GET POLISH PERFECT HANDS WITH AARANYAA HAND AND CUTICLE CREAM - Aaranyaa Skincare
Without a doubt, our hands serve as the most amazing tools that make our day to day activities and life easier. But do you not believe that we neglect our hands more than any other portion of our body? Yes, indeed!
While the truth is that we regularly expose our hands to a variety of substances and basically use them for every primary function, we tend to forget to give them the extra care it deserves.
It's obvious to forget to moisturize your hands at the same level as the rest of your face, neck, and body given our busy lifestyles and habits. However, throughout the day, our hands come into touch with irritants like hand soap, hand sanitizing gels, alcohol-based cleaning products, etc. in addition to being continually exposed to the outdoor environment. When you use your fingers to scroll and type while working or studying, it can leave your skin dry, red, and flaky, which can be very unpleasant.
Assuming no one is truly looking at them, many people concentrate more on their faces and less on their hands. But because we often communicate through our hand gestures, taking care of them with the appropriate hand cream can improve both our outward appearance and inner confidence. Best Hand Cream, please!!
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BODY CREAM AND HAND AND NAIL CREAM:
Because the skin on the hands and the rest of our body is naturally different in texture and thickness, they require different care. Hand creams have higher concentrations of oil and are absorbed faster than body creams as the top of your hands tend to dry out quickly due to their continuous exposure and lack of any oil glands.
Look for best hand cream that contain vital fatty acids and oils; avoid anything too oily, such as petroleum jelly, since it will make your hands too sticky to handle. The best way to increase hydration and pack as much moisture into the palms, nails, cuticles, and top of the palms is to apply hand and nail cream at the back of your palms, under and along the tips and edges of the nails, and cuticles and gently massage it in circular motions. It is advised to use it before going to bed to yield maximum benefits.
Advantages of Using Hand and Nail Cream:
1. Boost up the hydration content:
Working all day long makes your hands more likely to become dry, rough, and chapped. Most hand & nail creams have two categories of substances - the occlusives and emollients, that lock and seal moisture while forming a physical barrier on the skin which help to achieve well moisturized skin for your hands.
2. Cut your age some slack:
With time the skin loses its radiance and elasticity. The first signs of ageing, such as wrinkles and age spots also show on your hands. In addition to strengthening nails and moisturizing cuticles, hand creams with oils that are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and fatty acids will leave your hands moisturized, looking gorgeous, youthful and healthy.
3. Metamorphose into satiny soft hands that look and feel better:
If dry and flaky hands and cuticles are your concern, opt for a hand cream. You can achieve silky smooth nails, cuticles, and hands with the help of a hydrating hand cream that provides intense moisturization with the vitamin-rich oils present in them. Rubbing in a generous amount of hand cream after washing your hands or at the end of a busy day will transform your dry skin into soft supple and beautiful hands.
4. Keep the sun damage at bay:
Hand cream is not only effective against dry skin, nails, and cuticles, but it can also protect your skin from the sun. It creates a barrier on your skin against environmental aggressors, protecting your hands every time you go outside.
5. Give your hands an instant facelift:
Whenever possible, opt for chemical-free, all-natural alternatives that are packed with extensive hydrating and moisturizing actives that help clear pigmentation and dark spots and bring back the natural glow and luster to the skin.
INGREDIENT SPOTLIGHT OF AARANYAA HAND AND CUTICLE CREAM WITH MORINGA AND MANUKA OIL:
- Moringa Oil: A very large tree native to North India, Moringa oleifera has been hailed for its health benefits for a very long time. It contains a lot of beneficial antioxidants and seven essential amino acids are all found in the oleifera seeds.
- Manuka Oil: Manuka oil, which contains 22 essential amino acids, is one of the finest moisturizing and antibacterial ingredients and is referred to as a superfood and natural wound healer. Its source is Manuka honey, obtained from the same-named New Zealand plant.
TIPS FOR SMOOTH-AS-SILK HANDS AND NAILS:
Stay away from soaps and cleansers that contain chemicals which can be harsh on your skin. Since you wash your hands multiple times daily, choose a natural alternative. To keep your cuticles moisturized every day, use cuticle oil or hand cream for the best results
When you go outside, remember to apply sunscreen to your hands to prevent tanning and sunburn. Long nails may be attractive, but neglected nails can break easily. Keep your nails clean and trimmed if they tend to break off easily. Exfoliate your hands frequently to eliminate dead skin cells and other impurities.
Use only the highest-quality nail polish to avoid damaging your nails when caring for your hands. Additionally, occasionally skip the polish and give your nails a rest.
It's best to wear gloves when gardening, using strong-smelling ingredients, or working in the kitchen to protect your hands.
FAQ's ON HAND AND CUTICLE CREAM:
Does hand cream make nails stronger?
Hand creams with all natural ingredients and oils like moringa oil can help make your nails stronger and prevent breakage.
What is the ideal time to use hand cream?
It would help if you used hand cream when your hands feel dry and rough.

'In the scrublands of South Ecatoria, a well-defended porcuswine--a common genus of bumbaa widespread throughout the northern part of the continent--nonchalantly tucks into a rather unusual and unsavory meal: a serving of its own droppings. Porcuswines, and their cavybara kin, which include even the likes of hammoths and piggalo, are hind-gut fermenters, with their stomachs small and simple but their large intestine complex and spacious, allowing them to process more quantity rather than quality. Unlike the foregut-fermenting ungulopes, however, this fermentation of cellulose occurs after the absorbing region of the small intestine, rather than before, and thus valuable sugars and amino acids are lost to the dung. Rather than let these nutrients go to waste, the porcuswines, as do juvenile hammoths and piggalo, opt to an obvious solution: they eat their droppings a second time, allowing it to be re-processed and helping its nutrients be extracted fully.
While such behaviors may seem off-putting and downright disgusting to a human spectator, the boldmarks, who cultivate fruit trees from their latrines and thus have a quite different and more positive cultural perspective of this natural process, see it as but just another natural part of the lives of the animals they observe in their surroundings. In fact, the porcuswine's consumption of its dung specifically has made a powerful cultural symbolic impact in their lore and imagery. To them, just as the twin suns rise and fall, the twin moons wax and wane, the seasons change through the year, and all living things are born, eventually die, and in death catalyze new life to spring forth, the porcuswine devours food, digests it, and expels it to devour it once more--a symbol of the endless cycles of life and nature in its duality of the beautiful and hideous.'

Wait if the human body needs fats for protein absorption, do you have any idea what someone who can't process fat at all is supposed to do? I'm currently being evaluated for all kinds of possible diagnoses but so far my physician isn't sure what's wrong with me and if it's curable, but the gist is that I literally can't eat anything even slightly fatty without becoming severely sick and immediately having to run to the bathroom. So I can't eat any meat that isn't lean, I can't eat cheese, can't drink milk, I can't eat yoghurt that isn't advertised as 0 fat, and I can't use oils at all either.
From what you're saying about fats, that sounds...less than ideal. Considering I don't know for how long I'll be forced to live this way or if there's anything that can fix it at all, do you know if there's anything I can do to prevent the rabbit starvation you speak of?
(referring to this post) Oh, wow! I’m sorry, that sounds frustrating and stressful.
I want to be clear: I’m an archaeologist, and my primary understanding of this comes from an archaeological and evolutionarily perspective, not a modern nutritional one. Your doctor and your nutritionist will know a lot more about your case than I do.
That said, rabbit starvation/protein poisoning is only really a concern when lean meat makes up the majority of your diet. Not the majority of the meat in your diet, the majority of your diet, period. It’s a topic of interest among archaeologists in particular because it would have been a perennial concern in the winters during the Ice Age: when hunting animals with lean meats would have made up a large portion of early humans’ and Neanderthals’ diets during a Paleolithic winter. Historically, this tends to happen only in the winter in tundra and subarctic regions when grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and fish aren’t available. There’s a reason it’s also called mal de caribou.
Carbohydrates, sugars, fruit, and vegetables give you a much more balanced diet and help make up for deficiencies in other areas. And modern nutritional supplements, fortified foods, and multivitamins also help stave off many historical areas of malnutrition. If you are eating a modern spread of foods, even without fat, you are very unlikely to get protein poisoning. You might get constipated when you eat the meat, though.
My understanding is: proteins get digested faster than fats. So if you eat high-protein lean meats, they can move through your system quickly, without your body having time to extract all the amino acids and all the nutrients from them. And then the undigested bits can build up in your colon and make you feel constipated. Fat is digested more slowly, and when eaten with protein, allows your body more time to extract more and fuller suite of nutrients from the protein. Possibly there is also an emulsification aspect going on as well, I’m not positive and it’s hard to find good explanations that aren’t diet-culture-focused. (Fat also does other important things in your body with providing long-term slow-burning energy, padding your organs so they don’t impact against other parts of your body, and absorbing fat-soluble vitamins and such; again, I’m not a nutritionist, and I don’t super understand the details.)
But dietary fiber can also slow down digestion, and can help give some of those same digestive effects. (Nixtamalized) corn+beans+squash is a very traditional diet of the Americas because it gives the whole suite of necessary amino acids without requiring a whole lot of external additions. Also, I get the sense that fish like salmon work differently because of omega-3 fatty acids? So there are for sure things you can supplement with.
My post wasn’t intended to make people worry; modern nutrition and food availability means that there is a lot of flexibility you can have in your diet if you’re allergic to one aspect of it. It was meant to say, even “unhealthy” fats have an important place in a balanced diet, and can do good things for you besides just tasting good, and that craving it may well mean there’s something in there that your body wants. But if fat genuinely isn’t good for you for medical reasons, there are absolutely ways of dealing with that. Ultimately, variety is the most important part.
#I AM NOT A DOCTOR#I want to make it clear that my understanding comes from an archaeological place#And the evolutionarily needs we developed as humans#Definitely ask your doctor or a nutritionist how to stay healthy#But I really don’t think you need to worry about rabbit starvation if you are eating plenty of grains and fruits and vegetables as well#asks#featherymainffins#Good luck though that sounds stressful

Venus Flytrap (Dionaea muscipula)
Family: Sundew Family (Droseraceae)
IUCN Conservation Status: Vulnerable
Found in swampy regions throughout a very small region of North Carolina and South Carolina in the southeastern USA, the Venus Flytrap is easily the most famous example of a carnivorous plant: using a touch-sensitive bear-trap like structure at the end of each of its leaves, it traps and externally digests small arthropods such as ants, beetles, spiders and grasshoppers (although, as its method of capturing prey relies on prolonged foot-to-trap contact with its prey, it very rarely catches airborne insects like flies despite what its name suggests.) It does this to cope with the naturally low levels of nitrogen (an element that all plants need to produce the proteins they use to grow, repair their tissues and synthesize enzymes and amino acids used in nutrients-producing chemical reactions) in the damp soils it inhabits, and as such its trapping of prey could be thought of less like eating and more like taking a dietary supplement (it still extracts what little nitrogen it can take from the soil around it through its roots, and besides the nitrogen-boost that comes with the prey it traps it otherwise meets all of its nutritional needs through photosynthesis.) The red inner surface of a Venus Flytrap’s trap is lined with tiny hairs that detect touch when they are pressed against, and in order to prevent the plant from wasting energy on trapping and attempting to digest inorganic matter a trap will only close if multiple points of contact are made within a few seconds of each other (meaning that if, for example, a pebble was placed in a flytrap’s trap it would not close as there has been no contact beyond the initial contact being made, but that if a beetle landed in a trap and then took a step the hairs would detect this as a sign of moving, living prey and the trap would close.) Once the trap has closed, the flytrap further avoids wasting energy on inedible matter by not beginning digestion unless contact is made with the hairs five more times (which typically occurs as a result of startled prey struggling,) and upon this condition being met the trap will close further to create an airtight space and its inner lining will begin to secrete digestive enzymes, breaking down the trapped prey’s body and allowing the nutrients released from it to be absorbed through the surface of the trap and transported to wherever they are needed within the plants body through a series of internal vessels; after about 10 days the trap re-opens, and what little remains of the prey (typically little more than a mangled exoskeleton) falls out of it, allowing it to be re-used. Although the Venus Flytrap is a small and typically low-growing plant it develops its flowers (which are small, white and typically 5-petaled, and which bloom between May and June) on relatively tall stems a considerable distance away from its traps to avoid accidentally trapping its pollinators (such as sweat bees and certain beetles that are either too large to trap or too small to be worth digesting), and as this species is monoecious (meaning that every individual Venus Flytrap possesses both pollen-producing male organs and pollen-receiving female organs in its flowers), every instance of pollination has the potential to result in the production of fertilized seeds which are then spread via small black fruits (although when fertilization is not possible Venus Flytraps can also reproduce asexually by producing genetically identical offspring from offshoots of their roots.) Although extremely popular in cultivation due to their distinctive appearance and interesting lifestyle, Venus Flytraps are becoming increasingly rare in the wild due to human encroachment within their limited native range as well as, surprisingly, a lack of wildfires - as Venus Flytraps are slow-growing and struggle to compete with faster growing plants they rely on naturally occurring wildfires to periodically clear away competing plants to allow them to grow and reproduce (with members of this species typically surviving wildfires by re-growing from their roots), and in areas inhabited by humans these fires are frequently extinguished before they are able to have any significant effect on low-growing plant populations. As such, while other plants in drier regions of the USA are threatened by increasingly frequent wildfires, Venus Flytraps benefit from occasional prescribed burning (the practice of deliberately starting a controlled wildfire that can be extinguished before it burns out of control, giving slower growing plants a chance to develop before the area they inhabit is colonized by fast-growing species such as grasses.)

Using Pomegranate Seed Extract for Hair Growth: Is It Effective?
Is your hair feeling dry and lifeless despite cleansing and conditioning it every day? Well, it looks like your shampoo and conditioner might not be doing their job to keep your mane soft and healthy-looking. In fact, many hair growth nutrients are not found in these hair care products, which can affect hair growth. But with a hair growth serum, nutrients can intensely penetrate and provide what your hair is lacking. If you believe that your locks are in dire need of deep nourishment, you can start using a serum with pomegranate seed extract. This type of fruity hair growth serum does not only contain potent nutrients, but it does bring a myriad of benefits for your growing locks. Check out the following benefits of pomegranate seed extract for your dull-looking tresses.
5 Benefits Your Hair Can Get From Pomegranate Seed Extract
There's more to eating juicy pomegranate fruits. You can also use the seeds for growing healthy locks. Here are five essential benefits that your hair can get from pomegranate seed extract. - You can receive an ample supply of antioxidants for your hair follicles. Your hair follicles can be sensitive to oxidation, which can lead to their miniaturization. It’s a good thing that pomegranate seed extract can be your go-to source for follicle-protecting phenolic compounds like anthocyanin, flavonoids, ellagitannins, and punicalagin. These phytoconstituents protect your hair follicles against free radicals caused by oxidative stress. - You can enjoy the hair growth benefits of vitamins C and E. Your hair will never get over vitamin nourishment. The pomegranate seed extract is rich in vitamins C and E, which can provide you with the best-looking locks. You need enough vitamin C to boost collagen production since your hair needs amino acids for keratinization. On the other hand, vitamin E has antioxidant qualities that also protect your hair against oxidative stress. Sustaining your locks with these vitamins will ensure your hair’s glorious days. - You can protect your scalp from inflammations. Your scalp can easily get irritated by bacterial invasions or sebum build-up, which can block hair follicles and hamper hair growth. A specific type of antioxidant known as punicic acid has strong anti-inflammatory properties that can prevent your scalp from suffering inflammations. The pomegranate seed extract is also a clarifying agent that can help remove excess oils on your scalp, thereby avoiding inflamed pores and aggravated follicles. - Your hair strands get protected from aging and thinning. Prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays can age your hair prematurely, causing strands to become sparser, more sensitive, and greyer. But thanks to many researchers, they have found that pomegranate seed extract has potent antioxidants that can protect your tresses against UVB-ray damage. It can also encourage DNA restoration activity for your impaired hair follicles, thereby stimulating hair regrowth. The pomegranate seed extract is also a pH balancer. It is especially useful for protecting your hair cuticles, resulting in smoother hair strands. The extract also acts as a humectant because of ellagic acid, a phytonutrient that locks in moisture for your tresses. - Your hair can prevent baldness because of pomegranate seed extract. A lack of keratinocyte proliferation is also a common culprit of hair loss problems since keratinocytes are essential for the onset's hair growth cycle. If left untreated, anagen follicles can be forced to shift phases and undergo premature shedding. Here's the good news: pomegranate seed extract can stimulate keratinocyte increase for hair follicle growth. Include Pomegranate Seed Extract in Your Hair Care Regimen. Finding a multipurpose hair growth product is not easy-peasy. Even your shampoo and conditioner might not be enough to target your hair's specific needs. Thus, you need something packed with active ingredients which can easily penetrate and get the recuperative job done for you. Therefore, you should try using pomegranate seed extract because it can mitigate your hair growth problems effectively. By including pomegranate seed serum in your hair care regimen, you'll never have to worry about your weary locks again. Read the full article

I did go to Sephora yesterday and the Internet wasn't lying or over exaggerating! I saw, in fact, MULTIPLE 8-12 year olds shopping there. although a lot/most of the actually youngest ones had parents trailing them.
specifically please pour one out for one dad trailing his preteen girls lmao. That man had the ultimate dad (or parent) expression that combined resigned exhaustion with supportiveness and searching bewilderment hoping for solidarity among adults. Or possibly rescue
.
Anyways one of them darted in front of me to reach/snatch at something she wanted because she was too nervous to say "excuse me," although I had already noticed her telling her mom what product she was looking for and was actively already stepping aside when she zoomed in to do this! I was making space and she literally was too excited to just wait three more seconds.
I mostly found the darting funny because she was clearly just afraid to talk to another person who wasn't her mom (nervous hand clasping, whispering to her mom's ear, hesitant hover back), but also like sweetie, your mom SHOULD encourage you to not snatch things or reach over people and say out loud "excuse me," even if it IS scary. I pre-emptively moved over when I saw what she was saying, she was just faster lol.
I will think on how to gently help them with this next time. I probably could've said something like "hey, it's okay to say excuse me so I can move over more for you! We can both look!"
This little girl DID open the box of what she was looking at which?? Why did her mom not tell her not to do that?? But she didn't unseal product.
Also this is what she wanted:
For anyone fascinated/horrified by the phenomenon of pre-teen girls being sold absurd skincare standards by TikTok, but who doesn't know much about the products involved:
This is a watermelon glow face serum. Serum is basically liquidy topical skincare products. They're often used for a more concentrated delivery of an active ingredient in your skincare. A little can go a long way.
In this case, the serum is boosting in order: (1) niacinamide, which is a type of vitamin B3 that helps your skin build keratin (for firmness), and the natural lipid barrier which helps you retain moisture. It can also help with inflammation/redness/coloration (acne, eczema, hyperpigmentation). (2) literal watermelon extract which idk says it delivers amino acids and hydration in the marketing. It's probably harmless. It's a good add for marketing, Glow recipe does fruit themed products. And (3) hyaluronic acid which could sound scary but is just a humectant that helps prepare skin to receive moisture, like in your moisturizer. (Fair warning: a straight hyaluronic acid serum is not enough on its own if your skin is super dehydrated. It will make your skin go all shriveled if you don't add moisturizer and you were super dry to start with. Ask me how I know)
Basically this angel faced & clear skinned child absolutely did not need anything to help acne or redness, but in this case it's a harmless product that will also help her skin stay moisturized in winter. It's pricey for what it is, but it's not meant for mature skin only thankfully. Basically if I had to choose something from Glow Recipe (which has cute, colorful bottles and fun fruit themes) for a little kiddo, this lands in the harmless to their skin pile.
She got the mini size which is $20
Her skin absolutely doesn't need this product. This is about marketing performative femininity and anti-aging towards girls and women. From an "everyone has skin to care for," perspective, "watermelon pink juice moisturizer" by the same brand is more relevant. Or the blueberry cleanser.
(most of the actual teenagers said things like "excuse me" if they needed to pass by and weren't rude to me at all. Like actual teenagers sans guardians and I had lots of normal sorry, excuse me, go ahead interactions between us. They're NOT all aggressive and rude.)
Idk idk I have such mixed feelings. I know I cared about the onset of acne at 11, 12... I hated the feeling of breaking out, not even just from a social perspective but like, the sensory feeling it produces in your skin. I pick at it even when I shouldn't. I still hate it! But to have that anxiety compounded a bajillion times by social media would've sucked.

We Humans aren't designed to live forever, but we can live longer than we do!
Most “anti-aging” supplements that many popular websites and books recommend do NOT slow down your aging process, they mostly benefit your health as you get older, and you are still ageing at the same rate you always have.
These are substances like vitamin A, vitamin E, coenzyme Q10, lipoic acid, B-vitamins, calcium, omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, multivitamins, curcumin, EGCG, nicotinamide riboside (NR), mushroom extracts and many more are great supplements but they won't slow down your aging!
This means many touted “anti-aging” supplements are nothing more than antioxidants, which do improve your health as you age, like vitamin A, vitamin E, coenzyme Q10, lipoic acid and so on. But they don’t slow down aging. Some antioxidants can even accelerate aging, like lipoic acid or vitamin A and vitamin E.
Ya see,... We human beings aren't supposed to live forever so we have an aging process which triggers (kicks in) at a certain age, and it's downhill from there on. We have a built in fail point, just like automobiles do, so they can keep selling us cars forever.
Ya wanna know what does slow down your ageing process, and they SLOW DOWN not stop it..........
1. "Fisetin", a natural ingredient found in vegetables and fruits, especially in strawberries. Fisetin is mostly known for its senolytic activity, meaning it can clear away senescent cells, ..... zombie cells literally that have done their job biologically but reuse to die off, and are still hanging around sponging off of other healthy cells, like many of our political leaders do.
2. Alpha-ketoglutarate (the calcium form)
Alpha-ketoglutarate (AKG) is a substance that naturally occurs in our bodies. When we get older, the levels of AKG decline. Most studies show in mice that they live 14% longer than mice that didn't take Alpha-ketoglutarate (AKG).
3. Microdosed lithium
Lithium is a mineral found in nature. It seeps from rocks into water, including drinking water, like natural spring water.
Various studies show the more amount of lithium in the drinking water the longer people have been living in that area, and had less neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s.
So the further you are from the city the better off health wise you are.
Can you see the stars at night,...... if not your still to close to the city!
4. Glycine
Glycine is an amino acid that occurs naturally in our body. When we age, glycine levels decline.
Glycine has many functions in the body. It improves the epigenome (the machinery that determines which genes are switched on or off, a process that goes increasingly awry when we get older). Glycine especially improves the epigenome of mitochondria, the power plants of our cells.
5. Pterostilbene
Pterostilbene is the better brother of the famous anti-aging substance resveratrol.
Resveratrol has long been hyped as a longevity substance. However, it unfortunately did not live up to that hype. Studies showed disappointing results when it came to resveratrol extending lifespan.
6. Malate or malic acid
Malate, also called malic acid, is found in apples, and in our own bodies.
Malate is an important substance in the mitochondria. In fact, malate is a component of the Krebs cycle, which consists of various substances that are chemically modified to provide the energy that keeps all cells going.
7. Magnesium
Magnesium is an indispensable mineral for the body to function properly.
Magnesium helps innumerable enzymes in our body to function properly. Cells shuttle magnesium in and out to propagate nerve signals and to generate muscle impulses, including the beatings of our heart.
Magnesium also sticks to our DNA, stabilizing our DNA, protecting it against damage. Increasing DNA damage is one of the reasons why we get older.
8. Glucosamine (the sulfate form)
Most people know glucosamine as a substance to reduce wear and tear of cartilage and to improve joint health.
Few people know that glucosamine can also extend lifespan in different organisms, including mice.
Studies show that glucosamine is one of the few supplements associated with reduced mortality in humans, and also reduced risk of cardiovascular disease in humans.
9. Hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid is an important component of the skin. But hyaluronic acid (HA) surrounds and embeds many other cells in the body than just the skin cells.
The older we get, the less hyaluronic acid there is in the body. A 70-year-old has only about 19 percent of the amount of hyaluronic acid of a young person.
Studies show that hyaluronic acid, taken orally, can improve skin appearance by reducing wrinkles, improving moisturization of the skin and increasing skin radiance. It can also improve osteoarthritis, which makes sense given joints and cartilage contain a lot of hyaluronic acid.
10. Ginger
Ginger is a well-known spice. But it’s not just any spice, it's THE SPICE for longevity.
Many scientific studies demonstrated multiple beneficial health effects of ginger, like reducing inflammation and protecting cells against damage.
Ginger has been found to extend lifespan in simple organisms, like fruit flies.
Ginger can improve type 2 diabetes and inflammation in humans.
11. Rhodiola rosea
Rhodiola rosea is a very interesting plant that grows in the northern regions of Europa and Asia.
Rhodiola rosea has been used for centuries as an adaptogen, a substance that can improve resilience against both physiological stress and mental stress.
Rhodiola can also improve nerve regeneration.
Studies in humans show that Rhodiola rosea can improve memory, concentration and can reduce fatigue.
12. L-theanine
Theanine is a substance found in green tea, and is one of the reasons why green tea is healthy.
Theanine has been shown to extend lifespan in simple organisms.
Theanine has been associated with healthier blood vessels, and could reduce blood pressure and even obesity.
Theanine has shown to reduce neurodegeneration and protect neurons in the body.
13. Nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN)
Nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) is needed to make NAD+.
NAD+ is a very important substance in the cells. It provides energy for cells and is also a cofactor for proteins that repair and maintain our epigenome and our DNA.
NMN improves metabolism and reduces inflammation.
In conclusion I can say I've studied anti-aging for decades and many anti-aging supplements are based on outdated insights and don’t have any or just very little science backing up their claims.
Also, they do not contain substances that have been shown to act on aging mechanisms.
I personally have been taking 5 of these 13 supplements for a decade, so I should outlive your grandchildren, Lol
I would say if you just took one of these 13 it should be L-Glycine, because Glycine is like the switch that turns on the light in the room, and if the switch doesn't work nothing else gets what it need to illuminate you.
Ginger being a close second to take, which both are fairly cheap in cost to get pharmaceutical grade supplements, and remember only pharmaceutical grade supplements are worth a damn, because Choosing a pharmaceutical-grade supplement is the only way to know for sure that you're giving your body the highest, purest, and most bioavailable form of an ingredient possible, so if it doesn't say "pharmaceutical-grade" on the label, it isn't!!
As Spock from Star Trek would say "Live Long And Prosper", and you do that by knowing how!

When it comes to fitness and wellness, protein holds a significant place in the spotlight. Whey protein, derived from milk, has long been the go-to choice for athletes and fitness enthusiasts alike due to its impressive amino acid profile and easy absorption. However, with the rise of plant-based diets and the growing demand for sustainable alternatives, a new star has emerged on the nutrition scene: plant-based whey protein. In this article, we will explore the benefits and potential of Plant-Based whey protein as a game-changer in nutrition.

Benefits of Plant-Based Whey protein:
Suitable for All Dietary Needs: Plant-based whey protein is an inclusive option, accommodating various dietary restrictions, including veganism, lactose intolerance, and vegetarianism.

The substance comes in a variety of formats, usually in the shape of tablets or capsules, and is taken orally, frequently as part of a daily regimen. It is not meant to be a stand-alone weight reduction aid, as is the case with many dietary supplements; rather, it is meant to support a balanced diet and consistent exercise regimen.
The Science Behind Lipozem
Examining the science underlying Lipozem's constituents is crucial to comprehending how it functions. Numerous weight reduction products focus on burning or metabolizing fat in various ways. The components included in Glyco Balance NZ composition are thought to improve the body's natural fat-burning mechanisms. Additionally, Lipozem South Africa may reduce appetite, lowering cravings and assisting users in maintaining better eating habits. This facilitates the maintenance of a calorie deficit, which is necessary for weight loss.
Key Ingredients in Lipozem

Caffeine is known to enhance thermogenesis and improve physical performance, which can aid in weight loss and fat burning during exercise.

L-Carnitine – L-carnitine is an amino acid that plays a crucial role in transporting fatty acids into cells to be burned for energy. By increasing the transport of fatty acids, L-carnitine may help in the fat-burning process and improve exercise performance.
Garcinia Cambogia – Extracted from the rind of a tropical fruit, Garcinia Cambogia is known for its potential ability to suppress appetite and block fat production. Its active ingredient, hydroxycitric acid (HCA), may help in reducing the storage of fat in the body.
Chromium – Chromium is a trace mineral that helps regulate blood sugar levels. This can prevent spikes and crashes in blood sugar that might lead to overeating and cravings. Proper blood sugar regulation is crucial for weight management and overall metabolic health.
Capsaicin – Found in chili peppers, capsaicin is known for its thermogenic properties. It can increase metabolism and promote fat burning by increasing body temperature and energy expenditure.
How Lipozem Helps with Weight Loss
The combination of these ingredients in Nitric Boost Ultra is designed to promote several mechanisms that contribute to weight loss:
Boosting Metabolism: Ingredients like caffeine, green tea extract, and capsaicin stimulate thermogenesis, causing the body to burn more calories, even at rest.
Increasing Fat Oxidation: L-Carnitine and green tea extract help the body burn fat more efficiently by increasing fat oxidation. This means the body is more likely to use stored fat as a source of energy.
Suppressing Appetite: Garcinia Cambogia and chromium can help curb hunger, making it easier for individuals to stick to a healthy diet and reduce overall calorie intake.
Improving Exercise Performance: With increased energy levels from caffeine and other compounds, individuals may find that they can exercise longer and with greater intensity, leading to more calories burned during physical activity.
Is Lipozem Effective?
Although Alpha Bites Gummies UK contents have been researched for their ability to promote weight reduction and fat burning, it's crucial to approach weight loss pills with reasonable expectations. Results, however, might differ based on the person, lifestyle, and level of weight reduction plan adherence.
Potential Side Effects
Lipozem NZ has the same potential for adverse effects as any other substance. Caffeine is one stimulant that some people may be sensitive to, which can lead to jitters, sleeplessness, or elevated heart rate. Before using Lipozem on a daily basis, it's crucial for people to determine how well they tolerate these substances.
Additionally, some people may have gastrointestinal issues like nausea or upset stomach, particularly if they are sensitive to certain substances like capsicum or Garcinia Cambogia. Before beginning Lipozem, like with any supplement, it is crucial to speak with a healthcare professional, especially if the patient has any underlying medical issues or is currently on any other drugs.
Conclusion

Evaluating Citrullus colocynth Extracts as Natural Preservatives for Chevon Meatballs
Abstract
Chevon is one of the most favorable meats between Arabian populations. Its consider one of the primary source of protein, fat, and water, which providing all essential amino acids, micronutrients, vitamins B6, B12, vitamin D, omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, which makes it best media for growth of microorganism and highly perishable food item. That increasing the demand to find safe materials extending the shelf life of meat. The aim of the study is to examine Citrullus colocynthis extract as natural preservatives. Fifty chevon samples were investigated microbiologically. Then determined the antibacterial effect of Citrullus colocynthis (aquas & ethanolic) extracts by different concentrations; (1.25, 2.5, 5, 10, 12.5 & 15) % against six foodborne microorganisms (Staphylococcus aureus and Listeria monocytogenes Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Salmonella enteritidis and Vibrio parahaemolyticus). Finally, addition of the different concretions of each extract to the chevon was performed. On the other side obtained results observed that all extracts have antibacterial effect by varies degree against all tested microorganisms and the extracts successes to extend the shelf life of chevon to about 17 days. According to obtained results indicated that herbal extracts consider a promising choice for the creation as a novel technique to overcome some food pathogens. So, it can be utilized as an alternative to traditional food preservative products.
Introduction
Chevon is referred to the goat meat which considers as one of the most favorite edible red meat kind especially for Arabian societies consumers’. Chevon meat differ in nutritional values than beef meat as it has lower saturated fat, cholesterol and calories contents, in addition to its higher potassium and lower sodium contents all that make this meat kind of choice to people suffering from heart disease and other cardiovascular disorders (Singh et al., 2014).
On the other hand, chevon deterioration may result by the effect of; the meat enzymatic autolysis, lipid oxidation and/or microbial spoilage. Chevon as all meat kinds is one of the excellent media for microbial growth including foodborne microorganisms due to its nutritional value richness (Heifa’a et al., 2018).
Foodborne pathogens such as; (Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella enteritidis, Listeria monocytogenes & Vibrio parahaemolyticus) in food poses food poisoning problem to the consumers’ health (Umesha and Manukumar, 2018). The zoonotic danger may cause by the foodborne microorganisms itself or caused by their toxins which leading to different severity of the illness signs or even death (Heredia and García, 2018; Allhyani et al., 2021).
Good preservation considered one of the best methods to avoid and/or retarding the meat spoilage (Sánchez-Ortega et al., 2014). although, there are many chemical preservatives used in food industries but almost of these chemicals have very dangerous side effect on the consumers’ health specially to young, old and immunosuppressed consumers, the hazards increase with prolong consumption of the preserved food products which may causing bad effect on liver, kidney in addition to, their teratogenic and carcinogenic. Therefore, almost recent food hygienists and researchers looking for new natural safe preservatives which can prolong the shelf life of the food item and avoid toxicological effect of the traditional preservatives using different plant parts extracts including; leaves, fruits, stems, roots, seeds and bark (Shah et al., 2014; Abo hashem et al., 2022).
Citrullus colocynthis is one of cucurbitaceae family which are widely spread characterized by its rough angular stems, lobed leaves, solitary monoecious flowers, its fruit is green turn to yellow when ripe with size similar to small orange size with numerous ovoid, compressed, light yellowish to dark brown smooth seeds and characterized by its; antimicrobial, antioxidant, antidiabetic, anti-inflammatory, gut disorders including gastroenteritis, colic, indigestion, and dysentery with multiple other therapeutic potency without adverse effects on human health but until now there is a wide shortage on them as food natural perservatives (Al-Snafi, 2016; Rani et al., 2017; da Silva and Hussain, 2017). In addition to the nearly absent studies on their effect in chevon preservation. This study aimed to investigate antibacterial effect of Citrullus colocynthis different extracts against some food posining pathogens which isolated from chevon samples, Performed sensetivity test by different concentration of each extract and evalute the effect of addition of the plant extracts by different concentrations on minced chevon shelf life.

Natural Food Colors: A Healthier, Sustainable Choice for Vibrant Culinary Creations
In recent years, the popularity of natural food colors has skyrocketed as consumers seek healthier, safer, and more environmentally friendly alternatives to synthetic dyes. Natural food coloring not only adds a burst of vibrant hues to food but also offers a range of health benefits. With the growing concern over the potential dangers of artificial colorants, such as their links to allergies and hyperactivity, natural food colours have emerged as the go-to choice for conscious eaters and manufacturers alike.
This article explores the rise of natural food colors, their sources, benefits, and how they’re used to bring color to the food we love—without the risks of artificial additives.
What Are Natural Food Colors?
Natural food colors are pigments derived from natural sources like fruits, vegetables, flowers, minerals, and plants. Unlike synthetic colors, which are chemically engineered, natural colors are typically extracted from whole foods and botanicals, often through processes like juicing, crushing, or dehydrating. These pigments are used in everything from baked goods and beverages to candies, snacks, sauces, and even cosmetics.
Natural food colors are prized not only for their aesthetic appeal but also for the additional health benefits they can offer. Rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, many natural colorants also contribute to the nutritional value of the foods they are used in.
Common Sources of Natural Food Colors
Natural food colorants come in a variety of shades, food color powder and the best way to achieve the desired color often depends on the ingredient used. Here are some of the most common natural sources of food color:
Beet Juice (Red to Pink)
Beets are packed with betalains, which are responsible for the deep red and purple colors. Beet juice or powder is a popular natural red colorant, often used in juices, baked goods, frosting, and even pasta. Beyond adding color, beets are rich in nutrients like folate, iron, and antioxidants.
Turmeric (Yellow to Gold)
Turmeric, the golden spice most commonly used in curries, contains curcumin, which provides a brilliant yellow hue. Turmeric powder is widely used to color foods like rice, soups, sauces, and dressings, while also adding anti-inflammatory properties due to its active compound, curcumin.
Spirulina (Blue-Green)
Spirulina is a type of blue-green algae that produces a vibrant blue-green color. It is often used in health-conscious products, smoothies, and protein bars. Spirulina powder is packed with protein, iron, and essential amino acids, making it not just a colorant but a highly nutritious ingredient.
Carrot Juice (Orange)
Carrot juice is a fantastic source of beta-carotene, the antioxidant responsible for the bright orange color of carrots. It's used in many natural food colorings for orange-tinted products like juices, cakes, and frostings. It also offers the added benefit of supporting eye health and boosting the immune system.
Benefits of Natural Food Colors
Health Benefits
Many natural food colorants come with additional health benefits. For instance, anthocyanins from berries and purple vegetables can support brain health, while betalains from beets offer anti-inflammatory properties. The antioxidants and vitamins found in natural food colors can contribute to a more nutrient-dense diet.
No Harmful Chemicals
Unlike synthetic food dyes, which may contain harmful chemicals or have been linked to potential health risks like hyperactivity or allergic reactions, natural food colors are generally considered safer for consumption. They are also free from artificial preservatives, making them an ideal choice for those who prefer whole, minimally processed foods.
How to Use Natural Food Colors
Start Small
Natural colorants can often be more potent than their synthetic counterparts, so it's important to start with a small amount and gradually add more until you achieve the desired shade.
Use Liquid or Powder Forms
Many natural colorants come in both liquid and powdered forms. Liquids are easy to incorporate into liquid-based recipes, while powders may need to be dissolved in a little water or juice before adding to batters or doughs.
Where to Buy Natural Food Colors
Natural food colors can be found in a variety of places, both online and in-store. Health food stores, organic markets, and specialty retailers often carry them in both powder and liquid forms. Online platforms like Amazon, iHerb, and Thrive Market are also great places to purchase these products, often offering a wide selection of brands and options. Additionally, bulk suppliers that specialize in organic and natural products may offer larger quantities for food manufacturers, bakeries, and restaurants.
Conclusion
Natural food colors not only offer a healthier, safer alternative to artificial dyes but also add vibrancy, nutrition, and sustainability to the foods we eat. By choosing natural colorants derived from fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices, consumers can create beautiful, colorful dishes that are as wholesome as they are visually appealing. Different Types of Energy Drinks - Finding the Right Boost for You
Energy drinks have become increasingly popular for those looking to boost their energy levels, improve focus, or enhance physical performance. With a wide variety of options on the market, it can be challenging to understand the different types available and what makes each unique. Here’s a breakdown of the most common energy drink types to help you choose the right one for your needs.
1. Traditional Energy Drinks
Traditional energy drinks are what most people think of when they hear the term "energy drink." Brands like Red Bull, Monster, and Rockstar dominate this category. These drinks typically contain caffeine, sugar, and a mix of other ingredients like taurine, B-vitamins, and guarana. The caffeine content generally ranges from 80 to 160 mg per can, which is roughly equivalent to one or two cups of coffee.
2. Hawk Tuah Red Bull Energy Drink
A unique twist on the traditional Red Bull, the Hawk Tuah Red Bull Energy Drink is a new variation that blends the classic Red Bull formula with regional flavors inspired by Southeast Asian tastes. This specific variant caters to those looking for a distinctive taste, incorporating exotic ingredients such as pandan extract and hints of tropical fruits. It offers the same caffeine boost as regular Red Bull but with a flavor profile that sets it apart, making it a popular choice among those seeking something different.
3. Sugar-Free Energy Drinks
For those looking to avoid the high sugar content found in traditional energy drinks, sugar-free options provide a similar energy boost without the added calories. These drinks use artificial sweeteners like aspartame, sucralose, or stevia to provide a sweet taste without the sugar. Brands like Red Bull Sugar-Free and Monster Zero Ultra are popular choices in this category.
4. Natural Energy Drinks
Natural energy drinks are gaining popularity as a healthier alternative to traditional and sugar-free energy drinks. These beverages are made with natural ingredients like green tea extract, yerba mate, guarana, and natural fruit juices. Brands like Runa, Guayaki Yerba Mate, and Hiball are known for their natural ingredient lists.
5. Pre-Workout Energy Drinks
Pre-workout energy drinks are specifically formulated for athletes and fitness enthusiasts looking for a performance boost during exercise. These drinks typically contain higher levels of caffeine (200-300 mg per serving), along with additional ingredients like beta-alanine, creatine, and branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs). Brands like C4, Bang, and Reign are popular in this category.
Conclusion
The world of energy drinks offers a wide range of options tailored to different needs and preferences. Whether you’re looking for a traditional energy boost, a unique flavor experience with Hawk Tuah Red Bull Energy Drink, or a workout enhancer, there is an energy drink type that suits your lifestyle. However, it's important to consume these drinks in moderation, as excessive caffeine intake can lead to negative side effects. Always read the labels to understand what you're consuming and choose an option that aligns with your health goals.
