roier is married but jaiden is STILL a super important part of his life!! and his husband acknowledges that!!

jaiden being aroace and roier being gay(? i think his character has stated that before). either way. they do not see each other in any sort of romantic light

their relationship is treated with the same level of respect/importance as roier's romantic relationship

they raised a kid together!! they lived together and slept next to each other!! to the point where people DID think they were romantically involved/married, bc that's what is stereotypically seen as things only a romantic pairing does

they would and have given up everything for each other

I was writing the 3rd chapter of a fanfic, The Penguin In The Pages, which is about G and PH going missing while a mysterious author starts writing journal entries in the Wilderness.

It's written all through in-universe communication, which means journal entries, EPF mission reports, texts, audio and video recordings, etc.
