#ahsoka deserved better

Could they not have had the fifteen year old playing a near-adult stand on a box for Siege of Mandalore shots like this, and used perspective as they often do in Hollywood with short actors to make her look older? (and contouring)

Ahsoka was only a year and a half younger than Anakin in Attack of the Clones in this scene.

It might be nit-picking, but in-universe with Ahsoka having seen herself as nothing but a soldier, if this is her own projection of herself, it made SO much more sense for her to look as though she's been fighting in a war for three years and been through multiple coming of age arcs and did not see herself as a child by the end.

Out of universe, the lack of a visual time jump via de-ageing Rosario or using movie magic on Ariana as a creative decision has me on the verge of burying my head in a bowl of olives.

Haha, it's a shame that they didn't utilise the leftover potential of the character they had, but it would have been a mercy at this point to just let Ahsoka go and die than let her suffer whatever the Ahsoka show was. She gets a show WITH HER NAME and they make her play second fiddle to budget LIve-Action!Sabine and Ezra.

The reaction to Shin vs the fan reactions to Reva just proves to me that #those star wars fans truly just hate black women. At least we had a look into Reva's backstory and an understanding of her motives. We know virtually nothing about Shin or her motives yet she's been accepted with open arms when they are both very similar characters

So, there's just something I can't get out of my head. Something that depresses me to no end. An idea.

After the Battle of Umbara and the 501st reunited with the Commander and their General, Ahsoka finds out what happened to them. Anakin finds out what happened to them.

The two Jedi discover that while Anakin was gone and Ahsoka was flying blissfully ignorant above the planet, their men were being slaughtered, manipulated, used to kill each other.

Ahsoka, who has a sibling relationship with a lot of the clones, who cares about them so much, discovers the atrocities they had to endure.

Anakin, who trusts his men with his life, who would do anything for Rex, discovers he left them in the hands of a murderer.

They discover what the men were forced to do, that Fives and Jesse were nearly executed and their brothers were the ones who were forced to do it, they discover what Rex had to do, the calls he was forced to make.

They discover that their men suddenly have an intense distrust of him. He left them, after all. He left them with the General with more casualties than anyone else.

Ahsoka and Anakin discover that the men are trying to hide their anger, their pain, and they discover the clones all together in the barracks, crying and shuddering.

They discover Rex crying.

They try to comfort them, they try to offer their kindness, but even Rex pushes them away. They could swear they even hear one of the men mutter "I fekking hate Jedi..."

They realize that it's likely the 501st won't entirely be the same. They realize that the men have been through one of the most traumatic events of their lives.

They realize nothing is okay.

As always when there is a SW series I hope and try to manifest crumbs of Little Ben Solo 🥲What if they met??? Auntie Ahsoka would show him holograms and tell him stories about Anakin and maybe training him 🥲(would have been better than Luke for sure)
