woo! woohoo! weeheee! oh that took a while. i wanted to finish it during chosenweek and idc im extremely pleased. it turned out just how i wanted
here's the original page 3 before i
DEEPLY SCRUNHKGLED IT !
- - -
this document was created with the help of 5-year TCO handling expert, avast!, for the purposes of any other antiviruses coming across and wanting to keep useful HI-PWR StickFigures.
please be aware that the TCO variant in particular is the most dangerous to keep idle. its power core is an experimental device that WILL explode if unattended/starved for all types of input energy for too long (also see: BITE protocols).
upkeep shouldn't be too hard if you've installed the avast! ECL system, but still. don't mess around with it! serious!
this is why regulations exist, people! don't forget it in the Chest or you'll have a time bomb on your hands...
anyway it gets to the feathers bit way later than TDL's document. they're not as vital to a host PC as core maintenance, but still a thing to keep in mind.
if your TCO is especially agitated for a period of time, it may be molting... apparently feathered animals do this all the time, and someone went way too hard on the strength specs on its exterior armor so that'll take some effort.
when the User is idle, let the Cursor hang around near the Taskbar so the TCO can use the pointy parts as leverage (or just wait a while, it should get over it).
note: it might also complain for more food. don't worry, this is purely a simulation of the increased nutritional requirements of real molting. status quo should resume in a few days.

/lore dump over ``^^``
aaand the other point of this post is to ask you something.
yes, you. 💕
would u like to
ask me a question about one of the other bullets on my big ol diagram? :333
i have most of this information written out but,,, i didn't know how to structure it. so! YOU ask me first what you're most interested in uwu or ill just skip merrily through them one by one, no pressure.
perfect example question: "WHAT THE HELL IS AN ANTINODE/GAIN CRYSTAL/METADATA CLIENT"
ask either in my literal asks, or in tags on this post, or in the tags on my previous story post, or in my DMs- anything will do! \o_🎉
thank you!!!!!! i love engineering discussion!!!!!!!!!!!

January updates & February goals
Blog | Monthly updates
Well. It sure has been some type of month.
Writing updates
Query preparations: Making very good progress on LIFE IN BLACK AND WHITE’s query prep, which is my writing focus at the moment. The structural and line edits to the book (as described in x post) have been substantially more extensive than expected – hence the significant delays from my original querying timeline – but I’m very happy with them. I won’t go into specifics on the progress of the edits or on my revised timeline for fear of jinxing myself once again, but I will say edits are approximately 70% done at this point.
Other projects: While editing/preparing to query this month I haven’t really been working on anything else in tandem as it’s been a pretty busy beginning of the year for me, but I certainly have been doing my fair share of brainstorming for various side projects nonetheless… SUPERNOVA’s worldbuilding in particular seems to be expanding by the day (mostly in my brain, though I do have an ongoing “dump” document for it). I also have the short project I mentioned briefly in last month’s post, which I’m making extremely slow progress on as inspiration strikes. I also have fledgling concepts for two projects I currently envision as novellas (but I’m an overwriter, so they may well evolve into full novels if I end up developing them). One is a speculative horror and the other is… harder to describe in terms of genre but it’s definitely also horror-adjacent – kind of body/medical horror if that makes sense? In classic THE DOTTED LINE news, TDL is back on the backburner and I haven’t touched it in a couple months.
Submissions: None so far in 2024, but there are things in the works. Stay tuned for *checks notes* March or April’s post.
Writing goals for February
Finish my edits for LIFE IN BLACK AND WHITE’s final manuscript!
Get the manuscript printed so I can make one of those corny-ass “10 Year Challenge” posts (except it’s actually 13 years as of *checks notes* next Monday) with that photo of me with the completed first drafts in 2011. Yes, I’ve been waiting years to do that. Call the cringe police. Call the cheesy social media post emergency hotline.
Reading updates
Read this month (+ my ratings)
Tamsyn Muir – Harrow the Ninth (4.5/5)
Donna Tartt – The Goldfinch (4/5)
Hannah Mary McKinnon – The Revenge List (3/5)
Tamsyn Muir – Nona the Ninth (5/5)
Alex [Last name] – The Survivors (3/5)
Currently reading
Gabriel Garcia Marquez – Love in the Time of Cholera
February TBR
Rafael Nicolas – Angels Before Man
Carmen Maria Machado – In the Dream House
Julia Armfield – Our Wives Under the Sea

from the weird questions for writers: 1, 3, 10, 23, 27. from the one before that: 2, 11, 15, 39, 47. i mean i already mostly know the answers but ... lmao
OH BOY.
Weird questions for writers:
1. What font do you write in? Do you actually care or is that just the default setting?
The font I use during drafts depends on narration! libaw = Arial, TDL = Courier New, anything in third person = Times. For a final version I usually switch to Times regardless of project.
3. What is your writing ritual and why is it cursed?
Get coffee
Open laptop
Open documents
Put on music/a background video
Write
Honestly I feel like the most/only cursed aspect of this very standard ritual is that more writing = more coffee, lmao. I can write 8k words in a day... but at what cost?
10. Has a piece of writing ever “haunted” you? Has your own writing haunted you? What does that mean to you?
Being haunted by something, to me, means not being able to forget about it, so you carry it with you - often to an extent that it becomes a part of you. Pieces of writing that truly haunt me have lived in my head rent-free for years. When it's my writing, I barely go a day without those pieces crossing my mind, and I often have a bittersweet relationship with them.
My own writing: "Sixteen Minutes" and Life in Black and White, mostly, as well as one other document that's connected to Life in Black and White but that I haven't shared with anyone. It's technically untitled, but I call it "to the moon."
Not my writing: Shutter Island by Dennis Lehane, Othello, the poem "Good Bones" by Maggie Smith, Wuthering Heights... I'm sure I'm forgetting some.
23. Describe the physical environment in which you write. Be as detailed as possible. Tell me what’s around you as you work. Paint me a picture.
I write everywhere and anywhere, but the most common ones: in my bed with my lamp on, surrounded by a bunch of blankets and pillows, my cat, and with music or a video playing in the background. On the morning bus listening to EDM. On the evening train listening to EDM or a story playlist. In a coffee shop with a latte bowl and my music.
27. Who is the most stressful character you’ve ever written? Why?
Gabriel, hands down, because he's the most complex character I've ever written and it's very important to me to get his portrayal right. Easier said than done, as the last 14.5 years of work can attest to. Also just like, the... the reptilian-brained life choices on this man. Jesus Christ.
OC development asks:
2. Which ocs are most likely to be caught eating cheese at 3 am?
libaw: Daphne, Katie, Gabriel, in that order. You'd think it'd be Jeff, but he (mostly) "doesn't do" cheese.
TDL: not applicable lol. I feel like Hitman sometimes eats honey buns at random hours in the morning though.
supernova: Seven (deuteragonist), Romy (protag's lab colleague)
Velocity: Jackie (T.J.'s mom). Jackie is by far the most "eats cheese at 3am" character I have.
11. which ocs have to be reminded to take breaks?
Gabriel (libaw), Spencer (supernova; "what's a break?"), sometimes Jackie (velocity) but less so as the story progresses, T.J. (velocity), Harvin (velocity).
15. which ocs are too self-sacrificial?
GABRIEL AND SPENCER (side note, I'm laughing at how many things they have in common in these questions because they are so radically different as people). Seven (Supernova) selectively (ie. has a specific allegiance). Also Jenna to an extent, Daphne for certain people and in certain situations, Isabelle (libaw) to an extent, sometimes Catricia (libaw) when it comes to her patients because she gets overly involved. Wouldn't describe anyone in TDL as self-sacrificial because it's basically a matter of survival to not be in their case.
39. which ocs set multiple alarms? which only need one? which don’t set alarms at all?
Multiple alarms: Spencer (Supernova) increasingly throughout the story, Gabriel (libaw) because he's on Seroquel.
One alarm: Jenna (libaw), Romy (Supernova), everyone in TDL because they're always woken up in the morning lol.
No alarms: Jeff (libaw) because he's a morning person who randomly wakes up at the asscrack of dawn despite frequently going to bed late.
47. Which ocs use the “wrong” dishes for things purely to spite others who can’t stand it? (like drinking coffee off a plate)
Jeff lmao. "Relaaaaax, Killjoy, I'm just yanking your chain." s/o to the time he was high on dilaudid and drinking beer out of a straw.

i genuinely don’t know WHY i get upset over writing. i love doing it! i love being able to explore characters, i enjoy being able to break them down and figure out what makes them Work, what has made them as they are. i do love crafting characters and scenes and i am occasionally even proud of my work the few times i do finish things enough to share! but it’s beginning that writing, continuing to get myself to write, that just. hurts. i can’t even begin to get the words out on the page. it’s so, so frustrating. // dnot rblog

Why does doll lady continue on with this idea that Louis needs to have a DNA test or prove he's had one for fans? First, Freddie looks EXACTLY like him. Second, he doesn't have to justify his private life to Larries? They don't know if he did or didn't, all they have is one article saying he didn't, but they only believe articles when it supports their view, everything else is planted by "management" or "they".
She thinks Larries are so important and high profile that they need to be appeased, but Louis knows how paranoid and suspicious it would make him look if he made a DNA test public. The media would have found it risible. He clearly did have a test but wisely kept it private, and if he HAD publicised it, this would have been TDL's reaction:
LOL as if this is real, which celeb is so extra that they PUBLISH their pat test? It's not a genuine one anyway, look at this REAL dna test I found online. Louis' name has CLEARLY been photoshopped over Brett's name. Please, we have eyes and brains. They must think we are children who'll be fooled by their fake ass documents LMAO

Setting Up a Business in Dubai
If you're looking for a way to begin an exciting new career overseas, then look no further than Dubai. As a leading trading centre of the Middle East/North Africa (MENA} region, Dubai boasts an abundance of financial, business and developmental opportunities. In the last few years Dubai has developed into a truly global city with a fast-growing international business presence and rapid social change and transformation. Just a short drive from Europe, the United States and Asia, Dubai provide a great number of job opportunities and world-class business opportunities. Dubai is home to over 13 million residents and is a great destination for expats and foreign entrepreneurs alike.
For individuals or small businesses looking for a safe and secure base to operate or establish their own foreign company, Dubai offers the perfect combination of a stable economy, favorable climate and friendly local population. With a thriving trade economy, Dubai's free market allows for both domestic and foreign direct investment to expand and grow. With the necessary infrastructure and political stability in place, setting up a business in Dubai can be both quick and easy. You'll have to get a visa for the country, but once you've done that you can begin looking for a commercial property in Dubai that suits your business requirements and the available space and budget.
The first step in setting up a business in Dubai is to apply for a foreign investor's visa. To do this, a person needs to find a good UAE-based investment firm that can guide them through the process. This will generally involve meeting with the investment firm and submitting all the necessary documents to the relevant authorities. Once granted a visa, a person may begin looking for the right commercial property to invest in, and there are many different types of investment properties to choose from. Depending on the type of investment property a person chooses to purchase, there may be additional steps involved, but in general a person must first receive a UAE business license, before they can begin trading.
Another important step when setting up a business in Dubai is to secure a trading license. A person must first apply for a general trade license before they can start trading. There are many different types of licenses available, and each one has different restrictions. A person interested in trading must also obtain a qualified agent before trading can take place in Dubai.
Once a person obtains their business license, they can begin registering their company. Once registered a company can begin to carry out business activities, and there are many different business activities that can be carried out in Dubai. Some of these activities include selling goods and services, importing and exporting goods, providing a service, manufacturing and using products, running an office and more. A person's business activities can be carried out in many different ways in Dubai, and a person can enjoy many different tax benefits, depending on their business activities.
Once a person has obtained their business permit, they will need to find a company registered with the Dubai Civil Affairs Department. In order to find a company that is registered and licensed, a person must first contact the Dubai Police Department. A company can look for registration with the Dubai Civil Affairs Department by going to the Dubai Ministry of Economic Development. After finding a company to register with, the company will need to get a dubaishtard. A dubaishtard is an individual who holds a Dubai trade license. A dubaishtard must be sponsored by a person who holds a valid passport, or by an individual who can prove their identity.
After obtaining a company registered and licensed, a new business entity can be established. The new company will need to apply for a Trade and Development Licence (TDL). A business must apply for a Trade and Development Licence through the Dubai Commission for Trade and Industrial Registration. Once the application is accepted, the company will need to submit a tenancy contract. The tenancy contract will allow the company to run its business legally in Dubai, as it will allow the company to rent commercial property.
When applying for a Trade and Development License, a company will need to provide three things to the Dubai Ministry of Economic Development and Trade: a scanned copy of their latest company document, a signed proposal, and a completed business plan. If the company does not have all three items, it will be rejected. After the application is approved, an entrepreneur will be able to legally set up business activities in Dubai. Once an entrepreneur gets a business license, they are considered a foreign contractor. There are some things that a contractor can do to make themselves more noticeable to potential employees. A contractor may want to apply for the services of an employment agency, which will help attract potential employees.

When and why is Tally Integration Required?
Small and large businesses use numerous applications and disparate systems to organize their information. Connecting systems such as MIS, BI, and accounting is essential to achieving a complete, 360-degree view of business operations, giving you the power to accomplish tasks and analyze information more quickly and reliably.
Sap tally Integration between systems provides visibility of transactions and business-critical information across an enterprise, aids management, and enables workforces to make informed decisions.
How do I Integrate Tally?
Tally provides three APIs that you can use to integrate and facilitate read/write capabilities. The three APIs available are:
Extensible Markup Language (XML).
Open Database Connectivity (ODBC).
Dynamic Link Library (DLL), that supports Tally Definition Language (TDL).
All three APIs offer seamless integration between applications and databases in online and offline mode, but it’s important to know which is the best fit for what you need to be accomplished, and why.
XML Approach:
Use XML when you want to exchange information with external systems. It’s the most widely used and most recommended method of integration.
Supports read and write capabilities.
Has to support for web services.
Defines the set of rules for encoding documents in a format that is readable by both humans and software.
Emphasizes simplicity and usability across systems.
With XML, Tally can communicate with any environment capable of sending and receiving XML requests and responses over HTTP.
ODBC Approach:
Use ODBC when you want to access data from any application, irrespective of the database management system (DBMS).
Only supports read functionality.
Acts as a middle layer between applications and DBMS.
Tally provides an ODBC interface to communicate with the Tally database, which enables external applications to retrieve data from Tally.
TDL Approach:
Use TDL when your requirements are complex and needs code-level changes such as improving or changing default behavior, user interface changes, document printouts, reports, additional data elements and functionalities, and business logic.
To integrate Tally via TDL, you’ll need skilled resources, as the language can be difficult to learn because of its unique syntax.
Supports read and write functionality.
With TDL, your development team can export data, format and build an XML structure, and push it to Tally.
They can query any report to get data in XML and pull information to other applications.
How Can Cevious Help?
Cevious can integrate your organization with Tally and help you achieve deeper business insights. Our experts have extensive knowledge and experience integrating third-party accounting applications such as Tally and QuickBooks with existing systems and new software applications.
Learn more about Cevious SAP tally integration services and find out how we can help you unify your enterprise for superior business intelligence and collaboration.

3 Domain Names:
- soccerhistory.futbol
- futbolhistory.futbol
- soccerhistory.io
Favorite Domain:
- My favorite domain is soccerhistory.futbol because it has the .futbol at the end. I like it so much because soccer is only said in America, any other country it is referred to as futbol.
Why Did I choose the TDLs that I did:
- I chose the TDLs that I did because I think those were the most relatable to my idea and the wireframe.

Features in Tally that helps you to cut business costs | Prism IT
Each business works with two significant targets to win benefits and to chop down expenses. One method for boosting benefits is to dispense with additional costs. As indicated by Bloomberg, 8 out of 10 independent ventures bomb inside their initial year and a half the reason being most business people center around amplifying deals while dismissing the additional costs which is similarly significant while attempting to accomplish productivity.
The advantage we will talk about is clearly Tally, regularly Tally is utilized as an essential bookkeeping programming despite the fact that it's been a very long time since it has just been given the ERP tag because of its whole business the executives ability.
Today, robotization is the way to decreasing expenses and Tally does only that. It gives programmed reports and data that will settle on basic choices rapidly. Tally mechanizes numerous capacities, for example, it ascertains TDS, gives bank compromise report, auto creates the e-way charge, documents returns, gives a proportion investigation to the information entered, gives stock administration highlights which help to keep up the ideal dimension of stock with no wastage of assets, and so on Other than these there are numerous different highlights in tally that help to computerize the capacities in an association.
There are a few highlights that are past Tally and can be initiated in Tally in the wake of introducing TDLs to the product. These highlights can further be utilized to upgrade the ability of the product and consequently decrease the operational expenses of the business.
Following are some features you can activate in your tally and cut down the additional expenses faced by your company:
· Going paperless can bring a lot of benefits to one's business
Paperless is the way to go in this era of digitization. Signature is one way of authenticating a document. But today, forgery is on the rise and so frauds are increasing day by day. A digitally signed invoice cannot be edited by a third person and hence it is a full proof way of ensuring that the original document sent is received by the receiver without making any changes. Get invoices digitally signed directly through Tally and cut down both costs and time.
· Digital document management
Documents can be maintained in Tally itself. The multiple file attachment TDL, when attached to Tally, can enable features that allow you to attach multiple types of supporting documents along with entries. This keeps your documents in an organized and easy to locate manner and thus saves the indirect cost by saving the productive time of the employee that is often spent in locating a document for its corresponding entry
This helps you to:
· Save cost as you do not have to keep physical copies of the document or you can simply take a printout whenever required
· Save all supporting documents along with their respective entries
· Save time as you do not have to keep looking for documents at the time of an internal or external audit
· De-clutter office space. You can use the space that was previously used for such documents for other much more important things
Other Advantages of tally includes: -
Financial Management:
Budgetary administration is likewise made more straightforward under Tally programming. The product permits the board of fund over various areas can deal with numerous money exchanges, day by day exchanges, every day adjusts, income, and compute premium.
Various Languages Support:
Tally is the world’s most powerful concurrent Multi-lingual Integrated Business accounting software. We can create our own name for our accounting data in our own language.
· User friendly
· Data reliability and security
· Accounting and inventory management
· Payroll management
· Remote access of data
· Synchronization of data
· Maintenance records of statutory taxation i.e. vat, TDS, Excise and service tax.
· Fast documents access
· Customization for specific industry
· Audit tool for statutory audit and compliance
