might as well make this a full post on its own. designs for survivor and monk's family! pink slugcat is based on the old joarcat arena art and so is the white one [while also being based on the fact the parents were white + pink]. pink is named protector, white is named helpful!

both survivor and monk have albinism, but survivor shows as more pink due to the pink coming from protector, while monk's actual coat color would be a very dark yellow - so there's a bunch of melanism that just refuses to leave, like snakes! and helpful has abundism, while protector has heterochromia :] seer's teal/green comes from either genetic reservoir or recessive gene.

i have. very, very mixed feelings about inv...?

i am deeply, deeply aromantic and do not find... ig creepy behavior funny in the slightest so. the dating sim is egh to me. also really do not like how most of the other characters are written in it but that's neither here nor there

the idea of the campaign is really fun to me, though. secret hidden shitpost slugcat with a campaign that is just designed to suck. taking notes.

despite the dating sim not vibing with me, i'm still making a thing about it, so. had to do something right, i guess. even if that 'something' is just making me go 'oh this would be fucking Awfulhorrifying if it happened in real life i could make a story out of that'

i dont think inv works as anything other than almost entirely separate from rw canon. i dont care for it as it's shown in the dating sim, but i think its character theoretically has potential. but i dont think he can fully be divorced from his origins as a joke character, either; inv doesnt generally work when put into the same context of rain world's main canon world*

tldr i dont like her but maybe i do but also not really

(*with some exceptions, such as my good friend aerie's apathetic nostalgia/inverator!! nostalgia my beloved ...)

I have a question for the Rain World Community! What was your first reaction to this weird ass thing called an "enot/inv/sofanthiel/rizzcat/gorbo/???/bitchfucker9000/andrewfm's scugsona/inverted"?

as a bonus what do you like about them or why do you want to put them in the microwave? (Don't worry, if you hate their guts I completely understand lmao)

so i saw a color palette that inspired me to make yet Another saint design. so now we have a bushy saint with branch antlers. yippee
