As a WinterBaron shipper, I saw Zemo's comment as more of a:

I actually read a fanfic on AO3 called: "Tabula Rasa", which is absolutely amazing (it's WinterBaron tho) (if you dont like the ship, then dont read it. It's an important part of the whole thing -v-")

It's fluffy and badass and I honestly just take that fanfic as the true version of tfatws, while tfatws is just a depressing season of "What If?"
