This isn't the usual kind of post that i make because i don't usually involve myself in stuff like this.

But TL;DR it's about enstars selfshipping and also don't randomly believe people

And also, i want you to take everything i say very critically (as you should for any other person), especially since 1) i am not a selfshipper myself or that involved in the selfshipping community and 2) i have limited knowledge and perspective on the things that have happened.

So, you might have noticed a few months ago that there have been problems in the enstars selfshipping community. And you might assume that things have died down. I hoped so too, it feels like this has been going on for so long. But unfortunately, that's not the case.

Again, i can't tell you everything that has happened, and i don't plan on doing so either. That's not my problem here.

My problem is that one of my friends, Aeriko (@enchantedmirage and also former mod of @yumestars) has been getting randomly blocked or ghosted by others because it seems that someone was going around and spreading rumors about her.

Aeri had been one of the very first people on enstarsblr that reached out to me and befriended me, and i can tell you that she has been nothing but a kind person. Not just to me but to a lot of my other mutuals too. I can also tell you that out of everyone i know, she's a person who puts in so much effort in making selfshipping spaces and making selfshippers feel encouraged.

I don't know about you, but i can't just stand by and watch my friend get needlessly slandered by false rumors.

If someone approaches you and "warns" you of her, you might think "wow, what a nice person for warning me, good riddance". But please take a step back and actually try to get to know her first, instead of blindly following someone.

Very very first thing you need to know about the informant is that You cannot find anything about him on the wiki

i am dead serious the seekers notes wiki is so barebones that the synopsis written for him there is just a rundown of how you meet him in game

i am going to be your number 1 trusted source when it comes to this guy because i have dissected him to no end 👍 some of them are old but that’s because i didn’t know that much about him just yet

secondly, unfortunately! he only has 1 still in the game

of course there are other pictures of him but there’s very little. And you can’t find them through google images

Okay now for him as a character, he’s a very stoic man and one hell of a workaholic. He’s like a vigilante similar to b.atman (I’ve seen a couple people say that as a passing comment) he solves mystery and is always actively looking out for crime in the city

in the character info on him in the game, it’s mentioned that he has a whole network of agents at his fingertips so !! Very cool of him ^_^

But generally coming to my blog, I talk a lot about spoilers, about how he’s a werewolf, and that he’s related to the mayor those two things are so important to him as a character I have a couple analysis on it ^_^

ALSO LIKE ANOTHER SIDE NOTE THING PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW IS THAT I do not call Informant by his real name, because to me it is a deadname, he shed his identity as “Harry Smallcat” to be the Informant (and besides, he doesn’t want to be affiliated with that last name)

I've been lurking around the side of DID tumblr, and I keep wondering if I should make a system blog? Like, the thing is it's not necessary for me because I have been very functional recently which is fine, good even because it means that they don't perceive any danger (mentally or emotionally) to come out.

Or if I repurpose my main to be that sort of hub, because it already has the links to all of my other blogs and stuff. I will probably go for this option if I do decide. But basically:

I don't have Dissociate Identity Disorder, since I don't meet all the criteria but most especially not having amnesia between switches, or having this feeling of lost of time.

Not diagnosed at all, and I hardly think I will because I present as high-functioning but because of the above I've been suspecting that it's OSDD-1b

I have three alters/headmates, which have been steady for the past two years now. There had been far more in the past.

The three of them co-front or basically co-pilot with me, unless something major happens and I'm incapable then they will full reign control until I am fine.

For more context: (under the cut)

Ann has been with me since I was four years old.

Kuromi's current state is the most recent at two years, but their predecessor's predate back to five or so years ago (2019)

By that, I mean that Kuromi was a cause of the other alters (at least 3) 'merging' together as their functions overlapped. They don't have any memory of what happened before though, only through what Ann tells them.

Rii also came into being two years ago, from two previous ones: Aisatsu and Koriyuu. Two years ago she also went by Riko and used to front the most, which helped me cope with the stressful situations but made me distressed because I didn't like the fact that people kept associating me with her.

And that has thankfully mellowed down in recent times, I do have to hand it to Rii for navigating the online world for me, and I don't mind sharing it since I go by 'Aeriko' now.

I as the system's host have struggled greatly with this for years, and this usually is the source of my fragmented sense of identity.

Ann has made me realize that I can't ignore the existence of this system, due to her role as a persecutor. The other two are an overlap of other functions with Kuromi distinctly being the gatekeeper, and Rii as the protector.

I've been doing well — though not without having what felt like a rough two weeks to end the year.. it really is ironic how the brain can be said to be humanity's greatest asset, but also, have it turn against us.

I suppose you have to ride through the waves till it passes, like a lot of stuff right?

But yeaaaah, holidays or festivities can be really busy so I can relate a bit, mornings were so stressful since we were visiting relatives — Ah, but you only see them so often, they say~

As for my thoughts on the pararai anime, I did have a list of comments that I jotted down while watching, might be a bit too lengthy for this ask so I'll send another one soon!

Oh right right, you also asked if I was coming back... I suppose I am here now, and still I go by my old url on a sideblog to talk about enstars from. My actual main is still in the works >_> the sideblog is probably what I'll be frequenting since I still do fixate on Enstars a bit — but I also have been taking a break from that, if that makes sense?

Stuff like refollowing my mutuals I'm still a bit iffy about, since most of them also correlate under the "enstars sphere", but then I realized I could come around to you ☆

enstars kanade;; i feel like a lot of people would exaggerate the fact that theyre not really included in a lot of stuff (such as shuffle units(they dont have one nor are they in one), friendly circles, 'best friends' (most of the friends that they are most close with is closer with someone else)) and that theyre like 'friendless' in a way. they also have an insult humor towards some of the characters, so i think the fandom will exaggerate that too. in terms of 'angst overexaggeration', i think it would be the fact that their silly happy (but no smile) self is masking the apathetic self that they try to repress to fit in. so yeaah!

twst nyx: this kind of nyx is in the pomefiore dorm, but they dont really follow its rules and naturally wear other clothes other than the dorm uniform (quote on quote: 'the necklines too close to my neck!') i think they overexaggerate the fact vil will be constantly mad at them. and also this nyx usually hangs out in other dorms (so they appear randomly in the mainstory) so i guess that could be overexaggerated too. to be honest theyre the only one (if yuu dresses masculinely, i just think yuu as a blank character) in the whole school whose wearing feminine clothing, and theyre just.. not in any clubs. so i guess theyre like.. different in a way? so thats overexaggerated too.

2. 'What tropes show up in fics involving your ship?'

enstars kanade: i swear im not biased on this one trope. (i am biased) but since the sun x moon trope is really popular among fandoms, kanades most likely to appear in them. if we use the apathetic self, then they would be the moon. and if its the silly happy self, then its 50/50 either a sun or a moon. (to be honest kanade fits more to be a star) and they also show up in a lot of 'dork x dork' ships. kanade canonically gets crushes easily, so kanade normally crushes on their classmates and their acquaintances.. and their friends. they also have a kinda celebrity crush towards ra*bits and valkryie, so it could be seen as idol fan classmate x idol classmate in some sense? i like to think kanade gets magical girl au fics so its also based on that too <3 ..... by the way for angst fics it would be unrequited love. im not elaborating (cries)

twst nyx: hmmmmm twst revolves around a lot of angst, so im pretty sure its probably something like.. overblot! character injures nyx lots or something like overblot! nyx.. (however nyx canonically doesnt belong to the magic world and belongs to yuu's universe, so its probably not possible for something like that). for fluff fics, im assuming tsum tsum nyx and tsum tsum other character interact :3

uugghhhhb this is hard so imgonna do two cos fuck the rules.

it's hard to translate the title but it basically means "of the wind", it's a beautiful tune she's probably my favourite voice amongst recent artists.

ive been obsessed with this song + band for years now it never gets old. the first word in the title means handshake. there's a pretty good english translation done by the band themself but here's my own that i worked on and i think works a bit better.

raaaagghhh. at any other point it would either be mitski or tamino but at the moment it's joan baez. im just so enthralled by her i need her to eat me alive . or whatever
