I’ve been trying to organize my thoughts around a new Bucky-in-Wakanda fic for days and I keep coming back to like... Bucky going in cryo all “you’re safe here, I promise” and coming out like:

T’Challa: Okay so something happened while you were asleep and we may have brought in another outsider to fix up. But it’s fine, he’s gone now, it’s fine.

Bucky: Cool, anyone I’d know?
