Sailors

There they were. 

The guys did the Halloween challenge. 

They all went as the Sailor Scouts from Sailor Moon. 

And strut the halls in their Sailor skirts. 

Guffaws of laugher were heard in the halls. When they went to the girls, all three of them laughed. How far would the guys go to make their girlfriends laugh.

“You did it…” Theresa could hardly breathe. “You actually did it.” 

Jay went as Sailor Moon. Odie went as Sailor Mercury. Archie went as Sailor Mars. Herry was Sailor Jupiter. Neil was Sailor Venus. 

Considering Sailor Moon was based off of Greek and Roman mythology, their planet titles fitted them all to a tee. 

Least Neil was enjoying it the most. Being the Sailor Scout of Beauty. 

Belle walked to her boyfriend. “You and Mina have the same hair in the anime. Grow it out, and you got this down, one hundred percent.” 

As they hugged Neil chuckled. “Then I won’t get any modelling work at all. They’re not going for guys with long hair.” 

Belle mused, eyes to the side. “I do recall some Sailor Moon villains, even the guy ones have long hair, so you should be good to go.” 

They both laughed. 

“Show this to Aphrodite, please… She’ll love it. Just say it’s also a tribute to her.” Belle looked at Theresa. “And Theresa can go as Endymion.” 

They all laughed again. 

“And be asleep for all eternity?” Theresa began. “I’m a fighter, not Sleeping Beauty.” 

They knew she was referring to their Endymion, not Tuxedo Mask.

After Atlanta consoled her boyfriend, who was least enjoying this, she walked up to Jay and Herry. “How did you get Archie to do this…?” 

“We have some… incriminating photos of him from last month’s party,” said Herry. 

So Archie was blackmailed. At least Atlanta could check off that she saw her boyfriend in a skirt. 

“Please, please show these to the Gods…!” exclaimed Belle. “I wanna see how they’d react. Hermes, Ares, and Zeus.” 

As they dashed to the secret location where the Gods were, they made sure each God saw each respective Sailor and their planet titles. 

Aphrodite loved Neil’s, despite the fact he was in a skirt. 

Ares wanted to crawl into a hole and die when he saw Archie, but was glad that the God of War had some mention in the anime. 

Hermes had an absolute ball with Odie’s and loved the tribute. 

Zeus and Hercules didn’t know whenever to pity Herry or to laugh. Though when they showed Sailor Jupiter’s Supreme Thunder attack on the PMR, Zeus was filled with pride. 

Jay going as Sailor Moon, and that they were both leaders, they showed Artemis. She, Athena, and Hera got a good laugh. 

Halloween this year was a great hit.

You groggily it wondering who the hell was knocking at 3 in the damn morning! To your surprise, it was Sebastian Stan. You and Sebastian had become fast friends a few months ago. You had been hired as the cool best friend in a new movie that was being made in Atlanta. Sebastian was the lead, so you would be spending a lot of time together, which you didn't mind. And soon you were close, closer to him than anyone else, and it was amazing. But why was he at your door at 3am? You were hoping it was some sappy declaration of love at 3am like you see in the movies, but you knew it wasn't, he only saw you as a sister. “Seb? What are you doing here? Come in come in” You rushed him in, turning on the lights. He had a lot of stuff in boxes with him. “Is everything alright?” He was cold and shivering. You sat him down on the sofa then you got up and went to the kitchen area, turning on the kettle. “Uh, one of my neighbours did something, not entirely sure what, but he ended up flooding the entire floor of apartments. So my apartment and a lot of my stuff got ruined, and I have nowhere to stay.” He explained. You returned to the sofa with two hot chocolates, Sebastian's favourite. “Of course you can stay here Seb, you can stay in my room” You sipped your hot chocolate and lay a hand on his arm. “I couldn't take your bed, ‘m already staying in your house, ill just take the couch” You gave him a look. “Seb” “(Y/N)” You sighed. “Fine, but I'm gonna get you lots of blankets alright” He nodded as you got up to go to the cupboard in the next room. Sebastian looked around your apartment. It was quaint, cute, full of life. You had many things hanging from the walls. Posters of some movies you've been in, certificates from childhood, even your graduation. You had graduated from a top drama school with a scholarship last year, coincidentally on the same day as your 21st birthday. It was a wild, drunken night. He smiled at the memory. Soon enough you returned with a heap of blankets in your arms. Sebastian immediately rushed over to help you with the big ball of blankets. He dropped them on the couch as you took a deep breath. You tiredly giggled and lay your head on his chest, sighing. “You sure you're alright? You awoke a few hours later to the smell of fresh pancakes coming from your kitchen. Honestly, Sebastian was something else. You jumped out of bed, wearing shorts and a vest top, slipping on your socks. You walked into the kitchen, the smell getting stronger. You spotted Sebastian with a spatula in his hand near the oven. “Alright love, fancy a pancake?” He smiled nonchalantly. You rushed over to him and placed a huge kiss on his cheek. “Oh my gosh I love you!” You sat down at the table, chomping down on the pancake, as you heard him throw his head back in laughter. “Its the least I could do” You mumbled something inaudible because of the pancake in your mouth and he laughed again. “Slow down, (Y/N)” He said as he slipped into the seat next to you with his own pancakes, you just gave him a smile. “So, any news on your apartment?” You asked, gulping down your pancakes. He nodded his head, taking a bite of his pancake. “They called an hour ago, they said there's a lot of damage and they wont know anything until next week” You nodded along. “Well you're free to stay here as long as you need” He smiled at you. You went to put your dishes away, and for the first time all day Sebastian actually looked at you, and you were beautiful. You were laughing at something random, and he felt butterflies in his stomach. Actual butterflies. He swore that only happened in movies. He had only seen you in a sisterly way up until now, now he was seeing you differently.

“Seba! Come on!” You shouted towards your room. Sebastian came rushing out in his 3 piece suit. “Damnnnn, Sebby got game!” You both laughed. “Do I look okay?” You questioned, giving one last glance in the mirror. “Of course, you look beautiful” He gave you a kiss on the cheek “Now come on! We don't wanna be late for your first press tour!” Sebastian rushed you into the car before you set off. Sebastian had been living with you for the past 6 months, and tonight was the press tour for the new movie you guys were in. Your first press tour, and you where glad it was with Sebastian. You made small talk, talking about how excited you were for your first press tour while Seb stared at you in admiration. He was glad he was with his best friend at her first press tour. The car came to a holt outside the hall. You stared outside at the huge hall, a starstruck look on your face, Sebastian looked over to you, wonder struck, and laughed. He loved seeing that look on your face. The same face you made the first time on set. He opened the car door and jumped out, making his way around the car to open your door for you. He held out his hand and you took it. “Ever the gentleman, Seba” You cooed. “Only for you” he responded, dragging you into the venue. There was paparazzi everywhere, cameras flashing constantly. It was a dream. Sebastian grabbed your hand and you flushed, looking down. He flushed as well. “You ready Sebby?” “Ready (Y/N/N)?” You both nodded and pushed open the doors. You and Sebastian barged through the doors to your apartment, kicking your shoes off and collapsing on the couch. You both let out a deep sigh, exhausted from the press tour. “That was one hell of a day” You sighed. “Your telling me” He chuckled. “i don't know about you but im ready for the biggest sleep of my life” You nodded in agreement as he took of his tie. He lay on the couch with his arm around you, too tired to move. Thats how you both fell asleep, for the next 12 hours, in each others arms. Until you were rudely woken up at 11am by your phone buzzing, Sebastian stirring and opening his eyes. “’mmm you alright, love?” His sleepy voice was heaven. “Yeah, my phones blowing up though” You said with furrowed brows. “Dude you and Sebastian are trending on twitter!” You read out the message from your best friend. “Guess the press tour photos are released” He chuckled. “Lets see whats trending then” He sat up to look at your phone. You opened up twitter and number one on trending was ‘AviPressTour’ which was no surprise, but on number two trending was ‘SebastiansCrush’. You gave him a confused glance. “What?” He asked, and you let him see your phone as you clicked on the hashtag. Your screen became filled with heartbroken teenage girls, and pictures of Sebastian lovingly staring at you, with a hand around your waist. The Met Gala 2019 is eagerly awaited among the fashion community. But just what is the annual Met Gala?

The Met Gala’s full title is The Costume Institute Gala at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art. It was founded by publicist Eleanor Lambert in 1948 to encourage fundraising from the elite of New York society.

Today, the Met Gala features famous faces from fashion, film, music and art. They all get together on the first Monday in May to raise money for the Met’s Costume Institute and celebrate its latest exhibition.

Met Gala 2019

The Met Gala 2019 marked the 71st anniversary of the event and was co-hosted by Lady Gaga, Harry Styles, Alessandro Michele and Serena Williams. It kicked off with a cocktail hour, with guests walking the red carpet and exploring the exhibition, before they sat down for dinner and the evening’s performances.

The theme for this year was ‘Camp’, which resulted in a number of one-off ensembles that are unlikely to ever be repeated.

As co-host, Harry Styles led the way in an androgynous Gucci black lace and chiffon top with black patent heeled boots and pearl earrings.

Michael B Jordan offered a slightly more sober black colour palette but with his Coach suit lit up with sequins. And Michael Urie shocked the crowds with a Christian Siriano pinstripe suit cut in half lengthways and teamed with half a baby-pink tulle gown.

Met Gala through the years

Once upon a time, Met Gala suits and menswear used to play it pretty safe. But things have evolved over the years. The last few incarnations of the Met Gala have seen some pretty outlandish suits and menswear on display.

Take, for example, actor Chadwick Boseman. Three years ago, he appeared at the Oscars in a traditional tuxedo. At the 2018 version, he wore a long black coat adorned with silver filigree.

Last year, at the Met Gala, he took the theme of ‘heavenly bodies’ and ran with it, wearing a long Atelier Versace coat adorned with gold crosses, a gold chain, lapel tassels and gold shoes.

Then there was Migos. At the 2017 Met Gala, the Atlanta rappers played down their suit palette so that they could give center-stage to their jewellery. Their understated all-black, matching Versace suits offset their diamond and silver chains perfectly.

Last year, though, they went color-crazy. Migos each wore sequined Versace suit jackets with colorful accents in bright red, hot pink and burnt orange. I'm going to be honest with you guise, this affinity for peacocking the way I do came out of no where. I blame y'all for hyping me up. And now I can't stop. Feeling some kind of way about her not letting me see the dress(not for real just being goofy) I have decided to not let her see my tux. She feels some type of way for real about it.lol. whateva YOU CANT SEE IT!

But I still wanted some feminine opinions on it. Enlisting my girl squad they hopped right on it. Almost as if they were waiting on the chance to dress me.... I brought them on to be the voice of reason but they are so far gone on trying g to make me shine it's crazy. And I'm here for it.

We started with narrowing down my style. Ordered a rental with a free tester just to get the look:

Personally I like jacket with vest. But a summer wedding in Atlanta in a three piece suit might as well be a funeral. And no jacket makes me feel like a waiter...

Classic tux suit it is! But that's just too boring for me. I'm no basic bitch and this rental place only has basic bitch colors. Which means time to head to a real store...

Ignoring Senator Palpatine over here I tried mixing two tux's, black bottoms with a lighter jacket... Really like the satin trim in the jacket. Although it was cute it just wasn't dope enough.... And again since this was a rental place for basic bitches they only had basic bitch tuxedos. They did have some interesting shoe options though.
