i know some people say that he relies on fans too much but i don't think you'll say that if you see the genuine emotion on his face while talking about fans and the support he's received over the years and how much we've done for him. the sheer overwhelm and gratitude on his face as he spoke about how if it weren't for the fans and how much we boost him up, he wouldn't have moved from the sound of walls to the sound of faith in the future, which to be fair are miles apart and takes some artists years to move between genres. he's well aware of how the industry has betrayed him but he's truly reached a point where he does what he does for the people who love him and no one else and i'm so proud of him for that. i know in this industry radio play and awards and public promo matters, but to see him talk about us has made me realise that to him success means that his music was loved by his fans and everything else is just a bonus. he was sat there, a full few weeks after his album going number one, and he still couldn't believe it. he looked like he didn't know how else to say thank you, and like words were falling short for the amount of gratitude he wanted to express. being in the crowd last night made me realise just how much he values the artist-fan relationship he's built with us and he wants to keep working towards keeping this connection strong and tight knit and creating this community together 🫂🤍

Country singer Steve Harrington, who has always leaned more into the pop country side of things (think Wanted by Hunter Hayes), but wants his third album to be more true to old school country roots.

His label agrees but only if he works with Eddie Munson, a rock star who had to leave the spotlight when he got kicked out of his band for, well, rockstar behavior gone too far.

Eddie agrees.

It's an incredible duet, something country music has needed forever, but Eddie doesn't want that version out there.

The label genuinely accidentally releases their version instead of the Steve only version. As soon as they realize, they remove it from official places, but it's too late.

Fans have already heard it and have gone crazy over it, begging them to let the radio play this version, begging for this version to be available for streaming. The Steve version is great, but it doesn't have the emotion that's laced in the tone of them singing together.

Eddie finally gives in when he sees how happy Steve is about the reaction to it.

But the label decides they want them to tour together, have Eddie work as his opening act, perform his acoustic songs that haven't been officially released anywhere. Eddie can't do it.

He can't go back into that lifestyle. He couldn't do it to his band, who made him promise that he'd come back to them when he got his shit straight. He can't do it to his fans, who stuck by him through some rough shit, but probably wouldn't support a fucking country music career. He definitely can't do it to Steve, who deserves to have someone with him who can be trusted not to go off the deep end.

So he runs. He hides. His uncle welcomes him home, congratulates him on finally embracing his country roots.

It doesn't take long for Steve to find him.

Because he'd been more honest with Steve than he'd ever been with anyone. He told him about his childhood, his Uncle Wayne, his struggle to make it. They co-wrote Steve's entire album while Eddie worked on recording his own original songs. He liked that it was an old school rock and roll feel, some blues, some country, some hints of metal sneaking in on a couple songs.

He called his band to come help him with a song, hesitant to even ask, but they came. Of course they came.

He called his Uncle Wayne to play banjo on a song, worried that he wouldn't like the heavier electric guitar notes over it. Of course he loved being involved.

When their tour started, he let himself actually feel nervous.

But instead of running, he looked at the man who supported him through it, even when his own career was on the line.

Of course Steve was there.

I'm so fucking proud of Noah and all he's accomplished throughout his life. Seeing someone conceptualise an idea and actually have the courage and determination to not only pursue it but to make it a resounding success is nothing short of inspiring.

I'm grateful every day for Bad Omens' presence in this world. Music is something so crucial in my life for my mental well-being (when I lost my job and couldn't afford spotify premium anymore, I was genuinely losing my fucking mind). Every time I listen to their music, I feel like I notice something new and different every time, especially with the TDOPOM album.

I respect and admire Noah as a vocalist, producer, and musician immensely. As someone—and I never talk about this—who makes music myself, his artistry, lyricism, production skills, versatility, and his drive for a unique style and passion for pushing boundaries within the genre are things so encouraging to me and I think to a lot of other fellow artists too. It has been a pleasure to see him grow and improve as an artist over the years.

Beyond the music, his vision for the band—the stage design, music video concepts, stage outfits, whatever the fuck the goodbye, friend stuff is about—is all always so intriguing and enjoyable to watch. Everything that comes out of this band is a pure joy to witness and experience.

Moving away from the band specifically, I've spoken before about how grateful I am to have found such kind people within this community. The love I have received on my works, the friendships I have fostered here, and the creativity I have felt and have been able to express are things I'll forever be grateful for, and it's all thanks to this one guy having the idea to start a band out of Virginia. I hope one day I can meet the friends I've made here on the next BO tour!

Noah, you are a light in this truly shitty world, and I'll forever be grateful for you and thankful for your decision to share your own creativity with us. Thank you endlessly for sharing your voice with us, and thank you for continuing and prioritising yourself even when things are difficult.

Happiest Birthday, Zayne. 🩵

Just wanted to greet the love of my life a happy birthday. Never been this such of a simp and invested on a character, but Zayne is different from all the characters that I've liked, and I literally am so happy to get to know him and the game this year.

These lines from his birthday event shows so much about Zayne as a person, and I just want to hug this man real tight, let him rest for a while, and let him be just "Zayne" instead of "Dr. Zayne" or "Mr. Zayne." I hope Zayne will let people care for him, especially the one he loves because it is what he deserves (and he deserves more than that, too).

You may be just something that we see and interact with from the screen, but I'm pretty sure that everyone who loves you feels pretty much the same. I am no writer nor someone who knows how to use pretty words, but words really are not enough to express how comforting your character is.

If a universe has a Zayne existing on it, I hope that universe showers him with all the love and kindness that the man deserves. As he has a big heart which is a lot more fragile despite of its size. As the bigger the heart, the bigger the pain the bearer has to endure.

alright so instagram followers do not equal to fans. gotcha. but then what about spotify listeners. I think that would directly correspond to his music fanbase unlike Instagram which is, well, social media. (and I'm not trying to hate here unlike some but genuinely trying to understand. maybe the noise has gotten to me idk) on one hand, yeah, I do see his growth in the live spaces but then on the other hand, his monthly listeners on Spotify are going down. i remember it being over 4M at a point but now it is down to 2.5M.

and then the other thing, yeah his album did hit the charts but it did not sustain. it hit no. 5 one week and then it was straight out of the charts the next, not even in the bottom end of it but just straight out of it. and same in the uk, no. 1 one week then out of the charts the next. tho it did return twice again to some position but again did not sustain. I think the charting was down to the dedicated part of the fanbase who bought multiple copies to put him there but I think you need the casual part too in order to sustain.

idk, the live thing is still a paradox to all of this. can it be down to just the dedicated portion of the fanbase filling up his special venues like the O2 arena or the big mexico show? i don't think so but i don't know. can it be that dedicated or are there casual fans mixed in there too?

So being on playlists drives those numbers up when you get a lot of people who let a song play through without skipping, whether or not they care enough to click through and check out the artist more, and collabs with bigger artists boost this because when someone just plays that artist's main feed and the song plays through a number gets added to the collab person's total even though, again, the listener probably never went to their page or followed them (this is why Liam's spotify numbers are consistently higher than Louis' for example even though Louis has a bigger fanbase). New music pushes those numbers up; between release times they will go down. Festival appearances may see them go back up as the summer goes on! But probably not significantly is my guess. I suspect individuals looking into an artist and even following them honestly has very little impact on this compared to playlist placement, which is something management/ label pay for and do around release times- and yes, LTHQ do this at those times- which is why his numbers were up, which is why there's a drop off to be seen. But lots of those listeners that have dropped off the monthly counts may still be followers of his account! So they will get notifs for his new music (and his shows) and push those numbers back up when the time comes. As for the charting thing, I... don't find that odd or problematic? That seems consistent to me with his model and not really an issue? When Louis said "I'm not here to compete with the likes of Drake and Ariana Grande. I'm here to make music I love and make my fans proud to say they're a fan," he was saying that he was not going to worry about chasing casual fans. I get that you and a big part of the fanbase disagrees with that decision on his part, that's the whole discourse, but IDK what to tell you: Louis disagrees with you and has literally said so! Louis has been clear in both words and actions that his priority is the dedicated fanbase that makes it possible for him to tour, and that while he is also doing things to see if they work to pull in casual fans and enjoys when he gets the benefits of both, it's not his priority or focus and isn't going to be. The live thing isn't a paradox- it's the point! It's what he has TOLD US REPEATEDLY that he most wants to sustain and he is not only doing that but also growing those audiences- and yes, getting casual fans mixed in as well. Like you point out, in LATAM in particular he gets a lot and he clearly loves that, and we saw him feeding it with the press junket he did in advance of the tour there; when it doesn't require him to change his core project he's clearly happy to see how far he can take it and ride the wave. And he's playing these fests as part of that- so be happy, he's doing what people want! But I think waiting for him to make that the primary priority when he has explicitly said he isn't going to do that is setting yourself up for disappointment. I don't think we will at any point see a shift from his number one priority being the dedicated fans, and I think it would be a HUGE mistake if they did shift that focus to prioritize chasing less sustaining fans.

Yes, let's talk about work! He said Djo3 is basically finished and he hopes to tour it next year once he's done with Stranger Things and I'm so excited about it! The chances of him touring in my country are almost negative, but still! Such an amazing thing.

I was very bittersweet about EOB going viral, but seeing how genuinely happy he seems and how he's making all these plans for his music that maybe he didn't think he could before is making me all mushy. I think music is something he always wanted to focus more on, but acting is what paid the bills like he mentioned before, so he kept music as more of a hobby, I guess. And now!! The success with EOB will make it possible for him to focus on that and with a new album coming most likely this year he'll be able to keep people hooked on his new stuff.

What else is there? This ask makes me want to cry. There is such a big difference between Harry as a person and his image. We used to see so much more of the real Harry between the stunts, that made up for everything we had to deal with. Since he went solo we hardly get anything genuine from him. Okay, finally properly watching the documentary and I have a few thoughts. (I guess this is bit of a summary too, so spoiler warning maybe? And this is just how I experienced the documentary, if someone sees it differently, that's fine too). It got long so I put it under the cut.

Face off: I just love how they build the melody, how Jimin is part of it so fully, it starts with the tune Jimin plays and builds from there. He hums the melody while walking around the table and PDogg has to remind him to record everything, because it sounds good. Honestly this part had me in tears a bit, I don't know why, just watching them build the song and being proud of Jimin's effort in it. They then work on the lyrics, Jimin says there's a story behind them, a story about betrayal (the song tells about a "rebellious spirit due to betrayal"). It's a story about making a mistake and trusting the wrong people, but also him being better without those people, that it's their loss. (This is me paraphrasing what he said in the documentary.)

Like Crazy: PDogg says "it's sort of sorrowful dance party... It's like getting drunk" when they work on the first beats and melodies. And again Jimin just starts humming the melody that later is part of the song and PDogg catches it even though he's doing it so quietly. I love how they've captured these little moments, where Jimin is quietly humming the melody and PDogg goes "that's good!". PDogg is the one saying a conversation between a man and a woman would sound good at the beginning if Jimin would find a movie that suits best. And then Jimin immediately thinks about the movie Like Crazy and that's how they even end up naming the song. As they're writing the lyrics Namjoon says he'll help with them after Jimin gets the story he wants to tell out first. I think it's the post production phase where Jimin says Like Crazy is the song everyone likes the most whenever he plays the songs to people, while Set me free pt2 is Jimin and the team's favourite.

A side note: I love how Jimin erupts in little dances along the whole documentary, whether it's something cute or maybe a few ballet-like steps or just having fun. The dancer he his.

Alone: Jimin says it was the most difficult of the songs. It's interesting, Jimin says that the lielielielielielielie part sounds to him a bit like people laughing at him and pointing at him and how he wanted to write about it. I love how Jimin says he's having fun working on the song. And I think it's Ghstloop (sorry if I got that wrong), who says the whole album is so unpredictable (and yes it kind of is, in the best way possible). I love watching Jimin slowly finding the melody for the song, he's so good at it and the way the team cheers him on in the process is so nice to see. And the way it's Jimin's idea to put the sound effects for the "falling" part, he really is an idea bank like he said in his live. While writing the lyrics Jimin says "I keep melting into these moments, it has so much emotional labor." And he really worked so hard, revisiting old painful memories isn't easy. The way he says he once thought the way he wrote in the lyrics is painful to hear, but we all have those times, don't we (if someone doesn't then they should consider themselves really lucky). Him talking about how he had a difficult time facing the emotions, hiding them, trying to say it's all okay. I'm glad to see him in a better place during the song making process though, seeing that he's past the emotions Alone is about.

Another side note: I found his face planting onto the couch in despair because of the lyrics very relatable as a creative person. Sometimes creating is just that.

Letter (Dear.Army): About Letter Jimin says how he wanted to make a song where he could express his feelings to the fans in a better and more genuine way compared to always writing thank yous to weverse. I love that it's Jimin playing the guitar and coming up with the chords and again the teamwork with the producers and how they support Jimin. The way Jimin knows from the beginning it's going to be an emotional song once he gets the lyrics right and he does. I wonder how the Dear.Army title came about since Jimin seems happy about the Letter (in Korean) title, they could've easily just translated it directly too. Jimin says the title Letter is like him, nothing pretentious. He looks so happy when he has Jungkook recording background vocals to it, and Jk does beautiful harmonies. To me it sounded like Jungkook was a bit worried his contribution was too much, but Jimin seemed just happy to have him there singing as much as he could.

Set me free pt2: First of all it's clear they all love this one, they seem to have so much fun creating it. Jimin is adorable when he meets the choir in LA. And just watching the whole process of how this song develops, the way he plays with his voice, the way he lets it all out while recording, the way they're all jumping around while listening to it, it gives me the feeling that it's such an empowering song for Jimin.

His ending words are touching. Him telling about how he contacted PDogg after coming home from Las Vegas, wanting to tell his story, feeling worn out, having to go through a deep emotional journey, facing the feelings he's had, hating it, but also having fun doing it. He mentions talking to Hobi, how when trying once you can see where you can try your best the next time.

I wrote too much I think, but I just loved seeing how the songs got their start, how they built them, how involved Jimin was in all of the parts of the process, how much of it was his work. It was definitely a collaborative effort too, I think Jimin was lucky to have such an encouraging team with him working on the album.

If you got this far then I hope what I said made sense. I just really enjoyed watching this, getting insight to how Jimin functions in a way.

So, so many things.

I love that he's the person I needed the most when I was in school; I was most definitely a lost sheepie and in many ways, I do feel like I'm still looking for Eddie. I was bullied for fifteen years - literally from the day I started pre-school right up until I graduated sixth form college about a decade ago - and I love that he's the person I needed back then. There's some catharsis in loving him now as I look back on my teenage self. I love the way he welcomes and accepts people, the way he meets them where they are and doesn't judge them, unless they give him a reason not to. And if that's the case, then he'll judge them before they can judge him. He's kind right up until he isn't and he gives as good as he gets in all ways. I love him for knowing when to speak up and when to put down the hatches and settle in for the ride. I love him for becoming the very person he needed when he was younger; there's a quiet strength in that. And we all know that Uncle Wayne taught him how to do that!🥺

I love his clothes, his taste in music - it's very similar to mine. Ozzy was my first love, I remember throwing absolute tantrums if mum turned off one of his songs before it finished. I have video footage of me at three years old dancing to Mr Crowley, wearing an "Ozzy" tophat and wriggling my little body as much as I could, grinning. As an adult, if Ozzy doesn't make me smile, it's a serious red flag towards the state of my mental health. I fall asleep every night listening to a Black Sabbath album (usually Master of Reality) and I will not sleep if I don't have Ozzy playing. Summary: Ren is the bassist of the successful Swedish Rock band Savage Seducion. She had it all, the great band and the fairytale romance with her guitarist and frontman Gunnar. That was until they broke up. Now Ren must navigate playing with her Ex as they tour America with Night Ranger. Along with new feelings for Night Rangers bassist Jack Blades.

Ren’s POV

I'm trying not to think about tomorrow. When I have to face my ex for the first time since we broke up a few months ago. He was the boy next door. I have known him my whole life, our parents were best friends and so we became friends. I started playing bass and he started playing guitar. We fell in love, or whatever love is to kids. We were thirteen. Then we decided at sixteen nothing was ever going to break us up so we might as well start a band together.

That was our first mistake. When you are sixteen we genuinely believe nothing is going to break up you and your boyfriend. You’re delusional and life hasn't kicked you down enough yet. We made it past school and our band grew. We got a record deal and still stuck together. We were 18 at this point. We'd been together all our teenage life and it was starting to break down. I had these feelings I needed to run. I needed to explore I needed to try something else. The love I once felt wasn't really romantic anymore. Yet I didn't want to fuck up our band. We had a massive following back in Sweden off our first album.

We were making it. I was living my dream of being a rockstar. So I kept hanging on to the relationship despite knowing I didn't love him anymore. I kept fighting it.

I mean he was the only love ever knew. What is wrong with me? My whole family wanted us together wanted us to get married wanted him to be my great love story. After all, it was looking like one of those stories you read about where the boy and girl next door live happily ever after. So I kept fighting it.

We made a decision to keep us being a couple as on the down low as possible. We didn't want that to be the identity of our band. Which looking back now should have been a sign.

Time went on, till last year. When I realized how unhappy I truly was. It all started when my mother started up her whole “why are you and Gunnar married” thing again. We're only 23 granted we have been together ten years. I realized how unnatural it was I really didn't want to marry him. I had no desire to spend the rest of my life with him. I didn't want to be his wife. I didn't see a future with us together. I wanted to run. I wanted to be free. How I was just holding on to this relationship to hold on to my band and make everyone around me happy. I didn't really love him anymore. I had to get out.

I remember thinking I'd have to start a new band. I can do that though. I can start over. I thought I'd shatter his heart. I thought he'd hate me and I was prepared for that.

I was shocked when It turned out he felt the exact same as me. We both knew this wasn't our forever love like we once thought and we had to cut ourselves free. We both knew it was what was best. So that's what we did. We decided since it was mutual and we really have no hate for one another to keep the band going. Why ruin a good thing?

So here I am months later. In San Francisco. Where our tour is going to start tomorrow with Night Ranger. They happen to be a band I really love. So I'm excited to your with them. I know it's going to be awkward but I also know I can work past it. I just need to focus on our music.

After all this the tour in support of our new album. The one we finished just before breaking up. It's really taken off here in America and I'm very proud of it. We've gone gold already and it's only been out a week! I'm excited to play the new stuff.

I decided to come a few days early so I could enjoy San Francisco a bit and relax before the awkwardness that was bound to happen. Right now I'm sitting in a nice convertible in an almost empty parking. I'm looking at the map to plan out my route to my next destination. I'm drinking some American soda, and just knowing the music and the nice weather.

Then I pop in my “Dawn Patrol” cassette into the cars cassette player. When I say I'm a fan of night ranger I mean it. I crank the radio and start singing along. Ex-boyfriends are tomorrow's problem.

I stop dead for a second when I suddenly hear my own music fill the air. Someone somewhere is blasting “Don't Tell Me You Love Me”. I look around looking for the source. It has to be nearby I can hear it very clearly. I look head into the parking lot and notice a woman sitting in a red convertible. She's got long black hair cut in what I call I rock n roll style. She's wearing sunglasses and she's the one blasting my music. It always makes me happy to see people enjoying my music. Especially when it’s pretty women.

In her lap, I notice she's studying a map. There is a good chance she's lost. I should go see if she needs help.

I walk over to her car and smile as I reach the driver's side. She notices me and turns down her radio down.

“If I’m not allowed to park her I can move.” She says, probably because the parking lot is empty. She has a thick accent of some kind. I’d say it’s European. Though I can’t place the exact country.

She’s dressed very rock. With tight black ripped jeans,cowboy boots and a crop top of the Swedish Band “Savage Seduction”. The band were actually starting a tour with next week. Interesting. Maybe she’s here for the concert? She seems to be fans of both bands.

“No, I actually came over to ask if you’re lost.” I tell her, pointing to the map on her lap. Also in her car is a pack of cigarettes, her purse, and a few cassettes. One of cassettes is actually our Album midnight Madness, and I can see the case for Dawn Patrol as well. The one she’s currently got on her cassette player.

It’s kind of funny she appears to be such a big fan yet hasn’t recognized me. Especially when I’m sitting on the cassette player box right next her. I don’t blame her though. I probably look much different without the spandex.

“Oh! No I’m just planing my route.” She laughs, “but thank you.”

“No big deal.” I tell her,then I point to the tape in the player.

“Great band aren’t they?”

“Night Ranger?” She asks, “yes the best.”

“Are you going to the show tomorrow?” I ask her, curious.

“You could say that yes.” She laughs, “Are you a fan?”

“You could say I am yes.” I tell her. I don’t like being full of myself and going ‘I’m Jack Blades the bassist and singer of the band’. It’s okay not everyone needs to know who I am. I also don’t want to come off as full of myself. Especially not to someone as pretty as she is, that’s the last thing I’d want her thinking of me.

“Well I really should get going.” She tells me with a smile.

“It was nice meeting you.” I tell her and I mean that I’m hoping I can see her tomorrow so I can give her a backstage pass.

“I was nice meeting you too.” She smiles as she drives off. Well shes someone I’m not going to forget for a while.

13. What fic was the easiest to write?

So the fic Imma discuss that I wrote is Faking it, since I'm sure my moots are sick of my most recent Where Are You Now? which I've been more focused on lately because it's a seasonal kind of story. Now, Faking It features a lot of the same characters used in WAYN but is less au, set in the high school era, mainly around the season 5 mark. By contrast, WAYN is canon to s3 around Holiday, and then it changes and is set years later in adulthood. There are vignettes to bridge gaps, that's why they exist if you do read it and don't know.

The best way to describe it is like a fake romance au. Emma wistfully and even pathetically crushes hard on the new kid in school, Peter Stone, and is too cowardly to tell him. It's worth noting that this version of Peter isn't that important and is just a distraction, but s5 drops out of canon and is a bit over the top, follows the HS years and has differences making its own storyline.

Sean is newly returned to Degrassi and has his sights set on winning back Ellie's affection, but she won't give him the time of day and is angry with him for how he left her with the rent and everything else, overall is in a better state of mind. So Sean and Emma join forces to get what they both desire just as friends posing as lovers or whatever. It gets complicated when Sean learns of Jay and Emma's secret tryst in the ravine, and some lingering feelings they'd been denying make them question if this is what they want anymore, in turn they draw nearer to each other, and it blurs the line between their friendship and more and other storylines relate to that. I have quite a bit done with that one, and then I kind of got a bad case of writer's block and left it alone but I started around April of 2023 for that story, and do plan on seeing it through in time after I finish with my current WIP.

Where are you now? is based on music and such a commentary on superstardom and grief, family, friendship, loyalty, trauma, and the question (rhetorical), can money buy happiness, or love? The answer is obvious. Loosely based off of the song Lucky by Britney Spears, and titled with era album-mate Where Are You Now? It is a love story against the backdrop of Christmas, present day.

It's the 13th of March here, which means one thing... it's Beomgyu's birthday! 🥳

Here's the collage I made for him ☺️

Very, very proud for this, capturing every side of him was very simple this time. As always the selcas have two of my weak point, glasses and hairbands, even tho I fought with the photos this time, zooming wise. I'm very sorry, but believe me, Beomgyu is wearing an hairband in the right middle.

Outfit wise, I decided to put in the middle my favourite TxT era + the song which made me fall in love with them. Probably I'll do this for the other members too maybe 🤔

Time for the little letter now.

Before becoming a full time OT5 stan, Beomgyu was my first and only ultimate bias at the time. There were many reasons for this.

First and foremost I think that the main reason why I fell in love with him was his fun personality. I clearly remember the first time I tried to see an interview TxT made for a magazine (must admit, I checked those because of the subtitles 😅) and how Beomgyu immediately stood out during it. And from that video I became literally obsessed with how he acted towards the members especially towards Yeonjun. My gosh, you don't have any idea how much I laughed while watching compilations of Beomgyu and Yeonjun being literally Tom and Jerry every second. And not let me start talking about every time I tried to watch a To Do Episode and I needed to stop for a second because of Beomgyu. This boy was meant to make me laugh.

I also want to talk about another wonderful thing Beomgyu did when I started my entire K-pop experience. If you've followed me for a while probably you know that I go completely crazy when two groups interacts together or even make collab (cough*theWeUsfamily*cough *theBTXTcrumbs*cough). Sometimes I even think about how collabs between my faves might work. The reason why I'm like this is thanks to Beomgyu. It's 2021, I finally added Stray Kids into my stan list with TxT and Monsta X. I'm minding my own business when I receive a notification about a TxT update. I click on it and I discover that Beomgyu made a selfie with I.N. I've been stunned for five minutes. And then my heart was overwhelmed of joy. It was the first time where I saw two of my faves interact to each other. Ok, ok, I admit it, I didn't know at the time that they were friends already. My bad. But I will never forget how I was relieved at the time. Seeing what seemed to me a genuine friendship into this competitive industry made me really happy. It was a ray of light for me, really.

And now, I think it's time to talk about something that is connected to him in a very special way: Maze in the Mirror. Ok, little story time. I was doing a little TxT marathon through their discography, I reached The dream chapter: Eternity and I started to listen to it. Everything was pretty normal until Maze in the Mirror started. I don't know what happened to me but I felt something different. I noticed that all the members were shining differently. It was like that song was more...personal to them. I stopped listening to the album and I searched the translated lyrics, which is something I rarely do, and I searched the credits. And once again I thanked my instinct since I was right. This was a song where they worked on.

But what caught me off guard was noticing that Beomgyu helped in the production too. I think it was that moment where I understood him a little better. I've understood that the same member who made me laugh and brighted my days was the same one who decided to hide his insecurities and fears with a smile. And I've understood that the minimal melody I loved so much in Maze in the Mirror was his personal way to communicate with us those insecurities. Yup, I think you've might understood it now, the reason why I love this song so much is thank to him and I'll be always be grateful for that.

My dear Beomgyu, thank you for being the kind friend who always looks up to the other members every time. Thank you for making my days a little more better with your effortless comedy. Thank you for just being you. Probably you don't feel the same insecurities you had while writing Maze in the Mirror anymore but, if there will be a moment, any moment, where you'll think that your efforts aren't enough remember that you have four amazing friends who'll always be with you. And remember that MOAs appreciate you in the way you are, always.
