Okay so usually I love the Halloween episodes of Strictly but this one just felt off?

Not just in judging but costumes/make up too, Vikki Gill and her team are normally fab but there were choices. Krishnan looked like they couldn't decide if he was a werewolf or a vampire but he was meant to be Dr Jekyll? (I thought Lauren looked out of Sweeny Todd) Angela looked like a younger version of herself not Angela Lansbury from Murder, She Wrote. That bright shade of green they used for Vito and Ellie read more Shrek than zombies.

The judging too, I thought Adam should've been further up the leaderboard. Angela Rippon always seems to be over marked, I get she hosted the show Strictly is based on but she wasn't as good as the marks she got. They told Ellie she was the dance of the night but all I could think of was Vito was doing what Anton used to - putting himself front and centre and moving his partner around rather than have them dance the whole time.

I did appreciate Shirley getting told off by Craig for trying to ding Leighton (they were the dance of the night to me). It felt like she took it out on other dancers though like Nigel who done well when she kept saying well if I done it for one.

100 Memorable Skating Programs - 26-30

I've been working on this list for the past couple of years. It started out as my top ten favorite programs, but as a fan of over twenty-four years who has seen hundreds of skating programs over the years, ten didn't seem quite enough, so I bumped it to twenty-five. That twenty-five then expanded to fifty, then to a hundred. Um...oops?

Anyway, some rules I kept in mind while making this list:

1) Only senior-level competitive programs from the 1993-1994 season and later are eligible. Yes, there are a few amazing programs from before then that I love as well, but I wanted to stick to the years that I was actively a fan.

2) Each skater only gets mentioned once on the list, unless there's a partner switch involved. (Hey, Aljona!) I could probably fill this list alone with my favorite Wagner/P. Chan/Weaver Poje/Davis White/Asada/Takahashi/Browning/Anissina Peizerat programs, but variety is the spice of life.

3) Choice of music is also not repeated, either! Y'all don't need a list of fifty amazing "Phantom of the Opera" programs, do y'all? ... I didn't think so.

By the way, this list is mostly about the programs themselves, which is why I've tried to note the choreographers whenever possible. If there are any mistakes or you happen know the name of a choreographer I'm missing, I would love to know!

26. Rudy Galindo "Swan Lake" (Sharlene Franke) 1996 Nationals - Imagine being 26, having never even made the podium in the men's event before, and putting out the skate of your life in front of an adoring hometown crowd in order to win the national championship title! Pretty incredible, right? And Rudy did it in spectacular fashion with a stunning program. I was a huge Todd Eldredge fan, but seriously, how could anybody not be absolutely thrilled with Rudy's well-deserved win?

27. Wenjing Sui/Cong Han "Blues for Klook" (Lori Nichol) 2017 Four Continents - I have an embarrassing confession to make. For the longest time, I kept forgetting that this pair existed. It’s not like I disliked them or anything -- quite the opposite, in fact! -- but I blame the fact that because of injuries, they tended to withdraw from a lot of competitions. Indeed, the 2017 Four Continents was their season debut after missing their Grand Prix assignments. Let me tell you, though, after this performance, I will never forget them again. They were sultry and sensual and oh, my, gosh, are these the same kids that did that cute country program a few years back?! Well, they're definitely grown-up now!  

28. Sasha Cohen "Malaguena" (Tatiana Tarasova) 2004 Worlds - Hands down, my favorite "Malaguena". Wonderfully choreographed and performed with attitude and Sasha's unbelievable flexibility. Fierce!

29. Adam Rippon "O/Fly On" (Benji Schwimmer) 2016 Trophee de France - This program of Adam's almost makes me want to cry every time I watch it. He's just so vulnerable and beautiful while skating it, like he's giving the audience a look inside his heart. The story of a bird with a broken wing took on even more significance during the Olympic season when he came back from a near career-ending injury, but I think his best performance ever was before the broken foot, at the 2016 Trophee de France.

30. Shae-Lynn Bourne/ Victor Kraatz "Riverdance" 1998 Olympics - It was tough to decide which Riverdance to feature on this list: Shae-Lynn and Victor's or Jason Brown's. In the end, I had to give the edge to the ice dance program which is pretty much, well, Riverdance On Ice! Seriously, it's amazing how authentic this program looks while still being an ice dance program.

Pandora brings fans closer to athletes through its latest launch

Pandora’s Uninterrupted Radio launch coincides with the resumed pro basketball seasons from the bubbles

Pandora is launching Uninterrupted Radio, a brand new and exclusive station that features music selected by top NBA and WNBA players. With Uninterrupted, listeners get access to the very soundtracks that top athletes listen to on and off the court, including those curated and used by LeBron James, Kyle Kuzma, Trae Young, A’ja Wilson, Draymond Green, Lonzo Ball, Skylar Diggins-Smith, Tobias Harris, Angel McCoughtry and others.

The brand’s Uninterrupted Radio, available now, coincides with the NBA resuming the 2020 season from the NBA bubble in Disney World’s ESPN Wide World of Sports near Orlando, Florida and the WNBA season happening from the WNBA bubble in Bradenton, Florida.

Uninterrupted Radio launches as one of Pandora’s first curated stations to feature its Modes functionality, giving fans, even more, control over their listening experience by offering selectable and thematic sub-stations curated by their favourite athletes with special audio drops throughout. Uninterrupted Radio will launch with Tip-Off, Vet, and Postgame Modes, with more to come as the station evolves.

Several faculty members were recognized at Prince William County Public Schools’ (PWCS) Annual Outstanding Educators event.

It was held at Colgan High School in Manassas on February 25, according to a release.

“While only one teacher and one principal will represent our School Division in “The Washington Post” awards program, the School Board members and the administrative leadership team believe that all nominees are deserving of the awards and that their achievements should be celebrated,” Superintendent Steve Walts told attendees.

The school system honored 30 teachers and 10 principals who have been nominated for Teacher of the Year and Principal of the Year.

Twenty-six educators who have been named National Board Certified Teachers (NBCT) were acknowledged, as well.
