Ok, not a lot to unpack here. She's got her pearl scrunchie, and the other one is probably red seaweed used to the her hair up. Her pink hat at Sebastian's concert is probably also some sea plant; either seaweed or part of a large ocean flower.

Even her concert headdress leaves no questions. Sebastian has either paid or forced two large fish to keep perfectly still atop the princess's head.

I'm starting to have some questions about the social structure of Atlantica. What determines which non-humanoid creatures get to be speaking citizens; who has to silently pull the seashell carriages; and who has to hold perfectly still all day serving as a hat or bra? Does Atlantica have a caste system like India? Or is this just a general class issue, with fish hats and clam bras being the minimum-wage jobs?
