Gut punches of nostalgia are a great reminder of why I shouldn't be awake at 2 a.m.
#started looking at an upcoming paintball event at a field I worked as a teen#started to notice a few differences where things were changed or removed#started noticing things I remembered changing when i was still working there#remembering how I thought that changing those things after seeing them for two years was weird#now looking at the almost decade thats passed and seeing the other changes#except the scoreboard for some fucking reason#it's a whiteboard with rectangles for different aspects where each team could win points#and even though I havent seen the damn thing since 2013#a video from earlier this year shows it unmistakably has my shitty handwriting all over it still#which somehow only makes the nostalgia worse
