Katie J's Testimony v. Donald J. Trump: Alleging he tied, beat, raped and threatened her with murder when she was 13 years old
Restrictions: No video nor sound reproduction, nor distribution of any kind, permitted without express written authorization from the controlling trust. Limited "Fair Use" quoting and stills lifted from this content hereby granted for bona fide journalistic purposes; long verbatim transcripts are prohibited. Four postable video excerpts, however, are available at JusticeforKatie.org along with other data.
In this video, Katie Johnson aka "Jane Doe" alleges that Donald J. Trump, the 2016 Republican Presidential nominee, bound her, beat her, raped her, robbed her virginity and threatened her with murder, in Manhattan, during the summer of 1994, when she Katie was 13-years-old.
According to federal claims to U.S. Courts (visible at JusticeforKatie.org) plus this video testimony, Donald J. Trump was aided and abetted in the alleged crimes by now-convicted sex offender Jeffrey E. Epstein, at whose New York City home, the "Wexner Mansion" on 9 East 71st Street, the sexual assaults against 13-year-old Katie (aka "Jane Doe"), 12-year-old "Maria Doe" and possibly other minors allegedly occurred.
Lisa Bloom, attorney for many sexual assault victims, wrote compellingly in The Huffington Post "Why The New Child Rape Case Filed Against Donald Trump Should Not Be Ignored" (huffingtonpost.com/lisa-bloom/why-the-new-child-rape-ca_b_10619944.html).
Bloom noted that Katie Johnson's federal lawsuit, mysteriously withdrawn on 11/4/16 just before the election, contained something most rape claims do not: An alleging eyewitness, code-named "Tiffany Doe," who attests that she procured Katie and other underage girls for sexual activity with Epstein and Epstein's guests, of whom Trump was one. By October, 2016, Katie's claims also were backed by an additional witness, "Joan Doe."
If it's all true, what occurred at Manhattan's "Wexner Mansion" during the "Eyes Wide Shut" 1990s would seem to exceed, for sheer debauchery and criminality, anything Kubrick depicted in his final film. What follows is a message from the videographer Jonathann Launer (imdb.com/name/nm20683):
---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Jonathann Launer Date: Fri, Jul 15, 2016 at 12:22 AM Subject: Me To:
To whom it may concern,
My name is Jonathann Launer. I am an award winning filmmaker in Los Angeles. In February 2016, I was hired to film an interview with Katie Johnson, who apparantly had some Donald Trump story to tell. I drove to San Diego, and met Ms. Johnson. She was there with Al Taylor. She began the story, and she accused Mr. Trump of rape, and was very detailed in her allegations.
Now just to be very clear, I have no personal agenda, no beef with Mr. Trump, and no political affiliations whatsoever. I was simply there as a hired gun to do what I do. Film. As the interview went on, she gave more and more graphic detail about the alleged rape. I could tell she was very upset and genuinely disturbed. She was shaking and had to compose herself several times during the interview.
I am not an expert in psychology, and don't claim to diagnose her mental state, but I DO know acting when I see it. I do not believe she was acting. I believed she was telling the truth as she saw it. Now, I'm not accusing Mr. Trump of anything, as I was not there. But what I saw in Ms. Johnson's interview was very convincing. I have no stake in this whatsoever, and have nothing to gain. I have no ownership in the footage. Like I said, I was just hired to do a job.

NOTE: On July 7, 2016, the underlying, non-blurred edition of Katie J's Testimony was received by Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Gov. John Kasich (R-OH) and Martin "Marty" Baron, Editor of The Washington Post, via couriered DVD. On July 9, the same non-blurry version was hand-delivered to the front door of House Speaker Paul Ryan's home in Janesville, WI; to Sidney "Skip" Bliss, owner of The Janesville Gazette; and sent as well to Charles G. Koch, CEO of Koch Industries, Wichita, KS.
During the Cleveland GOP Convention he chaired and going into November, Speaker Ryan's endorsement of Trump for President was constant, as were the endorsements of many others here who knew or should have known of Katie's legal claims:

Barely a weekend goes by where we aren't treated to one gorgeous wedding or another. Whether it's a fashion insider jetting their loved ones off to somewhere glamorous in Europe or the aristos getting together at Windsor, their regular regal haunt. This weekend is the turn of Lady Gabriella Windsor, who has today married Thomas Kingston in St George's Chapel. She had a suitably divine dress for a royal wedding: an intricate floral lace waist-nipping princess-style gown from Luisa Beccaria. She even had a long train to match an equally substantial tulle veil attached to a twinkly, sparkling tiara. It was classic yet whimsical, a look that was entirely matched by the adorable bevvy of flower girls in flower crowns. Too cute. As a part of the royal family, it was perhaps no great surprise to see some rather recognizable faces at the nuptials in sunny Windsor today. The Queen was in attendance, looking rather splendid in a shocking-pink coat. Pippa Middleton followed a popular theme for the day, wearing a punchy shade of blue with a velvet headband that we're certain will have come recommended as a styling move from her sister Kate, who often buys hers from Jane Taylor. Others were in tones of sapphire, sky, and eau de nil blues, often pairing them with matching hats and nude shoes (as is a practically royal tradition). Others decided to break the rules a little: Lady Amelia Windsor brought a summery spin to proceedings, pairing her pretty Gul Hurgel dress (did she see it on me first?) with espadrilles. We even spotted a fab midi dress from H&M (yes, really). Keep scrolling to see all of my favorite wedding guest looks from Lady Gabriella Windsor's big day. Who: Lady Amelia Windsor. One of the most charismatic shark species is the leopard shark, Triakis semifasciata, with its elongated body, flattened head, dual dorsal fins of nearly equal size, striking dark saddle-like spots against a sandy or silver background, and a stark white belly (Nosal et al., 2013; Tricas et al., 1997). These stunning features are why the leopard shark are one of the most commonly featured sharks in zoos and aquariums (Delius, 2015).
Flannery, A. (Photographer). (2017 June 12). Leopard Shark at CZS-Brookfield Zoo [Digital Image]. Original Content.
For their commonality in zoos and aquariums, these meso-predators are found in a surprisingly small region just off the Pacific Coast of the United States, reaching from Oregon to Northern Mexico (Hopkins & Cech Jr, 2003; Lewallen, Anderson, & Bohonak, 2007; Smith, 2001, 2007).  Leopard shark tend to stay close to shore in the shallow bays and estuaries along the inter-tidal regions (Smith, 2001, 2007) where they actively use the rise and fall of the tides to navigate through their habitats, finding food, shelter, pupping grounds, and even each other when it is time to aggregate for reproduction (Ackerman, Kondratieff, Matern, & Cech, 2000; Carlisle & Starr, 2009, 2010).
Skipper, G. (Photographer). (2015 December 6). Leopard sharks! bolsa chica reserve [Digital Image]. Retrieved from https://www.flickr.com/
Leopard sharks tend to aggregate together in social groups with individuals of similar size, age, and gender (Hight & Lowe, 2007). These social groups usually consist of juveniles, mature females of similar size, and mature males of similar size. However, what female leopard sharks are known to draw crowds each year between June and September in the warmer waters of Southern California and Northern Mexico when they aggregate in the shallows to pup (Jacoby, Croft, & Sims, 2012; Smith, 2007; Smith, 2001). Shallow embankments such as estuaries have been documented to serve as nurseries for several species of elasmobranchs (Carlisle & Starr, 2009) possibly because they provide abundant prey resources, nutrient rich waters, and low predation risks to the pups (Duncan & Holland, 2006; Knip, Heupel, & Simpfendorfer, 2010). If you ever get the chance to visit La Jolla, California in the summer months, take a snorkel just beyond the surf line. These sharks are timid so approach slowly. Trust me it is well worth it!
Rogeruzun (2016 September 16). Leopard Shark Invasion (4K UHD) [Video Clip]. Retrieved from https://www.youtube.com/
Like other near shore elasmobranch species, leopard sharks are threatened by human activity (Knip et al., 2010). In a California study of wetland destruction over the past century, it has been estimated that nearly 91% of all estuarine habitat in California has been altered or all together destroyed by anthropogenic forces (Larson, 2001). With their limited habitat range and dependence on these estuary environments throughout their life history, leopard sharks are particularly vulnerable to the loss of these critical environments (Carlisle & Starr, 2009). Some studies suggest that the habitat erosion of the California coast line continues to be high due to agriculture, development, and pollution (Smith, 2001, 2007), and have a potentially damning effect on the populations of  leopard sharks off the coast of California (Carlisle & Starr, 2009). Earlier this year, leopard sharks were found in mass strandings across California from January through May. Researchers are still looking into the exact cause, however it has been suggested that terrestrial run off from increased storm activity may have been the catalyst (Pelagic Shark Research Foundation, 2017).
Pelagic Shark Research Foundation (Photographer). (2017 May 15). Stranded leopard shark [Digital Image]. Retrieved from https://www.facebook.com/
DNA sampling of  leopard sharks in California waters have determined that genetic diversity is lower than previously anticipated because there appears to be seven distinct populations that are not interbreeding with the other populations (Lewallen et al., 2007). At present the IUCN has the leopard shark listed as “Least Concern” on the Red List of Threatened Species (Carlisle, Smith, Launer, & White, 2015).  Although it has been suggested that due to their long gestation period, slow growth rates, limited genetic diversity, and delayed sexual maturity they should be declared “Vulnerable” (Smith, 2001, 2007).

I hope you enjoyed learning about one of my favorite shark species! I feel like I say that about every shark species, but these guys have been the focus of some of my early graduate work. They are also the first shark species I took my husband snorkeling with. (My mother-in-law was soooooo happy with me!) I absolutely love this species and I truly recommend to anyone that is in southern California in the summer months to try heading out to La Jolla for an afternoon. It is an unforgettable experience!

These stunning features are why the leopard shark are one of the most commonly featured sharks in zoos and aquariums (Delius, 2015).

Capitulo 2 - El lobo
- ¿Por qué lloras? –dijo una voz suave y cálida.
-Mi mama y mi papa se han ido – respondí apartándome los mocos con la manga.
- Tranquila, todo estará bien, a partir de ahora yo seré tu nuevo papa.
-¿Enserio? -Dije dudosa- ¿No te vas a ir?’
-No me iré a ningún lado. – dijo sonriendo amablemente.
Me quede petrificada, estaba ahí.
