#I am watching my mom and her bfs dog this week #and I am SO BORED #they live in an island in a certain very large lake #we went to the beach on Thursday and we’re the only ones there so obvs I’m ditching my shorts and going in bc the water is SO WARM #and this DOG #she ran in with me #but then ran back out onto the beach and ROLLED #turned herself into a damn churro #and so I had to give her a bath when we got home #and I said we won’t be doing that again sis #but today I took her to the dog park thinking we would be SAFE #NO #this dog takes one look at the very small little baby pool they have there for drinking out of #and plops right on down in it #like it was her own personal pool #and of course this thing is nasty bc it’s sitting in a dog park #so she had to have ANOTHER bath when we got home #she’s a menace to society and me in particular #but anyways I am bored and I don’t understand these people who live in relative seclusion on islands and in the country because #WHAT DO YOU DO ALL DAY #I get it like nature and whatever but my GOD #my body clock is wack rn and my motivation has flatlined #I need to be back in a city with PEOPLE lmao #only 2 more nights thank god #anyway #all this to say this dog is a menace and I don’t understand living in an island

I never realized how batshit insane it is that in order to get the Epsilon fragment, The Director tells Alpha that Wash died.......AND THEN THEY GO STICK EPSILON IN WASH'S HEAD

my sweet little baby man is no longer with us

#he had his bloodwork done yesterday and the vet said it was fine but he doesnt have much time left #and my bestie is a vet tech who wanted to see the lab results bc she always does and she looked at them #and asked me if she can shiw them to her boss today and i was like sure and immediately knew something was up #today keekki was being himself #then i went to run some errands and when i came back he was laying in front of the front door with his tiny baby head against it #and i was like ''oh ok one of his seizures?''#and theyre like. keekki will drool and not move and they usually last for like 20 minutes (several vets have no idea whats up with those #but it was probably either a kidney or a blood pressure thing)#anyways. it did not pass in 20 minutes so i Knew #i laid on the floor next to him #then my bff sent me a message asking me if i have the time to talk about keekki and its not good news #at this point i was about to call the vet anyways #and she was like ''ok i showed these to my boss (a vet) and she got super angry that ur vet even let you leave the clinic''#bc apparently keekkis bloodwork was so bad he should have been put down then and there but my vet was like a fresh half graduate #so i dont hold it against her. anyways i got an euthanasia appointment for this evening and spent the time before it laying on the couch #crying with keekki in my arms #i had to carry him bc he couldnt really walk without stumbling and falling down #when i had to get up to get his carrier and stuff ready he was taking a nap on the couch where i left him and i took this pic #anyways worst vet visit of my life i could hardly even do anything but nod half the time bc speaking results in me sobbing #anyways. this fucking sucks #i dont know how ill be able to sleep tonight #its been years since i last slept at home without having a little guy plop into my arms #i spent a long time with him in the vet room when he was gone #it feels surreal ive given him his last ever forehead kisses #as i left the room i told him bye the exact same way ive been saying bye to him for the last very many years ive had him #its always moikka keekki before i go to work or the store or literally anything #and that was my last moikka keekki #i hope he felt how loved he was #my dad is sending me older pics of me and keekki and he looks so happy in them. hes always right next to me #idk man im going to stop rambling now

Just experienced such an unusual burst of BBC Merlin fan energy, and after having spent a good portion of my night surrounding myself with young royals content, I can safely ask why more people don’t talk about how Merthur walked so Wilmon could run??? Also. The knights. The knights are stupid and funny and chaotic lil shits, and thinking about them gives me Forest Ridge named first years (literally just Henry, Walter, and Alex) vibes. Blonde royal with dark-haired “commoner” best friends to lovers speed run (I don’t care that I remain delusional over a decade after the Merlin finale was released, they were SOULMATES, two sides of the same coin and all that idc), the queer-magic metaphor in Merlin and how Wille is queer (unlabeled) and Arthur was literally BORN of magic. As in, there is never any confirmation as to whether Arthur could have a talent for learning magic, but being born of it sounds pretty innate to me (something something unlabeled-uncertainty Wille???). And then Simon and Merlin knowing exactly who they are from the moment we meet them (Simon is out to anyone who cares enough to know, Merlin was born with his magic and has used it throughout his childhood). The “commoner” boyfriends being constantly overlooked or disparaged for their lack of status, but their royals (eventually) get to the point where they couldn’t care less about status. Arthur talking about dragging Merlin away to live on a farm away from the royal life —> Wille telling Simon in s2 that he’d give August the crown so they can be together. The royals having a really shit parent who doesn’t want to accept them or change to the country/kingdom. Sad one, but the “commoner” boyfriends sorta losing themselves in the other guy (Merlin losing his innocence so completely because of how much he puts into protecting Arthur vs Simon being Wille’s ONLY support for most of s1 and the only one Wille feels he can really talk to, prior to his and Felice’s friendship developing). Meta one, but the royals’ character development being a goddamn rollercoaster at times, but they’re getting there.

You can’t say that these two shows aren’t so perfectly aligned with each other in so many ways. The queer-magic metaphor alone goes so crazy!!! I love the conversations about heartstopper and rwrb in connection to young royals but give our OG queer-coded royals some time in the spotlight too, it’s super fun!!!

so guys..... i might end up taking a bit of a hiatus from working on my big comic... i'm real sorry about that but i just don't feel motivated to work on it right now. i PROMISE i will do more on it in the future!!! i just need to find the right time and motivation to keep working on it.

but i am still working on other stuff!!! it's just that working on one big continuous thing like that just isn't that fun right now. i hope you're not upset with me about this.

those fellas are Eugene “Doc” Roe and Edward “Babe” Hefferon from the HBO war series Band of Brothers.

While they are based off real people, real heroes who fought in the United States Airborne’s own Easy Company, my portrayal (and anyone who engages in this fandoms portrayal) of them is strictly fictional.

my portrayal of them is as a ship (i GUESS it’s sort of more complicated than that but i feel the same way about Kat and Paul in all quiet on the western front) (if you’ve read all quiet on the western front you’d understand what i mean) (if you haven’t please read all quiet on the western front)

anyways i’m so normal about them. I’m so, so normal about them and i am BEGGING you to watch the show, it’s so, so good. the imagery and music and just. EVERYTHING it’s such an incredible series.
