♡ falling for on you ♡
-> how they would react after accidentally falling on top of you and pinning you down
lyneira's 1.2k milestone event
Feels bad man *insert meme*
Rook, Malleus, Kalim, Trey, Cater, Neige
They'll immediately feel bad when they accidentally knock you down. They'll get off you and begin patting off any dust on your hair or clothes as they apologize and ask if you're alright, looking at you with guilt and worry in their eyes. It doesn't matter if you tell them you're okay, they'll insist on making it up to you. So expect to be pampered a bit hehe. And if you tell them that you're not okay, they'll feel absolutely horrible and in effect, you'll be pampered ten times more lol.
Becomes a nervous wreck
Deuce, Idia, Ruggie, Epel
They'll quickly get off of you and apologize a thousand times with the biggest blush on their faces. Deuce and Idia would probably be the types to escape the situation out of embarrassment while Epel would probably continue to run his mouth, apologizing and attempting to explain himself. These boys would be feeling both guilty and most of all, flustered from getting so close to you in such a fashion.
Will tell YOU to watch where you're going
Sebek, Ace, Rollo
I don't know but I just have such a HUGE feeling that these dudes will have the audacity to blame it on you (particularly Sebek and Ace).
They'll get off of you, brows furrowed and huffing, "Watch it!", while patting themselves off. And if you dare to demand an apology? They'll probably respond, "What do I need to say sorry for? You were the one in my way" they will be absolute menaces fr fr 🙄
Though, take notice of their reddened cheeks because that's the reason for their little outburst
They couldn't distinguish whether the heat in their face and bubbling feeling in their stomach was from their anger towards you, or... perhaps, from being also flustered and overwhelmed from getting so physically close to you
Acts cool, BUT...
Vil, Azul, Riddle, Jamil, Jack, Silver, Jade
They'll be cool about it, simply helping you up, asking if you're hurt anywhere, apologizing, and then taking their leave when all is said and done.
Yes, the exchange is short, but don't underestimate the impact that it had on them. The memory of that moment when they fell on you would stay with them all day long.
The picture of how you looked underneath him is now stuck in his mind, and then the feeling. The feeling of you underneath them is engraved to his skin. The way your chest was pressed up against his, legs entangled, and faces close enough to kiss will have him distracted the entire day.
Uses it to his advantage
Leona, Lilia, Floyd, Che'nya
Whether they fell and pinned you down on accident or not, it doesn't matter; they're going to keep you down in this position. It could be to tease you or annoy you, but either way, they'll do it because they like being so close to you.
I can just imagine the exchange between you two.
"Are you ever gonna get off of me?" 🙄
"No, I think I like it like this, thanks", he'd smirk 😏🤭
If you two were already together, in Floyd or Che'nya's case, they'd probably take this as an opportunity to pepper your face with kisses. In Leona or Lilia's case, if you begin to complain, they're going to shut you up by giving you a long and deep kiss, and would again, smirk when they've got you blushing and speechless.

Favorite Disabled Web Novel Character Tournament
Last Checked: November 28th, 2024 - Please check the original post for updates
Submissions End: TBD
Rules
One character per submission
Submit as many times as you want
Must be from a web novel or an adaptation
In-world disabilities that don't exist IRL (ex: a character unable to use magic in a world where everyone else/most people can) will be accepted as long as you think it qualifies as a disability
Mental & non-physical disabilities will also be accepted, including mental illnesses & neurodiversity
The WN doesn't explicitly have to mention they're disabled/their disability, but I don't want to include pure headcanons since this tournament is more about highlighting canon disability representation. Feel free to talk about any headcanons in the ask box though! I enjoy hearing y'all's thoughts :)
Tag: #disabled WN characters tournament
Submissions
Cui Buqu from Peerless
Submission: Chronic fatigue, vulnerability to illness, heart in the wrong spot. Basically generically chronically ill
(The following is all from the Less Popular Danmei Character Tournament bc it’s really good propaganda lol)
Submission: He’s mean, he’s disabled and unapologetic about it, he’s a genius and all his braincells escape him when faced with his rival, he’s a secret agent and has no martial arts, he’s deeply in love and will never say so unless pushed, he will liken his rival to his sun and then tell him he’s the most annoying person he’s ever met. He’s a bastard little fox <3
Additional Propaganda #1
Additional Propaganda #2
Fu Shen from Golden Terrace/Golden Stage
Submission 1: Fu Shen's leg is broken in battle. He has to use a brace and a wheelchair while he recovers.
Submission 2:
Crippled legs/wheelchair bound for most of the novel propaganda: The prologue of the novel is him basically suffering an assassination attempt which crippled his legs horribly when a bunch of rocks fall on him. Despite being wheelchair bound for most of the novel (he later gets these like leg exoskeleton support things but he can't wear them for more than a few hours or something and still has to use the wheelchair), he's still depicted as being just as badass and respected. His men still hold him in high regard, and he still goes around investigating shit and even once using a crossbow to take someone down. He also uses people underestimating him now that he's crippled to his advantage. His love interest is also incredibly sweet and remodels his whole estate to be wheelchair accessible right before he moves in after they're married.
Carrd/Image Link
Gu Mang from Remnants of Filth / Yuwu
Submission: He's missing some of his souls, which renders him intellectually disabled and amnesiac.
Wiki Link
Gu Yun from Sha Po Lang
Submission: He's half-deaf and half-blind, but still a badass.
Wiki Link
Hua Cheng from Heaven Official’s Blessing
Submission: Blind in one eye and uses his magical butterflies as a disability aid to help him see!
Jing Weiyi from The Imperial Uncle
Submission: Jing Weiyi's leg was broken when he fell off a horse when he was young. Afterwards, he walked with a limp for many years.
Ji Yushi from Mist [Unlimited]
Submission: Hyperthymesia... Basically, he can remember almost everything, and while that helps some in the scenarios of the novel, it also has a huge detrimental effect on him, and he needs pills to calm his mind and such. I'm not sure if it really counts as a disability, especially since there are less than a hundred people with this in real life, but I think it should count for this tournament since it's neurodivergence and such.
Kim Kiryeo from The Hunter of the Other World Who Is Being Misunderstood
Submission: Kiryeo has a badly healed leg injury which makes it difficult for him to walk and impossible to run, lungs damaged by smoking that heavily limit his physical ability, lung cancer that causes him to cough up blood occasionally and a severe depression to the point of memory loss. He couldn't receive treatment for his leg and cancer due to the lack of money and in the end gave up on it and started to smoke to cope.
Mae Yakbing from Best Teacher Baek
Submission: She has a rare chronic illiness that causes her to get sick often, grow weak over time and die young.
Mu Tianchi (Jing Wang) from The Disabled Tyrant's Beloved Pet Fish
Submission: Jing Wang is mute.
Shen Qiao from Thousand Autumns
Disability: Blind
Shen Qingqiu from The Scum Villain’s Self-Saving System
Submission: Chronic illness. SQQ is poisoned by a fictional poison literally named “without a cure.” In universe his condition is treated much like a chronic illness that requires constant monitoring and maintenance (medication, check-ups and regular qi infusions) in order to keep in check. Even when he adheres to his treatment regime, it still has unpredictable flare-ups that could put him in serious danger if they happen at the wrong time. The flare-ups (which happen randomly and vary in length unless he receives medical aid) completely block his ability to use qi thus making in-universe actions that are normal/habitual for most his peers (such as flying) much more risky for him.
Shi Qingxuan from Heaven Official’s Blessing (TGCF)
Submission: Ends up with a broken arm and leg that is not healed
Song Qingshi from Mistakenly Saving the Villain
Submission:
ALS before he transmigrated (hopefully this counts, it's big part of his character as a doctor and he thinks about it a lot, and he even gets panicky in his new body when his limbs go numb!!) It's also not explicitly said but he's very autistic coded and canonically has a hard time understanding metaphors, communicating with other people/understanding others emotions, and when he's reading about medicine or doing experiments he hyperfixates and doesn't do anything else for the entire day. When he's with others he gets so anxious he ends up putting on a stern face, so people think he's scary when he's internally panicking
Wiki Link
Wei Wuxian from Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation
Submission: Wei Wuxian has trauma responses to several things, in particular dogs and the sparky sparky spirit whip. There's no way he doesn't have PTSD with everything he went through.
Xiao Xingchen from Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation
Disability: Blind
Xue Xian from Copper Coins / Tong Qian Kan Shi
Submission:
Peddling my disabled gay dragon again... He's paraplegic for most of the story, and this affects him in his true form and all of the forms he shapeshifts into. He also gets a wheelchair at a certain point and he's so happy about it 🥺 He's also, like, such a vibrant and charming character. Hes soooooo annoying(affection and approval) and so over the top and i support him in everything. Also lets not forget that he has a tiny noodle form and curled around his bf's wrist like a bracelet. this lives rent free in my head what a move
Carrd Link
Zhou Zishu from Faraway Wanderers
Submission: He injects himself with the Nails of Seven Apertures for Three Autumns. These nails result in him becoming sickly. The effects of the nails are a limited life span, halved martial arts strength, periodic pain, a ruined sleep schedule, and withered meridians.

winter thoughts chapter 14-25
still not enough scarlet. miss marissa meyer why would you do this to me
"she’d also noticed how Thorne stood a little straighter in Kai’s presence, like he wanted the emperor to be impressed by him" back on spreading my bisexual thorne agenda again LMAO
now why do i suspect that cress will end up back with the shells at some point??? it would be interesting to see her since they're like kin to her, especially since she was spared/worse off than them. i'd LOVE to see her perspective
cress' development from pretending to be brave to BEING brave <3 fake it til you make it queen (she's just like me fr)
damn thorne is like actually self conscious
kai is such a dumb bitch WHY WOULD HE LEAVE ALL HIS ANDROIDS BEHIND??? he should have brought a reprogrammed escort droid as a bodyguard for when levana inevitably does something horrible. in fact ALL of the earthen leaders should have escort droid bodyguards
omg does anyone other than scarlet know wolf's name or do they all straight up think that fresh out the womb his parents just named him wolf LOL (given the names of the girls that might just be a regular name. but then that begs the question: is wolf choosing wolf as a wrestling name or whatever the equivalent of a wrestling champion going in as "kyle" and nothing like going in being called skullcrusher???)
excited for winter to meet kai. these royal kids are interesting
okay after the bleeding walls winter/jacin scene i understand why one would be a fan of the hurt/comfort trope. that was very tender and sweet
DING DING DING DING DING ALARM BELLS GOING OFF IN MY HEAD WHY IS AIMERY CLOSING THE DOOR JAIL JAIL JAIL
EWWWWWW someone play sixteen by ayesha erotica. YIKES. DUDE SHE IS 17. I'M 17 AND CAN'T IMAGINE GETTING MARRIED. ESPECIALLY TO A HOWEVER OLD AIMERY IS. EWWWWW
got it, marissa meyer!! huge age gaps are only bad when it's a character we don't like. seriously i'm trying to figure out the range where meyer goes okay this is creepy af. because 4 years between cresswell is fine by her standard, but 10 years between levana and evret is not. i'm not too sure about the gap between winter and aimery but i'm assuming that aimery's gotta be more than 4 years older than her as according to these arbitrary rules. yikes (this isn't anti marissa meyer because she CLEARLY decides to be better judging by renegades which didn't have any weird age gaps from what i can remember)
it's okay kai we're all captivated by winter
WINTER WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT. SO completely icky that levana is marrying someone her own stepdaughter's age. but now i think it would be hilarious for kai and levana to get married, just so that i can call him a dilf
i hope that it takes them a while to clear up that jacin is actually on the rampion's side. just because i like drama. would like to see someone punch him in the face ~as a treat~ (this makes it sound bad but i SWEAR i don't hate him, it's just like i said for kai i like a man that's battered and bruised)
thank GOODNESS levana is searching the ship. i would not have had respect for her as an antagonist if she would be this easily fooled by a group of teenagers. i can't wait to see how they get out of this pickle
i love to see cinder as confident in her identity as a cyborg <3
damn thorne took all that "be the man cress wants you to be" shit seriously. self sacrificing bastard. hopefully he gets thrown in with scarlet
nevermind thorne is back lol
I KNEW IT. SEPARATED FROM CRESS. CRESS IS GONNA END UP EITHER WITH SCARLET OR WITH THE SHELLS
i LOVE how winter uses the fact that people underestimate her to her advantage. i honestly thought she was gonna have cress turned into another pet. this was nice as well. she must have quickly realised that cress was a shell and that was the only form of protection that she could afford her
because wolf's home has flowers planted outside it, one or both of his parents are gonna die to be all symbolic of how he can't reclaim his past and needs to move on with his future
was gonna make a "marissa meyer stop holding scarlet hostage i need another appearance of her immediately" and realised oh wait scarlet essentially IS being held hostage LMAO. if i don't get a scarlet pov chapter soon i'm gonna make like thorne when the soap got replaced and RIOT
@eddisfargo @francforever @winterrhayle @winterpinetrees @shellyseashell

The Newsreader S2 Ep 2 (Spoiler)
Finally, after an underwhelming first episode (it's not bad, but I feel like it's there to set the scene), The Newsreader is back to being insane. I have to say this episode is on par with IWTV Ep 5; the writing is tight and insane af, all of the characters are going for each other's throat, the score the cinematography are top notch muah. Love LOVE a good television.
So, some thoughts under the cut.
Rob/Noelene: it's so interesting to have them as some kind of foil to Helen/Dale. So soft to each other. Noelene's concern on their relationship affects their career because she's an Asian woman and how a relationship becomes a whole family thing is so relatable. Dennis caring for her because the Asian solidarity is cute as well. And Rob is such a softie 🫂
Helen/Dale: I feel for them both. They're the reason why my office doesn't allow their workers to marry each other lol. It's complicated. You kinda see yourself as a team, but your boss don't. And both of them got a point imo. Dale is right with the footage, Helen is right with the gun law. I think if they prepared a good script for her to corner that gun nut, it could have gone awesomely, but alas. That whole newsroom is filled with alphas (except Dale, he's pretending he has an inch of alpha in him). Dale only listens to words about his own career when Gerry speaks is so funny though (I'm so sorry Gerry, but there are only two things inside his head: career and Helen). And how the moment he's assured that he has a good audience instinct he uses it immediately to recover Helen's image? That's cute. That's love. I'm so sorry to doubt you 🥺
Now, these snakes: Geoff, Evelyn, and Charlie. Geoff isn't that snakey without his wife. He is so unprofessional with his program though. Like, he literally uses it to preach? Doesn't he have a boss or something? I know it's an exclusive program, but still. And GOD Evelyn is out there gaslighting Cheryl in real time. I wrote on my note "Hannibal would be so proud of her". She is my Big Bad Guy from S1, actually. And Charlie, he is interesting. He pokes and prods until he finds the real fault on his cup (News at Six). I think he's underestimating Helen at first, and now he's "interested" in her because she doesn't follow his words yet somehow presents a better solution. (Good for Helen for standing her ground!) But he doesn't realize yet Helen/Dale move as one unit though. He's also so controlling. It will be interesting to see if he'll just fire Lindsey in the next episode or take advantage of the dislike the crews have for each other longer.
Anyway, a solid episode throughout. 10/10. I think I need to rewatch it tomorrow.

👑(Tom Riddle era pls :3) happy birthday! i love ur fics!!! i never usually do this but-im curious lol. uh-my name is Audrey, I've been into magic-based stuff since i was a wee babe-my hogwarts house is Slytherin, I'm demi-bi, i think i make friends pretty easily, I'm very much a physical person, when i was younger i used my hands a lot(aka i punched people lol), i get easily frustrated when it comes to school stuff, animals are my favorite thing in the world, once I claim someone to be my friend-they will be my friend, no take backs, no returns, no exchanges, they're stuck with me-forever! mwahaha! all my friends/coworkers say i have a cute laught-i dunno if that helps with anything lol, uhhhh she/her and im a cis girl? i like cutting my hair short and when i can-i like to just-pick up my friends, im stronger than i look and love to make people laugh <3
extra note-ur fics full on drop-kicked me into a Tom riddle Phase, one i never had while i was growing up XD how dare you <3
👑𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐠𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬
𝓐𝓾𝓭𝓻𝓮𝔂
A/N: Thank you so much for the birthday message, and your lovely message! I'm glad to know I was able to convert you to Tom Riddle following! loved writing for you and getting to know you! When I read you used to punch when you were small, I knew I was gonna have fun writing this lmao.
𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬
Everyone thought you were a Hufflepuff sorted into Slytherin because of your adorable laugh.
You exude charm, so you become quite popular from day one.
You have many friends, thanks to your charm, across all houses.
If anyone is lucky enough to catch your attention and you decide they will be your friend, they would be devoted to you.
Your attention is quite addictive, since you have the ability to make them feel comfortable and cherished.
Needless to say, you and your friends are extremely tight-knit and are loyal to each other to the end.
You and your friends would be often found in the bathrooms, cutting and dying each other's hair.
You're quick to offer help to strangers, and you garner quite the popularity from the underclass students as a friendly Slytherin.
But, there are some unruly folks who underestimate you.
Cygnus Black made an almost-fatal mistake in your first year of insulting you.
Problem Solver (with fists)
Needless to say, when he showed up the following day with a black eye, everyone felt a shiver down their spine and learned not to mess with you.
𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐬
Your best classes are Care for Magical Creatures and DADA.
With your proclivity for physical solutions to a problem, some professors were concerned when you began Care for Magical Creatures.
But when you showed extreme care for these creatures, they were pleasantly surprised.
Oftentimes, if not on the Quidditch pitch, you'd be found near the areas reserved for hippogriffs, Mooncalves, Nifflers, etc. taking care of them.
The creatures were quick to attach to you, being able to tell you were a good person.
Being a physical person works to your advantage in DADA, having a keen sense of hand-eye coordination and how to navigate space/distance, control of your body/magic, etc.
You're quick to detect any spell hurtling your way (similar to how you can detect a bludger coming your way).
Your reactions are quick and there are only a handful of people who can defeat you in a duel (Maybe Tom).
Cygnus Black ends up being your punching dummy often in duel practice.
Lmao you're unstoppable. Even after Expelliarmus and losing your wand, you'd jump on the opponent, straddle them and rain them with punches.
Or even more impressive is when you pick them up and throw them across the class lol.
Professor Merryweather admires your ability to adapt to any situation. But, she does have to take away a few points when you resort to punches lol.
Your classmates would cheer for you when you score in a few impressive spells.
But, the cheer from the students would slowly die down when you start punching, fear overtaking the class lol.
In recent years, you've stopped resorting to punches and rarely get in trouble.
But, your stories are still well-remembered and legendary.
You do get frustrated with your schoolwork.
Oftentimes, professors and students would find you blasting your homework with a succession of incendio, confringo, bombarda, etc.
Your professors sometimes raise a brow when you come asking for another copy of the homework. Or your assignment is scorched and smells burnt.
They know you get frustrated, and let it slide. To them, what matters is that you pushed through and still worked hard on your assignments.
Have been banned from the library on a few occasions.
The fear that flashes on the librarian's face when you walk in is unforgettable.
𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐜
You have a very strong constitution and stamina thanks to your physical strength.
You're tough and it takes many hexes to take you down.
Your spells reflect your strength as a beater; powerful and hits hard.
You can see how much further your spell carries the opponent when you cast Depulso, for example.
You excel in big and flamboyant spells.
Anybody would be a FOOL to duel you unless they had the skill and power to compete with you.
𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐬
Starting your fifth year, you start receiving A LOT of owls and gifts.
As one of the few people who can keep Cygnus Black in line, you're a literal hero to many of your peers.
You're the definition of a cool upper-class student, especially during Quidditch when you smash a bludger into an opposing team.
You'll find many boys and girls with their mouths agape, their eyes glued to you with admiration and captivation.
The number of sexuality you've awakened is staggering.
Oftentimes, when you pick up your friends, you'd find some of them blushing in your arms.
May take a while for them to come clean about their secret feelings, considering the time period.
You end up with one of your close peers, but well after Hogwarts years when they are ready to admit their sexuality.
𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡
You make a FANTASTIC beater for the Slytherin team.
Especially paired with Lestrange, you two are an unstoppable team.
Slytherin house roars when you manage to hit someone with the bludger.
The way the wind sweeps through your short hair, you squinting in the sun as you wave to the crowd.
It comes as no surprise that you're the favourite Slytherin player of many students.
Lestrange gets jealous sometimes of your popularity, so he will bicker and tease you about it nonstop.
𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐨𝐦
In your first year, you claimed him as your friend.
The genuine confusion on Tom's face,
Taken aback by your forwardness, he sheds his cool demeanour.
"What-... Excuse me?"
"No take backs, no returns, no exchanges. You're stuck with me."
Tom is bewildered. His eyes darting back and forth.
What just happened? Was he just claimed by you? Is this how it works??
During the first few years when Tom is still awkward and asocial, he would avoid you like the plague.
He sees you and your friends and he would turn on his heels and begins to dash when you catch sight of him.
He is holding back tears as he holds his books to his chest lol
Tom would often end up eating alone in the boy's bathroom to avoid you during meals.
He considers it bullying.
When all you want to do is share your Bertie Bott's with him.
He actually once reported you to the professors for 'bullying him'
Since no harm was being done, you received no punishment.
Tom was indignant.
As Tom grows older and more mature (and learns basic human social skills), Tom grows to have tremendous respect for your skills: your skill in duelling, your devotion to others, and the charisma that can convince anyone to blindly follow you.
You'd often find him amused with how easily you fight off his followers.
He desperately wishes that someone as capable as you would join his ranks.
You're well more competent than any of his followers combined, and you'd easily make the right-hand woman.
But he suspects you are too good of a person to join him.
Even if you may consider him a friend, Tom suspects keeping certain things hidden would be a wise move.
The best he can do is maintain a cordial relationship with you in hopes that you might be of use to him in other ways in the future.
Maybe some connection. Maybe a free ticket or two to your match if you become a professional Quidditch player.
For this reason, Tom often volunteers to tutor you in other subjects.
His eyes were round as a saucer when he first saw your burst of frustration against your schoolwork.
He is now used to it. People would often find you with Tom in the library, Tom calmly using the mending charm and controlling the fire as you cast Incendio to your heart's content.
Tom would shed a few anxious sweats under the scrutiny of the librarian, intent on making sure neither of them gets banned from the library.
You may be the only person who managed to get Tom stressed.

For the tolkein bingo, as you said you love sinda, celegorm and feanor
Haha nice play Anon
Feanor:
Feanor is probably actually one of my favorite Tolkien characters XD I don't stand either by "Feanor did nothing wrong" nor "Feanor did everything wrong" because to me the tragedy of his character is that he was good and he did a lot of good things for the Noldor but he also was susceptible to being corrupted by Melkor and having his abilities turned to terrible ends.
He's just so interesting. He has always struck me as someone who is not especially easy to get along with, and yet we know he must be able to inspire significant loyalty, based on how many of the Noldor are swayed to his argument for leaving Aman and how intensely his children adhere to his aims. Hell, the kids were eager to take the oath after Feanor did!
He feels so much all the time and he's terrible at processing that and he's so invested in learning and discovering and creating and he can be a real asshat but boy when he went down he went down hard and it was fantastic this boy really imploded in on himself like a dying star and sucked in everything around him too.
I don't think the Valar victimized Feanor and I don't think Feanor victimized his kids. I don't think Melkor is 100% responsible for what Feanor did, but I do think it's relevant to remember the text explicitly refers to the "corruption" of Feanor by Melkor, which has always made me think Melkor's influence drove Feanor to do things he would not have done otherwise. Not that that makes him not responsible for those things, but merely as a reflection on his character. I think he spends a lot of time in Mandos being horrified by both his own and his children's actions.
Anyway I could ramble about him a lot longer but I'll leave it there lol
Celegorm:
Celegorm is a character that initially I was very willing to write off as one I just didn't like and wasn't worth thinking about, but I've returned to him since then.
Frankly, I tend to believe all of Feanor's kids have a prominent douchebag streak and that was present even in Tirion. They were all talented, royalty, ambitious, and very smart people--they were probably fucking insufferable. Still, Celegorm and Curufin in particular seem to speedrun the Feanorian path from "general douchebag but still likeable" to "irredeemable asshole."
But why?
My general belief is that it's because Celegorm, after Alqualonde, essentially surrendered any version of this story where he and his family are the heroes. He saw them as villains at Alqualonde and just embraced that as their new identity. They're the dangerous violent Elves on a quest and he will use that to his every advantage, whereas I think some of his brothers--Maedhros and Maglor in particular--were still hanging onto this idea of nobility in their duty and being good (or at least not awful) people.
This is where you get things like his reciting the Oath in Nargothrond and plotting to use Luthien to force Thingol to ally with the Feanorians (the closest we get to a threat of Elf-on-Elf sexual assault in the book), chasing down Luthien and Beren for the crime of escaping that shit plan, and pushing hard for the Second Kinslaying. Celegorm basically accepts that they are not good people and is then willing to use that wherever he can to get what he wants/what the Feanorians need. If he had survived Doriath, I think he would have been on board for the Third Kinslaying.
So now I find him kind of interesting for his general awfulness and moral bankruptcy. He's someone who will smile at you while he puts a sword through your gut. I love the idea of Celegorm as someone who is disarmingly jovial even when angry, which definitely leads to people underestimating him (Curufin is the only one who can tell unerringly when Celegorm is pissed) and mishandling him. I think there are times when he is tormented by what they've done, but he doesn't want to think about that, so he crushes it down to embrace their new status as amoral war criminals and never really reflects much on all that because he doesn't want to deal with it.

I wish you'd shut the fuck about your opinions because they're shit. Hybe chose one member to break into the US industry because it will benefit all members? Please. We all know only JK will get fans and those fans won't give a dime about other BTS members and JK will be seen as the only breakout star of the group, the Harry Styles who was "just too good" and "worked so hard for his success" and "the one who always had that X factor". People are already repeatedly sprouting this bullshit, nobody cares about the other members and how advantaged JK was or how his records were manufactured
But I know y'all don't give a fuck about that, but don't pretend as if you care about Jimin (having his first name as your username and your profile picture being of him, please) because you're nothing but a company stan and you clearly care about jk more. What a fucking joke
Ignoring your harsh words because I can 🤷 it's good practice for the corporate environment i work in.
First of all, I did say that the US market won't accept a whole group and 1 pop star who is pushed is more likely to succeed. Your Harry Styles analogy is right on point. Harry Styles, Justin Timberlake etc etc. Infact i did say the exact thing, JK is getting remixes, playlists, radio play and ads that even BTS didn't get as a group. It's like you are saying my words back to me, just more aggressively, lol. You want me so bad.
Company stan? I clearly pointed out where Hybe went wrong. Already mentioned that Hybe is moving like a big corporation now, only caring for revenue, rather than the artists themselves. Even pointed out how Hybe underestimated other members ( aka Jimin). Genuinely curious, did you not get the point of that post?
Again, here you are talking about me being Jimin anti. I clearly even said how Golden doesn't have depth and a good concept and it's hard for people to feel connected to it. Face is definitely superior, as is Indigo and DDay. Do you want me to hate on JK and talk about company sabotage of Jimin entire day? Don't we all know about the way Face and LC were treated? By charts and company both.
I haven't even watched all of JK's promos and I still wouldn't call myself a hater.
Please do not expect me to roll with everything solo fans say or do. Go read my pinned. Or better...block me and move on. It's free.

Just have all rural married women who are related/in-laws in a room seperated from the men and they will talk about how shitty and abusive their hubbies are lol, while still being mommymcbangmaids
Real but tbf given it's rural I cant directly blame them. They're in an environment where moids have enslaved them & this has gone on for millenias; war's been fought already. It's a complicated situation imo. These women may also want the chance to reproduce but moid's evil was underestimated so we're in this mess now. Moids took advantage of womens reproductive cycle that hinders us and trapped women under them before we could reach the point of developing ways our reproductive cycles wouldn't be a threat in the world.

Ok so i binged Q-Force today because I needed something to kill a few hours on a long weekend so HERE'S A WHOLE LONG POST ABOUT IT.
Overall, I actually really liked it. There were definitely some things I'd change or didn't like, which I'll also being including bc criticizing media while still enjoying it is a GOOD THING btw.
First off and most importantly: IGNORE THE TRAILERS. THE TRAILERS ARE SHIT. They legitimately chose the worst possible clips with no context and while I don't necessarily agree with some of the backlash the trailers got they just aren't indicative of what the show's actually like.
This isn't a criticism necessarily, but before you consider watching the show, please know that Q-FORCE IS DEFINITELY AN ADULT SHOW. There's a lot of sex, sex jokes (which were pretty funny ngl,) and both boobs and dicks (both in a nonsexual context, but there nonetheless.) This was totally on me for not, yknow, looking up what was in the show before I watched it, and it does say that it's rated TV-MA for nuditity and sex, etc, and I was fine with it and none of it was THAT bad but I was a little surprised. Just giving everyone a little heads-up. I might post timestamps later so people can skip it.
Anyways let's start with what I DID like about the show.
First off, the elephant in the room: the stereotypes.
Yes, a lot of the queer representation in Q-Force is pretty stereotypical. But I don't think that's necessarily a bad thing, per se. You can tell that the creators of the show are queer, and queer people and the stereotypes the characters fall into aren't the butt off the joke. In fact, a lot of the stereotypes work for the team's advantages. Twink (a drag queen) and his disguises are invaluable to the team on numerous missions, the sapphics at Deb and Pam's barbeque and their slightly stereotypical lesbian knowledge helped Stat with her trivia and saved the team's butts, and the drag community is used as a resource for gathering intel more than once. I felt like you could tell the show was made by people in the community, and even when they DID make fun of certain aspects of the characters' personalities, it felt more like a lighthearted inside joke than a dig at queer people.
To be perfectly honest, a lot of the hate Q-Force initially got doesn't sit right with me. Yes, the trailers were a dumpster fire, but people being visibly queer is not a bad thing, and I've heard that most of the characters are based on real people.
Also, I absolutely loved the way the community as, well, a community was portrayed. I loved that they all had connections in the queer community that came in handy, I loved the wlw barbeque, and OLDER BUTCH LESBIANS??? That means so much to me as a baby butch lesbian.
Second, it was actually pretty funny. There were a lot of digs on corporate pride (some of my favorites were the repeated citibank jokes and the 'fossil fuels' float in the pride parade. The fact that the literal princess from Princess Diaries was a reoccurring character? And yes, the sex jokes were funny. I am a teenager.
All of the characters were really endearing, and I was rooting for the main cast, even the ones that I either hated initially or just didn't find as endearing as my favorites.
I also LOVED LOVED LOVED the way that they showed the struggles of being queer without making it endless queer pain. Don't get me wrong, I love stories where homophobia isn't a plot point, but it was really nice to see issues I struggle with and people in the community struggle with portrayed on screen, because they're real. None of the queer character got horrible tragic endings, and they're all secure in their queerness (unless we're counting buck lol) but they all were underestimated because of their sexuality, gender, or presentation, and Mary got everything he'd worked for ripped away because he's gay. I felt like it did a good job showing queer struggles without it being punch after punch after punch.
Now, onto things that I didn't like as much.
I would've loved if there'd been more open trans and nby rep. Stat means the world to me, but I had no idea she was trans until I saw it on Tumblr. Which is also cool, considering that everyone onscreen accepted her identity without question, but if there's a season two I'd love to see a prominent character who uses multiple sets of pronouns or smth. I've also seen people call out for bi/pan/etc and aspec rep, which would also be very cool to see.
I've also seen a lot of people talking about how they'd want more representation of people of color in a season 2, and while that's not really something I can speak on, I definitely agree. There are some great posts about this BY poc in the q-force tag if you're interested.
This one might be a personal preference, because a lot of Twink's weight-related jokes were pretty uncomfortable to me. It didn't ruin the show for me, but I definitely could've done without them. HOWEVER there were characters of a lot of different body types, and there was never a joke about weight at a fat character's expense, which was pretty refreshing. Also both Mary (muscular Captain America-type body) and Deb (plus size) kicked absolute ass which was awesome.
I've seen some criticism about it saying that it's military propoganda and... I feel like those people didn't watch past episode 3. The AIA is pretty explicitly painted as corrupt and homophobic.
Anyway, TLDR: Q-Force is definitely not for everyone, and MAKE SURE YOU LOOK UP CONTENT WARNINGS, but it's not as bad as the trailers/Tumblr says it is.

Okay hi its me again💜 i enjoyed your answers to my questions but im here again lol
My Question now is probably annoying or hard but i asked another page a while ago and they said it was too hard (had to re search a lot for it) but i find it very interesting.
Ranking All Imperial Sultanas from MC/MCK by how Influental/powerful they were, would be very happy if u made a list with reasonings i love yours blogs and how well they're formulated.
I'll have to agree with the other page you've asked this question that it's going to be hard answering to it when it comes to history. There's still stuff we don't know for sure (we don't even know precisely how much political influence Hürrem actually had historically!) and there is a lot of research to be done in order to give a full perspective.
That's why I'm going to limit myself to the show. While I feel the hierarchy is even more of a mess there, the conclusions one can drive are far more clear cut, especially when it comes to the evolution of power being explored on a thematic level through the Sultanate of Women.
That said, for me, the most powerful and influential sultana in the show is Kösem. She got the most from the power as a sultan's favourite and the power as a valide. She had the support of both the people and the Jannisary. She was a regent during the early years of Murat's reign and even after Murat took away her regency, she could run her foundations and had meetings that were her making decisions about the state. She represented the state almost her whole life to the point she went as far as to remove every single threat that stood in its way. Out of all the sultanas, she was the one who had the most chance to utilize and extend her power, yet she was the one with the most opposition from people who were capable of anything to take her down. She fought with enemies that put her under constant pressure, but also had their fair share of power and it was a lot more possible for the odds to turn in their favor when it came to it. Kösem managed to overcome all of them not only through sheer force of will, but also through the sheer confidence in the amount of power she wields (and the way she uses it).
The two most important "branches" of Kösem's power that make her stand out among the rest are the reach her power has and her experience. Kösem's touch of power was relatively early - Ahmet and Mustafa, the the most important people in the whole empire, were in their death beds, Handan, the Valide Sultan, didn't know what to do when everyone else was only seeking their own benefit, and the only one who could stand up to the people in what was a massive revolt, was Kösem. By expressing the confidence that the sultan was okay, she represented the country as early as episode 7, she gained another, new wave of respect in the harem and it all unraveled from there. She was starting to "lose" her innocence, she clashed with arguably the most powerful people in the harem (Safiye and Halime + Dilruba), Ahmet, for all he was, acted very "loosely" with her, in terms of what he permitted her to do when it came to the boundaries of her power in the harem and his heart, he relied on her to make decisions when he couldn't, he looked up to her, he sought her advice, he even left the state in her hands in the end. Thanks to the evolution of the SOW, now that very powerful and influential women are the norm in the harem rather than the exception, Kösem was both in a precarious, yet very powerful position, she grasped what the ones before her had and yet got to lengths no one else before (or after her, show-wise) did. Her power spread everywhere, she had so many areas of influence, to the point Murat, the padişah himself, felt overshadowed by all that. But most importantly, she reached out to the people, they all loved and respected her. No sultana was as close to her people as Kösem and I feel that's the most valuable power one could have.
I would put Safiye as second. She's been in power for so many years and she perceives her own power as so massive it's hard for her to let go of. Her dresses, morning routines, material possessions, servants were exemplary. She was so influential in the harem that she was still pretty much perceived as a Valide, even when she already wasn't. She was apparently close to Queen Elizabeth in the show, as well. She also had foundations, even though reaching to the people was far from her first priority. What brings her down for me, is that her influence began to waver slowly, but surely, ever since she was imprisoned in that tower. (yes, she still had a concubine to poison Ahmet, but still...) She lost from Kösem eventually, but she still had very strong presence and was a remarkable member of the SOW. Something from her was left even when she was at her "weakest" - the person manipulating Osman.
I don't know where to put Turhan, to be honest. She was certainly very influential, because she could amass people to her side and staged this massive coup and what helped even further, is her being in a high position from the very beggining and her thematic role in the evolution of power in the SOW, that while everyone else there had their power from their positions as favorites to some extent, at least, Turhan got it solely from herself and what she achieved on her own, because the love and favor from the padişah in her case, was absent at best. But.... her achievements and early apparent upper hand at first only stemmed from the fact that she was Kösem's shadow, she was essentially fooling her and playing with her trust. That is surely bold and the amount of time she succeeded to win in her hands is definetly something, but that facade could last only so far and when it dropped.... Kösem and Turhan were pretty much on equal ground. They were doing move after move and Turhan won only because she used Kösem's weakness. And her weakness.. wasn't the amount of power she wielded. Turhan manipulated her to let go of her personal restraints, which was what she thrived in, but that wasn't really related to power. Power was what Turhan wanted to get, not what she fully had. The same goes with influence. The spheres of Kösem and Safiye's influences were also much bigger than what Turhan ever got and no matter how well she twisted her words, her stunt could even become ineffectual later on, because she has neither ideals, nor principals, but we cannot deny she went way beyond her predecessors for the thing she craved, so I guess she could be here for now.
The Halime and Dilruba (+Davud) faction is not to be underestimated at all. Despite that, similarly to (one aspect of) Turhan, most of their power came from their ruthlessness and how much they were willing to use it. It's interesting, because Halime's most "powerful and influential" was her at her most desperate point, when she seemed to be losing control, because when everyone (the Jannisary especially) learned about Mustafa's condition, no one wanted him to be their sultan, and when Mustafa was dethroned and Osman was the one who ruled. The faction being ready to do anything to be in power and win caused them to beat Kösem in certain instances and were the reason for one of her biggest losses. As far as I recall, they were setting people against Osman and they were also fueling the fire around him, as well as the other stuff. Their opportunism is also a key thing in their power, while it could be also Halime's flaw, when it was her strenght, it fully showed. Knowing when to act (post-E25 Halime and especially Dilruba) and circling around all sides (pre-E25 Halime) is important and advantageous, compared to those who are more direct in their motives. However, when that ruthlessness of the faction is gone, they end up believing way too much in their own victory, hence they let themselves get off guard. Which is what, as well as their ruthlessness that caused Kösem to act even more against them, brought them to their end. And Halime herself could act very irrationally when the opportunity finally seems to come for her, which made her fall under Safiye's traps.
Nurbanu had enough power to guide Selim, hide his mistakes and win him supporters in a way, even though I'm sure she could also be pretty independent of him. She also ended up defeating Hürrem, all things considered. She was cunning enough and she gained influence considerably fast, judging by MC's themes, of course. However, we didn't see much of her influence outside of Selim in the show and seemed to have opposition quickly after her supposed victory was approaching, with the Safiye case she didn't have the upper hand in, in the end. (though it hadn't been such an easy battle, I'm certain of that.) Nurbanu is definetly the most powerful and influential concubine of a prince, but would she be more powerful than the current/future valides before her? I can't say for sure.
While I don't see her as the most powerful and influential sultana of the franchise, Hürrem definelty brought something new to the table, especially in regards to all the traditions she broke, her more extensive foundation work and her getting in contact with the statesmen, along with vast political allies. Hürrem was the sultana whose power stemmed from her favorable position, but that alone. And thanks to both SS and the themes and the time period, that also could only go so far. Her fatal flaw (the fixation of her enemies and her taking the more opportunistic political allies instead of truly testing their loyalty) made her political alliances become unstable in the end. She had her severe amount of influence, but that influence... seemed to disappear little by little when she seemed to be losing, especially when it came to Rüstem. Her power comes from Süleiman and if/when he dies, Hürrem loses absolutely everything. She has her fair amount of legacy, of course, especially with the favorable treatment and her marriage and how far could one start going on the road of power (though that was more on the themes that set Hürrem as a trendsetter for similar character arcs, not so much on Hürrem herself, but it's stil there), but there're sultanas more powerful than her.
I don't think I'm going to go through all the dynastic sultanas when it comes to power, because their characters and arcs are very rarely connected to power. Still, I find the most powerful and influential dynastic sultanas of MC to be Şah and Mihrimah, and of MCK: Hümaşah. Şah is especially there when it comes to influence and how many things she succeeded to pull off, to the point she could beat both Hürrem and Mihrimah, if she truly wanted to, and Mihrimah had SS's favor and her own growing confidence in her own capabilities, which is also very important. Hümaşah has her power as Safiye's daughter and then, very loosely, as a harem ruler, even though she's not more powerful than her or most of the MCK sultanas.
Ayşe Hafsa had her own fair share of power as a Valide Sultan. She wasn't that massively influential and she didn't weave political plots, but she was very strong in the harem, which she ruled with grace and poise. She had everyone there obey, respect and at times even fear her and she didn't give up so easily in her fight with Hürrem. She was a tough opponent precisely because of the power she had in the harem and even Hürrem admitted she was looking up to her to an extent. Everyone listened to her sound advice and SS considered her his conscience, even though she slowly lost her influence of him in S02B. (and even then SS still cared for her enough, of course)
A bit of a bizarre opinion maybe, but I put Gülbahar and Mahidevran next to each other when it comes to the power they wield in their respective shows. That's mostly when it comes to the vast amount of supporters they both have gained whether it's thanks to their sons or their own personalities, which could put them a step above their rivals at times. (the "Mahidevran is dependent on others" remark.... could actually be as much her advantage as is Gülbahar's seek of supporters and how she uses that.) Both have sons they strive to advice in their own beliefs and while sometimes they may not listen, they respect their mothers a lot. Both gain their strength and power without being favored by their respective sultans. Mahidevran's power shows much more when she rules her harem in Manisa, as she she shows decisiveness and justice and yet can use the same firm hand Valide Hafsa once used with her when necessary. Gülbahar's power shows much more in the castle with all the reach she has thanks to her supporters, along with her big ambition to get what's hers. I would put Gülbahar before Halime and Mahidevran after Ayşe Hafsa in this list.
In theory, Handan had a lot of power as a Valide, but she could by no means adapt to it. She was trying to exert it as much as possible, yet she never discovered how exactly to do it, and when she seemed close to discovering, someone either worked behind her back or everything just went all wrong. Nearly everyone's lack of respect thanks to Safiye's influence was even harder to get over. Handan wasn't suited for this harem life and her only solaces were her son and Derviş. Power wasn't Handan's thing at all, still she was an awesome character.
Farya and Ayşe are a tricky case. While Farya was the closest person to Murat ever being favorable to someone (besides Atike, actually no wonder they're besties!) and he married her, she didn't have the safest position in the castle, because she couldn't have children for the longest time. What Farya got in the end was only a slightly more favorable position that could end at any given time and Kösem becoming her enemy didn't help, either. Ayşe practically ranked above Farya as a mother of Murat's children, but her relationship with Murat was strained, at the very least, and that could pretty much cost her her life. Gülbahar only took advantage of her. The girl was stuck in an abusive and toxic relationship and all she could do to end it, was take her own life and that of her children. Thing is, we're talking Murat and he's as abusive and toxic with all his women as he can get, along with his fear for someone to betray or outshine him, so there's only so much power you can get during his unpredictable and (both direct and deep-seated) anger induced reign, so both Ayşe and Farya are on equal terms when it comes to power. Murat screwed both of them over so hard, I don't think there was ever time or a chance for them to seek such power and influence like others have and I don't blame them for it one bit. It's really, really heartwrenching, actually.

God Michael! 🤣🤣 I finished playing Shadows of Saintsfour about two days ago during the Freeplay event and my LI was Michael.
I played SOS awhile ago but didn't get pass season 1 because I thought the series was super predictable which made it boring, but WOW DID IT PICK UP IN SEASON 2, esp 3!!! I can't believe it got better within those 2 seasons. I thought the story would be dragging on for no reason, but was pleasantly surprised that season 3 and season 2 were tied together with 1. And they existed in one cohesive story! I can't believe that I would have never, and I mean NEVER, would have touched this story again if it wasn't for the Freeplay event. I completely underestimated this story... I would have missed out this gem. Now I see why this is one of the more well-liked and popular book of the app now.
That being said, I love Michael. No not love, I ADORE him. Seriously.
I never screencap game moments but I had to for Michael. I never felt so much adoration for a character that made me want to do this 🤣🤣. I love the romantic scenes between MC and Michael and the conflict that was presented in season 2. And his asshole-douchery flaw....
In his next line, he says he's worried about you. He's just worried, but still Michael, no need to bring your girlfriend's friend down. ESPECIALLY WHEN THAT FRIEND HAS BEEN WITH HER THROUGH THE THICK AND THIN THAN YOU DID IN SEASON 2 and 1!!! (ofc Michael saved MC's life in season 1, but Derek has been sticking with MC when Michael hasn't, which is alot)
However, his sweetness towards MC is altogether too much. I wish he had more interaction with her friends tbh. But now I present the last line (I think) and perhaps the best from Michael...
So sweet 💕. Gosh he is still fallen head over heels for us 😳😭 like the first time. The sex scene with him was also so sweet... the line said everytging about him is familiar, yet there is something new to discover. 🥺I love how protective he is of MC and how absolutely loyal he is to her. He runs away with her FFS!!!! He leaves a gang and family with an equally traumatized brother just to be with her. He leaves everything for MC and if that doesn't scream Bae material, I don't know what else. He is the epitome of a ride or die partner and I cannot, I don't think, can feel the same attachment to the other LI's in this book. Probably John though lol.
I was super anxious during the train station scene because I thought I didn't have enough points with Michael for him to run away with me and the writers made it seem so, so I tapped pretty fast, half reading the lines in trepidation. When I read that he actually came and then we held hands as the train departed... my heart... 😭💔💔💔💔 RC don't play with my heart like that 🤣🤣🤣
That aside, I wish Michael had a bigger role in season 1, 2, and 3. He did in season 1, but he stopped appearing frequently, esp in 2 and 3. I thought he would appear more often because he's MC's bf. And it would make more sense for both of them to search together. Even unromanced, it would still make sense for Michael to hang with MC's group because they're the only ones who are really actively looking for Bobby. This would have led to more dynamics and interest in MC's friend group..alas, this didn't happen. A missed opportunity IMO but I suppose his absence could be explained by this: he has his own life. Lol. Or a different way of doing things. Still doesn't really make sense to me, but oh well. I still very enjoy his route and his development nonetheless.
I also wish other LI's had more moments with MC. I heard Stephanie was sidelined, not sure though because it was as though the main love interests would only appear around the time our chosen love interest appears. Not sure how much that is true since in season 1 I didn't romance her. Strange how she barely appeared in my route though. I thought she would help us more or become part of the gang, but she didn't. Disappointed because I would have def liked another best friend besides Candy and again, more layer to the friend group. Her interaction with Michael would have def be interesting.
I also wish that non-romanced main love interests appeared more than the Black dragons. To me, I don't think their role fit with the story very well if you think about it. Luke and Stephanie def would. Stephanie's grandma is acquainted with Mrs. Hill and is a witch; Luke's family's hold over the cursed painting. I wish the black dragons' appearances were at least shared with the non-romanced ones. Like I wish I knew what Luke and Stephanie were up to in detail. It was seriously strange for Luke to not be around when Bobby was missing and that he never tried contacting us. In both seasons 2 and 3, I couldn't stop wondering what they were up to and missed them (although Luke drugged us lol).
So imo, the black dragons' role should def be less than Luke and Stephanie. Definitely weird, but it is what it is.
Speaking of the Black Dragon's, Aaron is a hot daddy. Like GOD DAMN. I couldn't help but flirt and kiss with him although I was scared that it might ruin my relationship with Michael 🤣🤣🤣. Cherry.. i would like cherry if he was drawn better. At first, I couldn't like him because of his sprite but his personality is ahh, so mischievous, I love it. I would have picked Aaron over cherry though LOL.
I would replay season 3 to romance them again, but the scenes are very few and I already played most of them. I'm just missing their final sex scenes really, so it's not really worth it to replay the entire season just to get their ending and final sex scene lol.
I can't bear to cheat on Michael with Aaron or cherry, I can't do him dirty like that. Like for FFS, Aaron married Luke's sister and we never, at least imo, build the same heart wrenching connection we do with Michael compared to them. And the fact that he freaking left everything in his life for 10 years to be with us!! Like nooo I can't!! 🤣🤣 there aren't enough scenes with the side characters to justify the cheating 🤣🤣 Michael is too gentle and sweet for the hurt.... but i did cheat on him with Derek HAHHAHA mostly because 1996 Michael wasn't available so I thought something happened so I was like ALRIGHT GUESS WE FUCKIN'. I was tempted to choose Derek over Michael because Derek has been with us more than Michael has. Not to mention, he really cares for MC. Wish there was a 3p ending with both of them 😭😭 they're both super loyal to MC and would lay their life down for her.
The same thing with John too. I can't bear to see Michael grieving over MC and MC picking John over him... can you imagine Michael dying and finally seeing his dearly desired dead gf in DreamWorld but only to see her gettin' it down with some guy who tried to kill everyone in the past? 🤣🤣🤣 nah man I can't do him dirty, especially when Michael saved us from the Faun. Speaking of that event, it was weird that there wasn't a conversation/consequence from Michael who saw John kiss us LOL. And he definitely heard us talking about the intimate moments we shared HAHAHAHA. Though, John's short route is terribly cute. I really enjoyed it tbh. Surprised that we didn't have any repercussions for cheating on Michael with him. Moving on, I watched his ending on YouTube and it was super bittersweet.😭
I honestly like his route a bit more than Aaron's. Or equally. Can't decide! Aaron's route is basically MC still in love with her old crush who used to intimidate her and was exciting since he's someone you wouldn't acquaint yourself with, especially as a young, inexperienced student. And then coming back as a mature woman, and still knowing that you're in love with him and he is still too, ah so cute. That moment you share with him in the snow on the swings 💕💕. Honestly I feel like that moment MC needed a proper adult figure to comfort her so that scene was a bit weird and made me think, hm, MC is probably crushing on him because he is older, hot, and is sort of providing a parental comfort to her lol. In my HC universe, MC crushes on him, but it quickly dies because she was vulnerable in the moment. I'm happy that that moment didn't escalate any further and that Aaron didn't chase MC unless MC did in the end. It would have been very weird because it would have been a moment where he, as an adult figure, take advantage of MC. Then again, it's fantasy/fiction. To each to their own eh? I still enjoyed it. I honestly could personally relate to the line where Mc says that the experience and age (something like this) provided comfort to her, so that moment felt awfully sweet to me.
In the end, there could only be so much you can push in in a story game app.
I still really enjoyed this story. Despite the flaws I pointed out, I love this story to every bits. I find this much more entertaining than SOTF, so I'm glad that it is written the way it is. Perhaps I should write a post about SOTF in the future since I'm close to finishing it, but I don't think I will since I don't like it much.

That's the thing, Reader is used to being underestimated and she definitely takes advantage of that. Billy underestimated her when they first got together, he's doing it again now and Krusty is doing the same thing. Lol.
Like you said, Billy is on his own journey. His past and present self are converging and it's pure chaos in his brain. He keeps fighting it, and it just makes things more complicated. It's fun to write him when he's unhinged and so messy.
Can't wait to read your Krusty dies blurb 😀
Matt and Reader can help each other heal while others figure out their shit. They'll never work out in the long term but they're a good fit for now.
Thank you so much for the support ❤

Just a thought. I don't think it's Pisces specifically that is manipulative , I could say the exact same for all water signs. With Scorpio it's much more obvious because they're so intense in general. Cancers on the other hand....They're manipulative in the sense that they use their own hurt feelings to guilt you into doing what they want. They prey on people who are naive and highly empathetic because they (whether consciously or otherwise) know they can easily use this to their advantage.
Lol I’m sorry but either you’ve never met a Pisces or you are a Pisces. With every sign comes positive and negative traits but the water signs are incredible manipulators, they just have different ways of going about it.
Cancer: Passive Aggression
Scorpio: Guilt Tripping
Pisces: Martyr Complex
Pisces has the reputation for being one of the most “innocent” signs in the zodiac and that’s why we underestimate them. They truly are a wolf in sheep’s clothing and one of the best manipulators in my opinion, because before you know it the knife is turned inwards and you’re the one apologizing to them for being so insensitive after they’ve sacrificed so much for you. Never forget that Pisces is a mutable water sign, they’re in tune with the emotional energies around them and yes, they will use it to their advantage.
