okay i lied i cant stay away
#ive been so conflicted#everyone is talking about prasocialism and they are completely and truely right#the way this whole situation affected me really shed some light on my obession with dt and friends#ive been in fandoms my entire life and ive never experienced the hurt and confusion ive felt this last week#coming back here and seeing people's incredibly well put takes on the situation snd the 'end' of dt.blr and we knew it has been very helpful#as we knew it*#and healing in a way#ive literally avoided any dt or dt-adjecent content for a week because it made my stomach hurt knowing what happened#it's been such a huge part of me for almost 2 years#so i cant let it go#i will stay here#and engage in dt.kq etc. content again#<- you're free to unfollow/block me if it makes u uncomfortable#i'm reblogging a take that summed up a lot of my thoughts this last week really well#and it tell you more on where i stand on the situation#im sad to see so many go but i completely understand because i felt the same for so long#as i mentioned it really broke my heart seeing the community we built end the way it did#but i hope i can still find happiness and breaks from real life in what we have left#and in the future of my blog#because it's MINE#but it'll be more diverse from now one#maybe a rebrand is in order#who knows#one step at a time :)
