It's so sad that Venat was hunted down and killed also the current Azem it really is so terrible that they were assassinated by a peaceful race of people honestly it's so sad that this very real thing happened to these two weird renegades who were noted for being weird renegades which is why they were selected for their position

I mean they preemptively cull species that might harm the ecosystem at the place meant specifically for testing how flora and fauna do existing in a natural environment but stopping the Murder Wolves that have an absurdly high prey drive and kill everything for no reason is exactly the same thing as assassination (honestly it really is so sad that Venat and Azem were killed by the Ancient Death Squads for bucking trends)

Also you were totally going to get shot in the head in the memory of Amaurot for not wearing your robes and mask one of the ancients told you that you might seem like an unseemly showoff and that is code for "take the shot"
