hii hope you’re doing well!! for the au headcanon thing, how about an amusement park au? for some reason that was the first thing i though of lol

Heya thanks for the ask!! ^_^ I am well and hope are too!! This took a bit of thinking but I think I've got something.

.

-To start: the theme park itself will be something of my own invention. It will be one of those Parks, that has both water rides, and regular coasters. Like sea World....but without the animals, just the rides, attractions, and water park

-Willie, Luke, and Carrie work as lifeguards/water slide operators

-Flynn and Alex work in food stands. (if Bobby's around this is where he would work) They're the ones most likely to see everyone in a day. This also allows for them to secretly jdge the others and compare notes on the gossip.

-Julie and Reggie work in the kids section of the park, (sometimes this means participating in the special kids events, like shows, trick-r-treating, etc)

-Kayla and Nick work guest relations (ticketing, gift shop)

-The staff break room is often filled with gripes of various sorts from the gang pining after different job positions for various different reasons(some to include wishing to work with other staff members) Reggie has the least amount of gripes, Luke and Carrie have the most.

-Carlos loves to show up and abuse Julie's employee discount and also his knowledge of the general running's of the park.

“James, I might die.”

James’ laugh almost bubbled over and spilled out, but he held it in stoically. Regulus would kill him for laughing at him right now.

Regulus gave James a death stare so intense others might have cried from. Not James though. James merely smiled and finally relented.

“Okay, yes, I’ll carry you for a bit,” James told his boyfriend, who had been dragging his feet through the amusement park for the last hour. 

“Finally,” Regulus groaned, hopping up on James’ back and swinging his legs to circle James’ waist.

James caught him and squeezed his thighs lightly. He loved carrying him around like this. And he knew Regulus liked to be carried. So it worked out pretty well for them.

“So which ride did you want to go on next, love?” James asked.

“The one with the snakes,” his boyfriend answered sweetly, angry tone completely evaporated now that he’d gotten his wish.

“That one’s on the other side of the park…” James said slowly.

“I know.”

God, James loved that man. Truly. Bless his soul.

jimcurly au, no spaceship no crew no nothing

just two bestfriends, a cynical and bitter one and an optimistic and kind person

they go to an amusement park, jimmy is floored by the prices of food and tries to stop curly from buying things for him because he's been raised in the lower class and is just about middle-lower class

curly, our lord and savior, says its fine and treats him to small little snacks and even beckons jimmy to play minigames with him and they both end up winning a stuffed toy (which is a horse.. goodness me)

both of them go on super scary rides, curly is like ":))) how nice!! i love it" and jimmy's like "IM GONNA DIE IM GONNA DIE HOLY SHIT CURLY WE'RE ABOUT TO FUCKING DIE IM PRAYINF TO GOD AND DOING MY HAIL MARY'S"

at the end of the day, jimmy just. pukes. and curly's there to help him through the nausea. they spend the rest of the day lazily on a couch cuddling.. resting...

Wait scrappy is bonded to one of the gang right?

Which one is it? Or is it all of them. Personally I hoping it's Fred.

This is a fun story actually!

Back before the gang were all romantically together the entire Rogers clan was keeping an eye on Scrapy to see who he would bond with. There were no Rogers of bonding age for him to pair with so they all thought he was destined to be a Doo by adoption (when someone gains a Doo by being adopted into the Rogers clan) or a Doo by Marriage (where a Doo bonds with a non-Roger that is destined to marry into the family).

When I tell you Shaggy was Struggling™ because it looked like he was going to bond with Fred (he even started coping his speech patterns and saying “treasure” like that) only to turn around and attach his tiny puppy self to Daphne for months only to turn around again and go with Velma to her NASA internship as emotional support…

Let’s say Shaggy was very confused and just a bit frustrated.

But it turned out to be just the curiosity and friendliness of young puppies. Scrappy has found his Rogers not that long ago in 2011 when they found Cousin Steve on that iceberg.

I just had the sudden idea of “who would have the most unhinged girlfriend in 141 that is basically their scary dog privilege dog”

And like. It’s gotta be Soap, right? He’s got that puppy boy energy that makes me think he would adore being loved to the point of obsession… or, at least, the effects of it. In this particular scenario he just does not understand the obsession, just that his girl really likes him.

He brings his girl to base one day and Price and Gaz are worried, but they’re happy Soap is happy. Price can see the girl’s dedicated to him, and Gaz sees Soap head over heels for the girl and he’s just so damn polite. Gaz is not gonna tell Soap that his girl gives him the creeps, like a female version of Ghost that is somehow not a soldier, but a bloody civilian with the same killer energy.

Speaking of Ghost….

It is red flags all around for him, and he’s pulling Soap to the side to quietly (and bluntly) explain “Johnny this girl would murder for you and that’s not a good thing”

“Why no’? I think tha’s sweet!”

Just. The shenanigans. Ghost isn’t gonna force a bloody breakup on Soap’s behalf, it would break the poor boy’s heart (and get him on the girlfriend’s shit list, making it a double “not doing that”…)

The Three Towers have a legal battle with the nearby Two Towers. The Three Towers - tuff guys- are a legoland-like park with one ride and mostly a large park meant to be built in and around.

The Two Towers, meanwhile are a small Aquatic zoo with an observation tower, kiddie rides, and a drop tower ride. They attend the yearly car show

BAM!land Amusement is known for its Alpine coaster with a small aviary and mini golf for anyone not there for the coaster.

The Creaking Woods is a seasonal Haunted woods amusement park eith a maze, corn cannons, a haunted mansion and typical fair attractions and food.

Most of the year however he travels with the Giant Great Grand Gallary Circus, where they travel from place to place and cause chaos as they go witb jester and backup flyer pearl, main flier scott, base and back up base cleo and bigb, and concessions/legal work/ supplier and all around set up-er impulse

the spanners have an observation tower, bungee jump and zipline and are being investigated after two employees died from falls.

theres lots of city politics where they have to be polite and underhanded and scar wins the mayors office before being impeached in an unfair trial. most of the circus (pearl) is running from tax fraud

Summer begins like one of those rambling mid-August rain showers that somersault down the coastline, sudden and smothering and sparkling with electricity. By June, Lily Evans is already soaked clean to the bone. Her first weeks back home are nothing if not predictable— they slip by in an unrelenting haze of cheap tequila headaches and unflattering tanlines and the cloying, chemical-sweet smell of her Neutrogena sunscreen where it seems permanently embedded in the fabric of her denim cut-offs. There are late night bonfires, and early morning 7/11 runs, and all four boys piling into the cramped front seat of Remus’s truck to jockey for the air conditioning while Sirius sings along to the cassette player. There are those breathless evenings spent pretending to sleep in her childhood bedroom and just waiting, praying, aching to hear the sound of their car puttering into her cul-de-sac. There is the familiar slick of her watermelon lipgloss melting tacky against James Potter’s neck. Really, it's not as though she doesn’t know what to expect.

For whatever reason I like to imagine Gwayne being the fun uncle to the green kids. He teaches them how to ride horses, tells them jokes that they can use to annoy Alicent with later, and gives them little gifts (like a box for Helaena to put her bugs in). The kids love it and Alicent and Otto love getting to spend time with him too.
