He loses every stand off with every other government agent, military op, co-worker he bumps into. Sassy little quips in between getting his ass kicked and the puppy dog eyes. he's deeply traumatized. he has no social life. he never knows whats going on. he's one of the smartest people in any room he's in and knows more than most what's going on.

This guy is just sopping wet vibes, desperate need to believe, and love for Scully. Character of all time.

I'm talking about the cloak tank. Actually I think Siffrins defense would be like. Astonishingly high. And then they take off their cloak and oopsie his defense is shit. But I imagine he can pack a mean mean punch. Because there is force needed to carry so much paper. So it's. Cloaked sif is a tank and then peeled sif is a glass canon. I don't actually know if those are the correct terms. Wtv back to what I was actually writing for. I think it'd be a very fun surprise if Bonnie tries to take their cloak or smth as a prank and then Siffrin finds them buried. Not for Bonbon ofc but. And then it's like. How is he even walking with their cloak this heavy. He'd be designated storage probably. Maybe. Would be funny if he was. And another thing in common with sasasaap ig.

You get the vision. Cloaked Researcher!Sif is the slowest force of nature ever and they cannot be stopped for love or money. Without the cloak they become more delicate than a wet tissue, BUT they have all the zoomies and as long as they can hit the enemy first then it's all good! Bonnie definitely tries to take Sif's cloak on multiple occasions, but after getting Lost in the Void a few times and being buried under the heaviest weighted blanket on earth, they'd get more creative or just start using Sif as a storage space. I love the idea EVERYBODY just starts handing Siffrin items on the journey because it's easier than having to carry it themselves tho It would be so. very funny and I need to explore that gimmick more

Here, have Cardan's power showing itself voluntarily and also the involuntary ones. I took these ss months ago when I was doing the series reread but I didn't quite finish TWK reread (and TSH duology) because I spent my happy hormone from this series lol, so maybe there's a few scenes that I don't have here

I just think Fae powers are neat. Cardan never really utilized his power before be became king and when he was crowned, and finally did, we kinda see how this guy isn't just some puppet

If he was hell bent on taking the crown like Dain and Balekin, had proper magic and kinglihood (?) training, I'm sure plucking wings off of faeries isn't the only worse thing he coulda done. Even more so because he's royalty

That's why I don't like those memes of Cardan being the useless noodle. He's not. This guy is a fae, he's far from being the helpless maiden in the relationship. He's not as bloodthirsty, sure. He also doesn't go out of his way to be threatening to everyone all the time like Jude (and for good reason in her case), unless when he's required to or when he's annoyed. He's a little chill-er of the two, yes, but weak? no.

Wizards and paladins are my favorite classes because of the built in story elements that clearly shape the characters, but also because, on some level, if a character isn't, to quote Jonas Spahr, "arrogant, prideful, and sanctimonious" what is even the point.
