I can’t be the only one who’s annoyed at ao3 bundling botw and totk fics together, right? Even from the perspective of someone who’s played both (I haven’t yet), doesn’t the option not to be able to filter between them get bothersome? What if I want to read just a botw fic? No totk anything? For me, who’s still trying to avoid totk spoilers, it’s maddening.

I can’t just filter out totk fics, unlike every other zelda game on the entire website, I have to block all the character tags, and all the ship tags, and any additional tags as well that might even remotely have anything to do with totk, and then just cross my fingers and hope that everyone tagged things properly and I don’t get smacked with a giant spoiler in any untagged stuff.

I’ve mostly just given up on reading anything botw. It’s not worth it.

And, impressively, manages to fit those jobs in at the same time as some of his heavier on-screen work, such as when he was filming Broadchurch (along with Les Misérables star Olivia Colman) and DuckTales simultaneously. When asked by IndieWire in 2017 about bouncing back and forth between the two very different series, he simply answered: “Well you know, you just sort of do it, don’t you? You just kind of do the job that’s in front of you I suppose. You just find the tone. It’s all about finding the tone, I think.”

Eclipse > an ancient being who is in charge of seven other beings who are constantly reincarnated. he exists to rope in some person to gather the seven others and then that person is meant to imprison them/end the cycle but everyone keeps getting attached to the seven and can't bring themselves to "kill" them so they opt to restart their lives and reincarnate them.

Yugo > the unluckiest guy who tries to go to a fortune teller to see if his life will get any better. While walking in her shop, he gets spooked by something and knocks over a crystal ball which releases five souls that then possess him. Now those five can all possess him and control him and he's just like "honestly idk what I expected".

Bryant > only partially white haired but I've never drawn him digitally before and it's so funny to me that his ref is pencil scribbles and notes. He's a god of murder. Named Bryant. And I think that's very lame of him.

Nene and Koko > brother cat spirits who can appear human or as a split-tailed cat. When Koko is a cat, he's soooo fluffy that the human they hang out with dubs him "Snowball" and when Nene gets all hissy over it, the guy is like "awww it's ok you can be Snowflake as a cat" which. Naturally makes Nene more angry. Oh well.

Amira > very side character in a plot and is a blind prophet. Has a brother named Ravi who watches out for her and protects her from social interactions most of the time. Because of this, she's shy and rather inept at social situations. She can pinpoint the topic of her predictions pretty well but sometimes the clarity is harder to see for her if she tries to pinpoint it too much.

THIS ASK SOUNDS SO PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE AND JUDGEY LMAO but yes i love bosco and think about him maybe too much considering he's a cop. he's genuinely one of my favorite bobs burgers characters

expanding upon the fact that he canonically has adult kids i think he and his wife were in a bad marriage but decided to stay together until their kids were adults to get divorced, but there was a lot of fighting and it probably would've been healthier for everyone if they just split up when the kids were younger. his kids resent him for their kinda shitty childhood so he doesn't talk to them very much and they moved far away to like new york city or whatever, he does love and care about him but he maybe isn't the best at showing them that or communicating (he also is probably not great with kids in general as shown by his interactions with the burger babies)

he didn't really ever WANT TO be a cop he's just a cop bcuz he figured that was an easy career and its what his parents encouraged but when he sees younger officers joining for the same reason he tries to convince them to quit and do what theyre actually passionate about i thimk he would've enjoyed music when he was younger

he and bob very occasionally get together and have a few drinks and just talk about shit after the restaurant is closed, neither of them would call each other friends but they are definitely friends they're just grumpy old men about it <3

he really respects louise and she's honestly his favorite belcher child and at one point louise asks him to come into her class and do a presentation on police work for like a celebrating heroes thing and he's actually very emotional bcuz his own kids never wanted him to come by their school for anything, louise just wanted to brag about how she knows an actual cop with a gun but she respects bosco too bcuz he doesn't treat her like a child and actually stands up to her bullshit

bosco is more fond of the belcher family than he would like to admit, like they're crazy and they make his life miserable sometimes but he does genuinely care about them and enjoys their shenanigans and they're probably some of the only people outside the police force who he's actual friends with and he does like linda and bob specifically, he's ambivalent towards gene and tina bcuz he doesn't really understand kids or get along with them

"YOU LOOK AS MISERABLE AS I FEEL." it was supposed to cause offence to the other, it was how he had decided to start up conversation with the other. charlie was actually pretty damn good, all things considered but with work being the main aspect of his life and that... being so heavy right now. well, it was bound to take its toll. it was taking its toll on everyone. charlie didn't gossip, he wasn't interested in it but of course, he knew who the other was. they had his daughters girlfriend, ex-girlfriend -- it was hard to keep up in custody so... yeah, he knew. perhaps, this was charlie trying to reach out, be nice but he wasn't the smoothest about it.
