abhorrence is up to context lol.
Enter Sam Seder, host of the left-leaning news show Majority Report. Sam Seder has had some of legitimately the best debates I've ever heard against right libertarians, and while I'm biased as I enjoy political debate, I'm not lying when I say it's a joy to listen to these bootstrap bozos get a taste of the logic they're trying to force on everyone else. Sam is a talented rhetorician, and it's obvious to anyone who watches him.
Sam Seder and Crowder were scheduled to have a debate years ago at Politicon, but at some point (presumably Crowder had the courtesy to google Sam), Crowder's crew ghosted the people attempting to set up the debate. The only explanation that the scheduler was able to give Seder for Crowder's disappearance was "he had cold feet" and "his booker (his dad lol) wouldn't let him".
You can probably imagine, Anon, but Crowder has been considered a joke in left wing spaces ever since, though unfortunately it hasn't really spread outside of lefty political knowledge.
Fast forward to now, and Crowder made an unfortunate mistake. He got into a fight with Ethan Klein of H3H3 because Ethan made the unforgivable blunder of advising that people wear masks and get vaccinated during a pandemic.
Crowder offers to debate Ethan to settle the drama, because of course he does. Ethan Klein is not a debater. He's not a politically active channel and isn't up to date on current events. It's an unfair fight and that's why Crowder offered in the first place.
I'm not saying Ethan hasn't had some terrible takes in the past. I'm not saying he's the best person ever. I'm not saying he didn't play a major role in the anti-sjw years of 2016. I'm not even saying that I personally like him. What I AM saying is that Klein's personal politics lean center to progressive, and he Does Not Enjoy Steven's grifting bullshit.
So Ethan Klein and his editor, Dan, let his large, centrist audience in on a little secret. The Legend of Cold Feet Crowder. Klein accepts the offer to debate, and then at the last minute they loop Sam Seder into the call. The result is Crowder losing his shit, looking like a tool on live broadcast, and running away at the speed of light, but not without dropping the little tidbit in the heat of the moment that he thinks that all of his fellow right-wingers are complete morons.
Crowder has harassed practically every minority under the guise of "it's just jokes!!! i thought the left was in favor of freedom of speech!!! sO mUcH fOr ThE tOlErAnT lEfT".
The troll finally got trolled and it's the most satisfying thing I've seen in a really long time. Plus, any opportunity for people outside of leftist spaces to see what a complete joke this dude is is a hard win in my book because he spreads some really hateful shit.
