Thanks to @go.picky, @pickyrewards, and @acwell_global for sending me this great set complimentary for my honest review. Acwell’s Licorice pH Balancing Advanced Serum uses natural licorice water & licorice root extract to smooth/improve texture and brighten dull skin. It is also formulated with antioxidant rich Pycnogenol® to draw in hydration and minimize fine lines. Key Ingredients: - 66% Licorice Root Water brightening, hydrating and skin-soothing properties - Pycnogenol® increases production of collagen, draws in hydration and has shown to promote a more even complexion - Oat Kernel Extract lightens and improves tone and smooths texture of skin - Niacinamide delivers overall skin improvements, fading of dark spots and smoothing of texture Texture/Scent: - Has a milky-like texture and is slightly thick consistency. Fragrance free but has a slight herbal/minty sent. A gentle serum that is great for those with sensitive skin. It has a milky texture that is slightly thick but absorbs quite well. It does like a slight tacky texture but once absorbed it wasn’t so bad. Calms and soothes skin well and my skin feels hydrated and appears to be more plump. I haven’t experienced any real brightening effects yet, but my complexion does have a nice glow. I wouldn’t necessarily use this if your main goal is to only achieve brighter skin, but it is possible that with consistent use you may experience those results after a couple months. For better results I would definitely recommend using with the licorice toner. PROS: ✅ Gentle.
