#hate capitalism#i hate my job some days#admittedly I only hate it rn because Talent Acquisition decided to procrastinate until the very last minute on something#and so now we have less than 30 days to prep some 700 hires to start#while these same hires still haven't even been given job offers and are refusing to do anything without them#which like. mood! i support you! but please just schedule your fucking physical so I can cross you off my list#talent's gonna wait until the week before and I'm going to have to clear 60 people in 3 days#this bs was fine two months ago but C'MON#this has been the most disorganized and poorly thought-out acquisition I have ever fucking seen#WE BOUGHT THIS PLACE IN FUCKING EARLY MARCH WHAT DO YOU *MEAN* WE HAVEN'T SENT HALF OF THEM JOB OFFERS YET
