‘ you know ------ i expected a little more from you,  loki.  to die at a titan’s hands ---- and to die for sentiment’s sake,  at that. i hope he was worth it,  though you can’t honestly expect him to last long without you.  he is an idiot. ’ mischief is met with the cold eyes of death, and hela extends a hand to her youngest sibling,  pulling him to his feet.  niflheim is colder than she remembers it,   the fires of her rage no longer sheltering her from the harsh winds & brutal fog that define this land. her gaze flickers to his neck,  and the bruise she finds there angers her,  both in that someone would dare touch one of asgard’s princes,  and in that loki would allow it to happen. 

‘ had odin raised you to be half of what you could have been,  the whole universe would have trembled before you.  come,  brother.  you will freeze if you do not move,  and i do not wish to see what happens to the dead when we die. ’
