ATTENTION: ART THIEF AND SCAMMER

I know that I have reblogged some posts about this person, hoelys-blog, already but I think I should try to condense the info down to one post and provide some updates (updated information will be colored like this, or featured towards the bottom of the post.)

This person, who has identified himself as Lino to someone who measaged me (who was scammed by him), reaches out to you via DM to promote that they have commissions going on. Showcasing art that they have stolen and altered from other people. As far as I know, only one artist was able to get majority of their work taken off of this guy's "commission post(s)". I have reblogged some posts about that artists experience, you can see all the posts I mention if you search the #hoelys-blog tag on my blog or by clicking on any posts tagged as that.

Any effort to call out this scammer on his posts are made in vain- he deletes any reply or reblogged comment so that folks visiting his page cannot see any attempt at warning on his posts- UNLESS YOU CHECK THE REBLOG AREA AND VIEW THE TAGS.

He saw my attempts to warn people, deleted my replies/comments on his posts and I woke up to see that he changed his blog name.

Here are all of his blogs that we know of:

A former name for one of these current blogs is decaffeinatedharmonypaper

All of his blogs feature stolen and altered artwork, and most are advertising that their commissions are open. If any of you know any of the stolen pieces' original artists, please let that artist know so that they can file the proper reports.

What we can do in the meantime is report each post that has stolen artwork promoting that he has commissions open. This goes for anyone that you see that does this- you report them for phishing. What I did was also provide a link to a post that showcases the the source of each stolen piece of work within that post. Tumblr support will reach out and ask you to provide links to the report you make!

Speaking of, you can access that particular post via the #hoelys-blog tag, look for a post made by @tamiisnthere!

This person also seems to make their rounds in different fandoms based off of tags that I've read- so it is not just One Piece or DBZ.

This person is known to be manipulative in the DMs, and get you to take pitty on them. They also will straight up beg. So I emphasize DO NOT ANSWER BACK WHEN HE DMS YOU. Just report commission posts as phishing before you block him and delete the convo. If you do talk with him, screenshot/keep your messages so that you have proof.

If you have been scammed by this man, please report the account(s) he used so that you can get your money back. He uses multiple PayPal accounts, someone that was scammed by him has given me each email that they are aware of. (I am debating if I post them or not...)

I highly encourage people speak of their experience with this person in the comments or in reblogs of this post. That way we can see how deep this rabbit hole goes.

By all means, do NOT harass this person. Please only report and block him!

Other Information/Updates

This is a message between someone who has gotten scammed by Lino and I. They asked to remain anonymous, some of the info you'll see in the screenshots have already been applied in the post earlier. This convo took place on 1/04/2023.

01/05/2023 Update

I will not be releasing details such as his full name or his emails at this moment. I believe that this information should be known to people who have been scammed or whose work has been stolen first. If anyone has been scammed by this man, or work has been stolen and need certain information to file reports, please message me.

These are some of the artists that tamiisnthere was able to find (you can see that post on my blog's #hoelys-blog tag), whose works was stolen by Lino. If they have a Tumblr, please tag them in the comments. Or if there are other artists whose work you see that Lino has stolen.

The Sims 4 Shell Challenge for the 17th Anniversary of Assassin's Creed 1!

My friend @fancy-strawberry-beard suggested me to do a Shell challenge in The Sims 4 with the Assassin's Creed theme and they prepared a shell for me. Thank you very much! 💗

I thought I'd make a house inspired by the bureau from AC1. I have to point out that I'm not good at designing in build mode and this is my first time doing the TS4 Build Mode challenge (I'm mostly CAS and Gameplay Simmer), so it's not going to look that great. Plus I was using some CCs (Fancy allowed me to do whatever I wanted, so I had no restrictions except for changing position of the walls ofc).

A very dumb comic I've been working on for a long few days. Idk what it was supposed to be about exactly... 😔

Some parts are done poorly like the water photo and the flowers are not rigged at all, because for two or three days in Blender I was just modifying Arno's new model I ripped from the game and it was traumatizing... 😭

Yesterday my brother challenged me to try animating, which I always rejected because animating is time-consuming and hard.

I once tried MikuMikuDance (test animation here) and was very bothered by the controls, so I've never animated ever since.

But today I changed my mind and decided to try to animate Alty on Blender with this voice line. (≧◡≦)

The lipsync isn't perfect, but it doesn't look too bad for the first try (or...?). 😊

One important note: I don't know if I'll continue with animating, but perhaps I'll see when I have the motivation and inspiration to do so. 🤷‍♀️

A random AU where Tami somehow ended up in the 12th century in the Holy Land or in AC1 game idk (part 1?)

Altaïr originally thought she was a witch or something because of her clothes, but when he found out Tami was actually from the 21st century, he got the idea that she would be useful to the Brotherhood with her knowledge of the future. But instead it was just facts about animals and prehistoric creatures + stupid memes he didn't understand at all.

Tami's Bedroom Tour! (a.k.a. the bedroom of my dreams) 🥰

Two weeks ago I started rendering the room by adding The Sims 4 furniture + additional other models, since I wanted some sort of background in which the models actually stand, instead of adding an image behind them and then it doesn't look good. Tami's bedroom is based on the description in my fanfic Meet the Family, but it's been changed a bit and I've added a few things + some mini-little lore from Crossverse.

Fun fact: I have Assassin's Creed: The Essential Guide book irl, but not Remembering Cheetahs unfortunately (maybe I will order it one day).

One photo frame is just my banner artwork of TaE Family, so I don't need to explain this one.

Plushies of Altaïr and dove (models made by me! <3)

The plushie of Altaïr was given to Tami by Talidea on her 21st birthday. The freckles and beard were added after Tami started dating Altaïr to make it look more closely to him.

The old dove plushie is made by Maud, Altaïr's mother, before when Altaïr was born and it was given to him by his father Umar. It's the only relic left from his parents. Later Altaïr gave it to Tami and another years later to their daughter Sabina.

PC Setup

Tami spends most of her time on the computer, so that's why her desk is a little bit messy. She wears blue light blocking glasses when she works on her laptop.

Assassin's Creed: The Secret Crusade is Tami's the most favourite book and thanks to that, she fell in love with Altaïr and his story even more.

Due to this she has hung posters of Altaïr around the bedroom.

Dinosaur Figurines

The genera of dinosaurs from left to right: Parasaurolophus, Coelophysis, Spinosaurus, Ceratosaurus, Dryosaurus and Velociraptor.

Tami used to collect them from childhood.

Dinosaurs Up Close book (it's a fictional book)

Dinosaurs Up Close is a popular book photo gallery that shows close-ups of beautiful dinosaurs. It even won Book of the Year. It's one of Tami's favourite (dinosaur) books.

The Royal Celts is an independent book publishing company located in Ashte'quel, the capital of Havaykia. They mostly publish nature science and history literature.

Julius Hamphry is a famous human paleozoologist and dinosaur expert from Greentree. He wrote several nature science novels and encyclopedias.

Tessia Leafsong is a night elf photographer who was able to get too close to even the most dangerous creatures for a photo. Although her photos are professional, her family is worried for her safety as she often takes risks. But Tessia said she enjoys it.

Tami was ordering an Altaïr's statue that was on sale. It was around the time she started playing Assassin's Creed and becoming a fan of Altaïr.

Copy of the AC1 video game is the beginning of when Tami started to love this franchise and Altaïr.

The Parasaurolophus plushie was stitched Talidea for Tami on her 9th birthday since this dinosaur is Tami's favourite.

This photo was taken shortly after returning from their first mission together, which was a success. They were photographed by Desmond.
