How are our days of Dhul-Hijjah going so far? If we’re starting to lose focus, then ponder on this aayah:

🌺 ❛…So recite as much of the Qur'an as may be easy [for you], and perform as-Salaat, and give Zakat, and lend to Allah a goodly loan; and whatever good you send before you for yourselves, you will certainly find it with Allah, better and greater in reward…❜ 【Surah al-Muzzammil 73:20】

Imam Ibn Kathir rahimahullah wrote in his tafseer that this aayah abrogates the Commandment to Rasulullah salla Allahu 'alayhi wa sallam to pray Tahajjud, allowing him instead to pray Tahajjud as much as is easy for him.

But at the same time, this aayah also gives us so much encouragement. Allah tells us to take care of our 5 daily prayers, and to give zakaah and be charitable. Then He encourages all types of righteous actions:

🌺 ❛And whatever good you send before you for yourselves, you will certainly find it with Allah, better and greater in reward.❜

Sheikh as-Sa'di rahimahullah wrote in his tafseer: ❛The good deed will be multiplied 10 folds to 700 folds, to many more folds. Let it be known that the good that weighs an atom in this life will be compensated in the Residence of Eternal Delight by many more folds the measure of this life, and all that it contains of desires and joys.❜

Remember that Allah's compensation is (1) far better and (2) far greater than all the temporary joy, relaxation and satisfaction in this dunya combined. All praise is due to Allah, Who has made some months, days and nights better than others — when rewards are multiplied even many more times for the ones who strive for His reward.

Sekitar 6 bulan jeda tidak ada wahyu, kemudian Surah kedua yang diturunkan yaitu Al Muddassir, langsung dilanjutkan dengan Al Muzzammil, perintah shalat tahajjud adalah perintah shalat pertama kepada Rasulullah SAW, keesokannya dilanjutkan dengan Surah Adh Dhuha.

Rasulullah SAW tidak bisa membaca dan menulis adalah dengan maksud dari Allah SWT supaya terlepas dari tuduhan bahwa al Quran adalah karangan Rasulullah SAW.

Peletakan urutan Surah di al Quran adalah perintah Rasulullah SAW, di mana semua petunjuk peletakannya adalah dari Allah SWT, tiada keraguan padaNya.

Ilmu tambahan :

Diingatkan oleh DR Khalid Basalamah tentang pelafalan-pelafalan bahasa arab yang seringkali salah. Maka bermohon pertolonganlah kepada Allah SWT untuk dapat memperbaiki diri, salah satunya yang seringkali salah adalah pada ayat kedua al Fatihah.

Kesempurnaan dari Allah SWT, kekurangan dari saya semata. Laa hawla walaa quwwata illa billah.
