he’s a regular starter and has shown himself to be reliable and a good team player

pitched at a national level in middle school as the ace of his team so knows how it feels to lead

since then has had his whole outlook on baseball changed - was going to give up but then changed to centre field and has adapted and worked hard to hone his skills and become a regular and valued member of the team!
