Just found out rahul kohli lost out to pedro pascal to play reed richards,,,, i need to take the day off,,,
#desi reed richards you will live on in my heart#i don't even care about the mcu like that anymore but i really do miss when marvel made braver casting choices with lesser known actors#this is no hate to pedro pascal obviously but it just reconfirms that Hollywood will choose one or two actors of colour to champion#we'll see them everywhere for a bit because of the hype#and then they're gone/hollywood moves on and the cycle starts again#and poc are basically told that we're getting too greedy to want more than a couple of the same people in everything#rahul kohli#reed richards#fantastic 4
