Context: Shou somehow managed to drag Tora out of what is probably video production hell and made him appear for an FC-exclusive livestream collab Shou had with Shin. The two were planning to do two streams across their respective FCs; the first one in Shou's FC had Tora appearing! They also announced that Shou's FC trip in September, surprise surprise, will also have Tora!
