also i don't think it's too far off to believe that sungtaro were originally meant to be in a unit that is closer to their age group and considering that sm doesn't have a ton of trainees (according to sm idols themselves), there could've been a real possibility that current riize members also could've ended up in a new unit lineup at some point or another. but no they went with the 16 y/os
