Nice! Urbanize Atlanta reports that the stalled effort to convert the 41 Marietta office building in Downtown to 120 apartments is alive again!

And now the development includes 36 units priced for households earning 80% AMI (area median income) or less, thanks to the city's Atlanta Urban Development (AUD) nonprofit.

AUD has partnered with developer Blue Lofts to resurrect this project after it went into foreclosure last year, following some initial work.

This is good news for Downtown, which desperately needs more housing, and also good news for the whole concept of office-residential conversion in a district where offices have been emptying out in recent years.

Fingers crossed that this happens as planned. I've learned to temper my optimism for all adaptive reuse plans in Downtown since many end up folding. Please let this one work out!

Thanks for sending it to me <3. And yes, she’s correct. All this bs we see in the press is to drive a narrative that the celeb’s PR team want AND for the tabloids to profit off of scandals and celeb stories. Whoever doesn’t see that is honestly incredibly naive. 

The industry is super fake, and most things are fabricated, including many celeb’s personas. They do this in order to sell a lifestyle, product, and their careers. It’s always been that way.

Not to mention that getting pap pics and endless articles about you is one of the best ways to promote projects and keep a celeb’s profile high and relevant.

The girl that went to the protest with Harry in LA a while back posted her story of meeting him but despite her attempts to drag it out it's really just "I met him at a BBQ," the fact that he asked to be called H is the only interesting part and led to people noticing that his mom calls him H in her insta bio now, and a blurry picture of him on the back of a motorcycle in Italy (not current) was posted but you can tell it isn't a Lights Up outtake cause he's wearing a mask and Harry Lambert posted Harry merch and an outfit from the Adore You vid. Louis is on the cover of a Spotify playlist but some complain that he isn't actually featured on the playlist: Spotify says not everyone sees the same songs and that's why but if they aren't showing us Louis songs who on earth are they targeting them to? His LA house that he's been trying to sell forever is back on the market, price reduced yet again but still not enough for us poor fans to buy it, oh well. Liam posted a cute meme of himself as a cat and his sister was adorable trying to get the Midnight filter to work for her, making cute faces runs in the family it seems, and Niall wished Shawn Mendes a happy birthday and responded to a tweet about a 1D show. Eleanor posted her friend being gushy about his dog's pregnancy but then took down the story that said that that was what was going on, possibly because she'd tagged him in that one and he didn't want to deal with all that, and people are mad that his phone with the sonogram can still be seen but there's no context to explain that is about a dog (because naturally there are people out there acting like Eleanor's hinting at being pregnant LMAO AS IF HAHAHAHA.)

'Jeopardy!' champion Mattea Roach makes Canadian history with 14th win

Nova Scotia's “Jeopardy!” champion Mattea Roach has made history after winning more games than any previous Canadian contestant.

The 23-year-old tutor won her 14th-straight match Friday night, earning an additional US$34,000.

Roach's winnings have now hit US$320,081.

With Friday's win, Roach also claimed a spot in the "Jeopardy!" record books, becoming the eighth person on the all-time consecutive games list and the 10th on the all-time highest non-tournament cash winnings list.

Following Friday's match, Roach said she never expected to become one of the show's top champions.

“This has been such a crazy season of streaks and I was fully thinking Amy [Schneider] might still be here,” Roach said.

“If it's not Amy, there's going to be some other super-champion that's just going to knock me out Game One. I guess what I didn't realize is maybe I could become the super-champion I wanted to see in the world.”

Throughout Roach's 14 appearances on the show, she has answered 93 per cent of questions correctly.

Roach, who is originally from Halifax but now lives in Toronto, first applied to be on the long-running game show in 2020. This January, she was invited to Los Angeles to tape an episode.

Roach will attempt her 15th win Monday night, when she faces off against two new challengers, Michael Graff from Eastvale, Calif., and Jessie Francis from Marietta, Ga.
