My Five For Friday (am I early or am I late? or do I arrive precisely when I mean to?) is from my only big WIP at the moment - an as-yet-untitled Wolfstar therapy/coffee shop AU.

"I was wrong," he said at last, interrupting Sirius' talk about why it should be socially acceptable to put marshmallows in coffee.

Sirius blinked. "About the coffee? I mean, that's true I just didn't expect you to agree so quickly."

"Hardly," Remus snorted. "No, I mean about my dad."

"Did you take some cake?" he asked, a hint of mischief suddenly appearing in his eyes. "You know, the cake you seem so keen for people not to buy."

It's my Remus getting therapy AU fic in which Sirius is a newly qualified emdr therapist. It's burning slowly, each chapter alternates between a session and things going on in between - and the extract above is from the one I'm working on currently: Chapter 9, Session 5. I was so excited to begin that I decided I'd write it before posting, so I don't get disheartened or lose momentum, and I've been working on it for just over a month now (between work and studies - sometimes instead of ��).

I mean, I say it's a therapy fic - it is, but Remus has a job in a coffee shop, and he's going to uni, so it's also a bit of a coffee shop au, too. Unsure how much time will be spent on campus - that'll come in c10-13.

Third session: Amarantha screams about how she wants everyone suffer, breaks into psycho laugh from time to time and Feyre's like "interesting" and "do I know this person" and "yeah, I punched this one so hard once their nose broke" while making notes

Cut to Xth session: Feyre holds Amarantha while the psycho cries about her sister's death

Goddd the thought of yone starting to rediscover his love for music in music therapy.

Think about it, highly anxious yone who can finally play what he desires, far away from pressure and expectations, surrounded by people who love music as much as him. At first he just watches, listens to the beautiful piano play of the fairy-like popstar, watched a rap duel between the buff furrie and his punk roommate, sees aphelios smile for the first time as he joins in with the violine, the tall black guy with the nice voice does some body percussion and then-
