Multiple Jeopardy Gender and Liberation in Palestine
by Nada Elia
[ID: "Palestinian women and queers in the homeland are often asked by concerned Westerners how we negotiate the challenges of living full, rewarding lives in a conservative society. Those of us in the Western diaspora are asked if we are not better off, really, living in "modern" societies where we can wear whatever we want and go wherever we want. These questions are misguided. Instead, Palestinians should be asked how we persist, how we continue to live, love, and care, in a society that is living under Israel's brutal system of apartheid, intent on erasing our very existence and history. We should be asked how we persist under the rule of law of an ethno-supremacist country that views each and every one of us as a "demographic threat," simply for being who we are. We should be asked how our youth retain the impulse to be free, when trigger-happy Israeli soldiers and snipers are ordered to kill unarmed children demanding their human rights. We should be asked how we continue to build community, nurture each other, and denounce settler colonialism in the same breath as we reject patriarchy. And anyone who is concerned that those of us in the diaspora are better off than in Palestine should stop and think about who is the greater oppressor of the Palestinian people, including women and queers: Israel, which denies every Palestinian their basic rights, or Palestinian society, with its at times stifling "traditional values," which are often little more than an attempt to hold on to one's culture, threatened with erasure. And they should consider that, for the millions of us longing for the homeland, our diaspora is not a choice but a reality imposed upon the Palestinian people by Israel." End ID]

ISRAEL IS NOT A RACIST STATE: Unlike Gaza, every Israeli citizen has equal rights regardless of race, religion or gender or sexual orientation (so you won't get tossed off a roof)
THERE IS NO APARTHEID: Unlike citizens of Gaza, Israelis of all races can live anywhere, marry anyone, run for office, vote, assemble freely, pursue any occupation and worship freely.
JEWS ARE NOT WHITE: Over 62% of Israeli citizens are of Mizrahi, Arab, Ethiopian, North African or Mixed descent.
JEWS ARE NOT COLONIZERS: Genetic, historical, religious and archaeological evidence prove that Israel is the ancestral home of the Jewish people – making our return to the land the ultimate act of “decolonization.”
JEWS DIDN’T STEAL THE LAND: In ‘48, the UN Partition divided the land into two states: one for Jews and one for Arabs. Israel accepted the plan. The Arab states didn’t and declared war.
ISRAEL DIDN’T START THE WAR: There was a ceasefire on Oct 6th when Hamas murdered, mutilated, raped and kidnapped over 1,500 Israelis. Simply put, Hamas will not stop until Israel no longer exists.
THERE IS NO GENOCIDE: “Israel has implemented more precautions to prevent civilian harm than any military in history – above and beyond what international law requires, and more than the U.S. did in its wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.” - John Spencer, Chair of Urban Warfare Studies at West Point (See article in bio)
THERE IS NO FAMINE: Columbia Professors Awi Federgruen & Ran Kivetz have analyzed available data and conducted research, noting that “the food supply entering Gaza is more than sufficient to feed all 2.2 million Gazans according to what is considered a normal diet in North America. They further argue that the International Criminal Court and UN have joined Hamas in blaming Israel for a “famine that never was, hoping to stop the war in Gaza.”

Yesterday in Tehran, Dina Ghalibaf, a courageous 30-year-old journalist, bravely spoke out against sexual harassment by the morality police. Today, they raided her home and arrested her. She was stopped in Tehran’s subway for not wearing a hijab and was violently dragged into a room at Saadeghieh metro station, where she endured sexual assault and was handcuffed. Despite the ordeal, she bravely exposed them on social media. Now, her arrest raises concerns for her safety. Iranians urge an immediate halt to the Islamic Republic’s war against women, fearing more tragedies like #MahsaAmini’s murder in police custody. The international community must take a firm stand against gender apartheid regime in Iran. #UnitedAgainstGenderApartheid

Image description: [ First slide is a logo that combines trans and intersex flags by putting trans colors inside the purple circle. Text says #Trans intersex solidarity. The rest of the slides have text that reads: Gender affirming care for trans teens is under threat - and the same bills force surgeries on intersex babies. 90 of the 120 gender affirming healthcare ban bills in states across the USA have carve outs to permit nonconsensual surgeries on intersex infants. That's 75%! This is why we need #TransIntersexSolidarity!
Eradicating our sex traits, our genders, our bodies, is eradicating us.States are segregating trans, nonbinary, and intersex people into false sex and gender binaries by simultaneously forcing trans+ youth to detransition AND authorizing non-consensual interventions on intersex infants and children. We can’t let them. The accelerating gender and sex apartheid must be stopped. #TransIntersexSolidarity
Legislators: So you want to save the children? Here's how. Protect youth by preserving their rights to bodily autonomy and self-determination. Protect youth by letting them be their authentic selves. Let trans, nonbinary & intersex youth make their own choices about their own bodies, when they are informed and ready. #TransIntersexSolidarity
Solidarity from intersex communities with trans+ youth in the United States and across the globe! [body] Some people are trans and/or nonbinary. Some people are intersex. Some people are both trans+ and intersex. We are all united in our shared birthrights to be both free from interventions we do not want and to have access to the gender affirming care we do want. #TransIntersexSolidarity]
Sharing these graphics from @intersexawareness on Instagram. Trans and intersex communities have always been tied together, and right now both of us are under attack. Solidarity is more important than ever!

Hi, I have a question and you seem like a really balanced person, so here goes: I want to join a drag king collective, and I’m so excited about it, but the king leading it has some Interesting views. It’s the kind of thing where it’s constant “fuck Zionists” and what feels like extremely performative activism (Palestinian flag in bio but no actual fundraising/peace efforts, posting misinformation/irresponsible rhetoric etc.) I’m scared that if I join it I’ll be treated different, and even more scared that my friends will think the antisemitism justified (they aren’t great at understanding what antisemitism looks like these days). Idk what to do about the fear of someone being antisemitic because I don’t want it to stop me from doing what I want, but I also know it’ll devastate me if it does happen. If you can offer any insight I’ll be very grateful.
Hi friend!
I'm really glad you reached out to me. Not because I pretend to know all the answers, but because I love that we can all rely on each other during this time.
Unfortunately, whether you sign up for this is ultimately a matter of your own personal priorities and how you are prone to handle confrontation.
Personally, if it was me, I would join. I'm not afraid of defending myself (but I very much used to be, so no shame if you're not there yet). If I wanted to explore my gender identity through performance (if indeed that is what you are doing. I've never been personally drawn to perform drag, so I cannot pretend to know exactly why one might start. But I don't think I'm out of line to assume that it involves some kind of exploration or critique of gender both personally and societally) I certainly wouldn't let antisemites be the reasons I didn't go for it.
If the Anti-Zionist jerk starts coming at you, you can simply say "OK, great. Real quick question: What's a Zionist?" And watch him squirm to say anything real or substantive other than "a Jew." He might say, "They're basically Nazis!" or "They're people who want Palestinians to suffer!" or some other confidently incorrect hyperbolic statement. If he does so, you can say, "Oh! Well, then that's definitely not what I am," and move on.
If he says something slightly more substantive, like, "They're people who think Jews should get to take land from Arabs/Palestinians in order to have a Jewish ethnostate!" You can use the same response as above. But you can also say, "Oh, weird. That's definitely not what I thought it was. Which Zionist Jews have said this, exactly? Cuz I heard it was something completely different." Remember, their goal isn't actually to educate you or help anyone or even to provide limited but factual information. The goal is to shame you into aligning with their self-righteous point of view. That is not an effective tactic when you respond with QUESTIONS instead of outright CORRECTIONS. Making people explain themselves is a great way to defang a bad faith accusation like that.
Finally, they might say, "It's someone who supports Israel." In this case, either of the above methods will work. Or you could question even further. Here's an example of a chat:
You: Supports Israel how?
Jerkface: They want Biden to use our tax dollars to fund a genocide!
You: Oh, well then I'm definitely not a Zionist.
Jerkface: No, you don't understand! It's people who think that Jews can only be safe in a settler colonial apartheid ethnostate that justified its existence by crying about the Holocaust.
You: Well then I'm still not a Zionist. I don't know why you're assuming these things about me. But people should generally cry about the Holocaust. It was really bad thing that people did to Jews. Do you not think the Holocaust is a big deal?
Jerkface: Of course I think it was a big deal. That's why we all have to condemn THIS genocide. The Jews are the Nazis now.
You: I don't know. I don't think that' show Nazism works. But I definitely don't like genocide. If liking genocide makes a Zionist, then I'm definitely not whatever you're accusing me of.
Jerkface: No! I'm just saying that Zionists don't want a ceasefire. They're trying to kill all the Palestinians.
You: I don't know what to tell you then. Because that's still not me. Of course I want Hamas and Israel to both stop bombing each other.
Jerkface: No, Palestine is JUSTIFIED in bombing Israelis because of the oppression.
You: I think its weird that you're conflating Palestinians with Hamas. Are you saying that Palestinian civilians are bombing Israel as as a protest tactic? I thought for sure that Hamas, a terrorist organization, was the group responsible for Anti-Israeli violence. Personally, I've always though that most Palestinians just want to live in peace and don't support terrorism and violence. I don't know why it would harm Palestinians to suggest that both Israel and Hamas should end this conflict diplomatically rather than with violence.
Jerkface: Right! That's why we need to tell Biden to call for a ceaseefire!
You: OK, but I still don't know if you're saying Israel should just stop firing or that Israel and Hamas should stop bombing. I definitely want everyone to stop bombing each other. But I'm not really sure why Hamas would care about what Biden says.
etc...
I call this the "Rabbi method," because when you go to a rabbi, they never really give you an answer to your question. They answer with other questions designed to get them to see their own answer.
Either Hamas is a terrorist group unfairly targeting Israeli civilians and launching bombs into civilian territories--something that is clearly bad and which makes average Palestinian civilians innocent victims (this is the truth btw) that require both Hamas and Israel too lay down their arms. OR Palestinians and Hamas are interchangeable terms and the ongoing oppression of Palestinians have driven them to violent, offensive, armed resistance--which you may or may not agree with as a revolutionary tactic (To be clear, this is NOT TRUE OF PALESTINIANS. PALESTINIANS ARE NOT TERRORISTS AND DO NOT DESERVE TO BE BOMBED). Palestine IS NOT HAMAS. Hamas is bombing Israeli civilians.
Israel is retaliating with extreme force and prejudice against a terrorist organization in a way that is devastating the lives and futures of Palestinian Civilians, who very much deserve for all sides to lay down their weapons and address their mutual grievances diplomatically and responsibly. What is occurring right now is a messy, ugly, brutal war that is killing and traumatizing all civilians in the Levant. And a one-sided ceasefire leaves the side that ceases firing dead. A ceasefire means that EVERYONE must cease firing.
Unless Jerkface has a plan for how to ensure the safety of Palestinian civilians from Hamas that also includes Israeli safety from Hamas, asking for Israelis to simply lay down all their weapons without any guarantee of safety is asking for a nation of mostly Jews to die without putting up a fight. And wanting Arab Israelis and also Jews not to die is not what Zionism means. It's not even what pro-Israel means. That's just called not being violently antisemitic, actually.
Israelis aren't mindless Zionist Nazi Monsters who get off on killing Palestinian babies. Palestinians aren't Noble Savages who have never done anything wrong as individual people and who are inherently morally superior to every single Israeli because they were born Palestinian. Both Israelis and Palestinians are complex, global micro-minorities who have both perpetrated tremendous harm to one another over the course of several decades, and neither group is going anywhere. Neither group deserves for its people to die. Neither group is only "worth helping" if western onlookers categorize them as "innocent" and "good." If someone's activism isn't geared toward respecting the inherent dignity of Palestinians and Israelis regardless of either group's history, then that person is not engaging in activism. If someone is asking you to support that cause because their chosen cause involves perfect cinnamon rolls being targeted by pure evil enemies, then they are not asking you to join them in activism. They are not even asking you to join them in a political reality. What they are asking is for you to join their toxic fandom.
And reducing this conflict down to simplistic fandom rhetoric is not going to help anyone and is frankly offensive to all Jews, Israelis, and Palestinians--all of whom deserve to be seen for the traumatized, suffering, imperfect people they are.
People don't earn support by being good. They inherently deserve support, because they are people.
All that said, maybe it's not emotionally useful for you to engage in this group. Maybe this type of conflict is too much for you. That's OK, too.
And while I would never let antisemitism take away an opportunity for me to fulfill a dream, I will say that my experience of Antisemitism during this time is 100000000% responsible for making me realize that the dreams I had before this experience need to evolve. I no longer wish to be in the town where I live. I wish to be home with my family closeby, because when the chips are down, that's who matters. The idea of moving back to my home state was unthinkable to me before October. Now? I cannot get out of here fast enough. There's nothing I want that is exclusive to my current location anymore. The community I thought I'd built for myself is gone. And while antisemitism didn't take them from me, it sure as fuck showed me that I never had it in thee first place.
If you're going to join this collective, be sure its worth the fight. And if it's not worth the fight, then look for a place that is. Exploring your gender identity freely should not come at the cost of living your ethnic and religious identities openly. Ever.
Don't trade one closet for another. You deserve more than that. We all do.
hope that helps @kit-chaos-doodle

Israel/Palestine: All Victims Have Right to Reparation for Abuses
Atrocity Crimes Require Effective Redress
Tumblr media
(Geneva) – All victims of gross human rights violations in Palestine and Israel are owed reparation, Human Rights Watch said today. Human Rights Watch on June 26 submitted recommendations to the UN Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967. The rapporteur, Francesca Albanese, had invited input to inform her October 2024 report to the United Nations General Assembly on the ongoing hostilities.
Under international law, governments responsible for abuses are obliged to provide effective remedies for human rights violations, including through truth, justice, compensation, memorialization, and guarantees of non-recurrence. Non-state armed groups also have responsibilities to provide reparation. Reparation processes should center on the rights of victims and be carried out after meaningful and effective consultations with them. Other countries that have, or whose businesses have, supported one side or the other should contribute to reparations and all other countries should press the parties to the conflict to commit to provide reparations.
“The parties to the conflict need to repair the harm they have caused to victims in the ongoing hostilities,” said Clive Baldwin, senior legal adviser at Human Rights Watch. “Governments supporting Israel and Palestinian armed groups should not only use their leverage to stop further abuses, but also to ensure that victims and survivors receive meaningful reparations.”
Albanese sought submissions from civil society, academics, governments, and others on her upcoming report, which will examine “how Israel’s post-October-7 policies and practices have impacted the rights of the Palestinian people in the West Bank, including East Jerusalem (since 7 October 2023), and in Gaza (since 1 March 2024, which marked the end of the last reporting period).”
Israeli forces have unlawfully attacked residential buildings, medical facilities, and aid workers, and used starvation as a weapon of war in the Gaza Strip, which has suffered a staggering toll of 37,600 people killed. Israel has restricted imports of aid to Gaza as well as medical evacuations, leaving people who have been wounded, women and girls giving birth, people with disabilities and chronic conditions, and others with no or inadequate medical treatment, with devastating consequences. Israeli authorities have detained and mistreated thousands of Palestinians, with persistent reports of tortureIn the Gaza Strip, Israeli forces have displaced the majority of the population, including through unlawful evacuation orders, and destroyed the majority of homes, schools, hospitals, agricultural land, and other civilian infrastructure, with many forced to live in unsafe, unsanitary conditions. In the West Bank, where Israeli forces have killed over 500 Palestinians, Israeli authorities have forcibly displaced entire Palestinian communities. These abuses take place in a context in which Israeli authorities are accelerating illegal settlement expansion, subjecting Palestinian prisoners to deteriorating conditions, and committing the continuing crimes against humanity of apartheid and persecution against Palestinians.
Palestinian armed groups on October 7 killed over 800 civilians in southern Israel, mistreated and inflicted sexual and gender-based violence on people they detained, took 251 hostages, destroyed homes, and have continued to launch indiscriminate rockets at population centers.

by Phyllis Chesler
Every Jew, both inside and outside of Israel, has been held hostage for 40 days. In the Holy Land, Israelis—Jews, Christians, Muslims and Druze—have been bombed, kidnapped, tortured, murdered, forced into bomb shelters and cast into internal exile.
Because Israel has dared to fight back, Jews around the world are being “punished” for Israel’s alleged “crimes.” Jews everywhere are being verbally harassed, demonized, threatened, physically attacked and sometimes murdered. Visibly Jewish students no longer feel safe in their classrooms, at gatherings or on the street in Europe, the United States, Canada and beyond.
The Jewish state was created to protect Jews from their 2,000-year-old vulnerability to pogroms and genocide while in exile. The existence of that very state is now being used as the excuse for a monstrous “intifada” against all Jews in the West. It is driven by the lethal propaganda against Israel that has been disseminated for at least 60 years. It may take that long to drain this swamp of lies.
But, as ever, this is far bigger than the Jews.
Right now, more than one billion Westerners are being surrounded on their streets and in the media by the war cries of “Allahu Akbar.” Everyone, everywhere has been held psychologically and often physically hostage by the “globalized jihad.”
Traffic has been stalled. Visible Jews have been physically attacked. Anti-Israel and pro-Palestinian rallies, marchers and random ranting individuals have frightened or attacked passengers on buses and trains with their aggressive propaganda.
When will the West wake up to the fact that we and our way of life are under siege?
From both a jihadist and Western leftist point of view, killing the Jews will redeem the West’s sins of racism, imperialism, colonialism and slavery. Indoctrinated Westerners refuse to acknowledge that the West is not the only or even the major sinner in world history.
Muslim countries have a very long history of gender and religious apartheid, anti-black racism and black slavery, imperialism, colonialism, conversion via the sword and more. I doubt that destroying the only democracy in the Middle East—Israel—will liberate Muslim women from being forcibly veiled or honor-killed.
Western “useful idiots” refuse to understand that all the crimes attributed only to Israel are actually crimes that Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad have alone and continuously committed.
Psychologically speaking, the media, college professors, the United Nations and the surging swarms in the streets have projected the atrocities committed by Islamic terrorists onto Jews and the Jewish state.
For decades, decent people, Jews and non-Jews, have been bombarded with slogans like “Death to the Jews,” “Nazi Israel,” “Hitler did not get the job done,” “Zionists are criminals” and every other hideous libel one can imagine. We have been subjected to non-stop lies in the elite media. Whatever Hamas terrorists tell journalists is reported as fact. Whatever instantly verifiable footage the IDF shows is reported as “Israel says.”
Imagine the psychological and traumatizing effect that such non-stop hatred has on all Westerners.
What must we do? In the short run, President Joe Biden must stop appeasing and funding Iran—the main supporter and financier of global jihad.
If we don’t act, they will come for all of us sooner rather than later. Israel alone cannot be expected to fight the battle for Western civilization.

A huge hit for freedom and democracy.
I often ask myself: How did Hitler’s rise to power even occur? Surely people are smart enough to recognize the telltale signs of vitriol and hate. Intelligent enough to understand the big-picture consequences of a leader with an agenda centered around apartheid. A leader whose policies will not only affect them but also their children, and anyone close enough to be touched by it.
The American Dream, it seems, has been confused for a nightmare—a nightmare better known as a fundamentalist free-for-all. No-fault divorce wasn’t even initiated until 1969; anything before that was considered the fault of the woman. Our grandmothers were beaten into submission and forced to stay, cheated on, humiliated, and still they had to march forward with their heads held high. Women couldn’t even have their own bank accounts until the Equal Credit Opportunity Act passed in 1974. Before then, the husband controlled the finances, and women had nothing.
I come from one of the first generations of women who didn’t grow up feeling the weight of gender roles and the pressure of societal conformity around our ankles and necks. I grew up believing anything was possible, that my potential was limitless, and that my gender wasn’t an obstacle stopping me from achieving the things I wanted to.
It wasn’t until I was much older that I began to notice the deeply embedded signs of misogyny around me. My generation of women was fortunate enough to be sheltered from the harsher realities those who came before us faced. We were allowed a certain blind naivety, an illusion of safety that our predecessors were not. We know what freedom is like; we’ve tasted it, and the thought that we may lose it saddens me to my core.
Hopefully, I am wrong. Perhaps we can look at the next four years as a minor setback—a detour, not a defeat. I know that one day a woman will be seen for her credentials, her achievements, and not the role society has set out for her. One day, a woman will be appreciated for her character and the wisdom she imparts, not vilified for her body parts. That day, sadly, is not today. It is not tomorrow. But it is ahead of us. We just have to be patient.

New update: this blog is on a hiatus until I feel like not being on hiatus anymore. It stopped being fun and I need to step away from it.
I'm 30, nonbinary and I love my lgbt siblings very very much. I'm a musician and mostly play thrash and black metal. I may or may not post guitar videos from time to time. If you play metal and you need a guitarist then hi!
Given black metal's extremely unfortunate history and reputation, I wanna say outright that if you hold Controversial Views regarding race, sexuality, gender identity and so forth then please fuck off. Same goes for "anti-communists" and apartheid defenders.
I sometimes reblog my friends' art and it might occasionally be kind of horny. I do not post 18+ stuff.
I do sometimes use the f slur affectionately. If you don't wanna see it (which, yknow, valid) then filter the cw tag below.
Now that that's out of the way hi hiiiii hai hi hi hiiiii :3

That one person you reblogged from (short-wooloo) is pro Zionist and repeatedly conflates Judaism with Zionism. So all the Jewish people who bravely protested against the genocide of Palestinians, their actions somehow don't matter? Not everyone who speaks against Israel's colonizing, apartheid state is anti semitic.
I'm done with that part of Star Wars fandom. Just absolutely done. Fans like this talk so much about the genocide of fictional characters in Star Wars but fall so short when discussing real atrocities being committed in this world.
Hello there! I hear what you are saying and I totally get it as someone who is married to a Jewish woman (who went to Hebrew school and everything) and believe me we are feeling all the same things you’re feeling. Zionism goes against what it is in the Torah and this whole situation is just incredibly frustrating , heartbreaking, and maddening. Now I cannot speak for everyone, this is strictly my opinion and I’m allowed to have it as well as everyone else, but I think unfortunately since the people involved on both sides are both of people who have been marginalized and mistreated through all of history that this is where the conflict comes in and some people within these ethnoreligions feel it’s their responsibility to stand with their people instead of seeing the bigger picture and seeing that there is suffering and evil everywhere and innocent people are being sacrificed because the rich and powerful won’t do the right thing and stop it all. I think when it comes to fiction like Star Wars, it’s easier for people to just agree that things like genocide are bad because they’re not involved in those stories; it’s fiction, it doesn’t exist in their reality and it doesn’t involve their people, loved ones, etc.
Now with all that being said, I say protect your peace and only engage in content that doesn’t upset you, etc. Otherwise you’ll be upset always and nobody has that kind of energy, not in this miserable world nowadays. I personally stay away from content I don’t agree with. We can’t control what people do, but we can control how we react to it.
I want to make something very clear. My blog has always been and forever will be a safe space for all. I welcome people of all races, genders, religions, sexualities etc so long as they are respectful and kind. Any racism and/or hatred towards anyone will never be tolerated and will be removed from my content. I never like to get political with people, but I wanted to address your ask to reinstate that I do not co-sign or condone evil/nasty behavior.
I shall continue to post and push for positivity and peace in my writing and on my blog.
May the Force be with you and everyone of my mutuals and followers ✨

The post you reblog has so much misinformation in it, Israel is not an apartheid state, check it!!
And yes you should free Palestine from Hamas! They are to blame for what happening in Gaza right now, don't take my word for it listen to the brave people in Gaza that dare to speak:
https://www.instagram.com/reel/C0jfi3GIuQD/?igshid=NzBmMjdhZWRiYQ==
Oh and pls check Yoseph Haddad an Israeli arab who explained the complicit amazingly! (and proved you wrong about all the apartheid nonsense)
Pls don't spread misinformation, I know you won't apologize or anything, and many have already seen it, but at least take it down because it's really irresponsible, it spreads hatred towards Jews in the world, and in the end they can't go to their university because they're threatened and yes this is the reality of jew right now.
And if you can admitted the yes Israel was a victim to Hamas terrorism on October 7, that hundreds of Innocent civilians were murdered with inhuman cruelty, that entire families were burned in their homes, that women and young girls were raped and murdered, that the atrocities in Israel on October 7th were too horrible to describe you are simply anti-Semitic (I really hope you are not because I do love you writing but I am not sure I can enjoy it anymore…)
Btw It's really cynical to compare Israel to the Nazis, so if you're already at it, please also read about the Holocaust
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I do not get on discourses on tumblr because my real life involves a lot of activism so I avoid that in online spaces. But the cause of Palestine is too important for me to not reply to this. But like I said yesterday, this is the final time I would be commenting on this, here on tumblr.
1. Israel is an apartheid state. It always have been. Apartheid stands for racial, cultural or gender segregation leading to political, economic org social discrimination of a specific community. Israel has been segregating the entirety of Palestine since the Nabka in 1948.
Source: Amnesty International’s 212 page report.
2. Hamas is not a terrorist organisation. Hamas is a militant resistance group. Every country/group that has been oppressed, has the right to self defence under the International Human Rights Law. Israel has absolutely no right to self defence as it is the settler colony not the other way around.
2.1: there is no actual proof of any babies being beheaded. None whatsoever. When someone uses the word ‘decapicated’ it plants a very specific picture in one’s mind, and this picture is what Israel government is using to fuel fire to something that’s not true. That’s propaganda. But there are hundreds and hundreds of proof of bombing of hospitals, children being killed, others being stripped, tortured, etc.
3. USA vetoed for a second time against the call for a ceasefire. And Israel thanked them for that. If you think that is them trying to protect the world, then I hope against hope that I never have to be a part of the world that you want to create.
4. I feel absolutely no shame in comparing Israel to Nazi Germany because a genocide is a genocide be it against Jews or the Palestinians. A genocide is a genocide.
5. I will not stop talking about the Israeli apartheid but if you believe it to be an attack against the Jews, that is your issue. Anti-Zionism is not and never will be Anti-Semitism.
6. The oppressed have the right to mobilise, to self-defence, to resistance. The settler colony does not.
7. I am quite okay with losing a few readers if it means I stand up to what is right. It is not a loss.
Here is a list of all the human rights violations Israel’s committed against the Palestinians.
Tumblr media
Please check this page, they have the resources for all the mentioned violations. Past and present.
I can understand that being born in Israel, being raised and indoctrinated can make it difficult for you. But you have access to all the resources, access to everything that can help you find out the truth. For you to question your government. Do that. It is difficult but not impossible. It is your duty and responsibility to do that.
Do not come into my inbox until you do that.
Thank you.

For any US Viewers here, we all know Joe Biden hasn't been a good president at all. With both his contributions to Isreal's Terrorism in Palestine along with his incompetence when it comes to doing ANY for the United States of America
We also know the republican party is just as evil as last time. With the options there being either Donald Trump or Ron DeSantis. You can just search them here or on any news site to see why they would be even worse.
HOWEVER, We might not have to settle for Biden.
Now, I am under 18. So I am not allowed to vote. The US Government says my opinion dosen't matter. However, I can influence YOU! The 18+ Year Old US Citizens who DO matter in the eyes of the law
I found an independent candidate from a comment section on a tumblr post here (I forgot which one) and he seems great
He's very ambitious (I don't see him reaching most of his goals but surely he could get SOME change done)

While I have a strong desire to address this topic aggressively, scream at the top of my lungs, because what I’m trying to convey/have been conveying for a while now, should be common knowledge to anyone who is right in their mind. It’s a matter of COMMON SENSE.
I’m seething with rage, but I’ll refrain from acting upon it. I don’t want to divert your attention from the actual cause.
I know many of us are tired and emotionally battered, starting with myself, from witnessing such horrific events unfold in front of our eyes. And I’m not trying to downplay your feelings or add to your sorrow, but when compared to the butchery the Palestinians are enduring at the hands of the occupying state, our exhaustion is nothing. It pales in comparison to the horrors they are being put through.
Just think about how drained they must be, experiencing it firsthand.
Supporting the Palestinian cause is not about religion, nationality, or politics. It’s about standing for the basic fucking principles of equality. Human rights. And freedom. It’s about taking a bold stance against oppression IN ALL ITS FORMS, regardless of where it occurs. And I think we all should know that by now.
If you don’t, educate yourself or leave my page. I don’t have the energy to argue with a brain the size of a pea.
The Palestinian RESISTANCE to Isr-el APARTHEID is not just a distant issue. Again, it’s not limited to a specific religion, or ethnicity, it’s an offense to all of humanity. It’s a test of our moral compass, our commitment to justice, and our unshakable belief in the dignity of every human being, regardless of religion, race, gender, or age.
Speaking to myself first, it’s easy to lose hope during times like this, to give up on everything in the face of adversity. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and battered. But let me remind you and myself that history is filled with the stories of those who stood up against oppression, and refused to bow to tyranny.
We will draw strength from them, and stand united in their legacy.
Our solidarity with Palestinians shouldn’t be an act of charity; it is an act of justice.
For years, Palestinians have been diligent in documenting their experiences, from being trapped in a literal ext3rmination camp, to children getting sl-ught3red by arm3d military forces consisting of GROWN MEN.
Just know that Isr-el is manipulating the media at a global scale, attempting to describe their cr!m3s as defensive measures while executing a literal g3nocidal plan. It’s a DELIBERATE effort to erase Palestinian history and their identity, please try to fit this into your conservative mind. This is what 3thnic cleansing looks like. And I can’t believe it’s taking place in 2023, in front of our literal eyes. They’re doing it in our faces.
*Pro-Isr*elis please recognize that nothing you see is accidental; it’s a planned strategy. Try to understand how and why they’re portraying Palestinians negatively in the media, all the while sl-ught3ring innocent civilians of Palestine and Gaza, the majority of which are CHILDREN, in the worst possible ways in broad daylight.*
Ask yourself how the propaganda is influencing you.
Ask yourself how and why the mainstream media has manipulated you into believing that unarm3d civilians trapped in an ext3rmination camp, with no one to back them, are a thr3at to a SIGNIFICANTLY POWERFUL REGIME backed by the likes of the U-S and the U-K with no one to hold them accountable.
Reflect on how and why they’re portraying PALESTINIAN RESISTANCE to an ONGOING G3NOCIDE by BARBARIC OCCUPIERS KNOWN AS ISR-EL as T3RRORISM.
Palestine is a COUNTRY. Which is currently OCCUPIED by THE ISR-ELI S3TTLERS.
EDUCATE YOURSELF. EDUCATE YOURSELF. EDUCATE YOURSELF.
I beg you to understand the detrimental effects of propaganda on the Palestinians. How the media outlets are nullifying the injustice, trauma, and cr!mes they’re being put through by the Isr-eli occupiers/settlers. Settler colonialism is very much real. Stop letting the media and N3tànyahu toy with your sense of morality. Please.
We’re an educated and smart generation, we do have the power to inspire others. We do have the power to reveal the truth and advocate for what is right. The majority doesn’t always hold the moral high ground. Get it already.
Why does Isr-el, with such a powerful regiment, require aid? Who benefits from supporting Isr-el and why do the Stat3s’, historically isolationist, strongly back them? Please remember that EVERYTHING IN POLITICS IS CALCULATED.
Do not let them condition you to the ongoing bloodbath of innocent people. Do not welcome the Palestinian massacre with open arms.

the struggles of a woman.
Women have been belittled, mocked and marginalized for so many years. The society and its patriarchy norm has told us that we have no voice no matter how loud we shout.
For numerous years, we have struggled to get into formal work places because of the norm that only men should get into that specific work area. I mean, back in the day, women would stay home and raise their children, feed them and their husbands. They would cook, clean and do the laundry and watch their husband's go to work everyday. The housewives concept goes way back there whereby a man's duty is to provide for his wife and children. Women were not allowed to wear pants and do manly duties. We, women, are portrayed as inferior in this entire world in which our voices are not heard. We are told not to wear too much make, don't wear make up; do not wear pants, do not wear revealing clothes. We have been told so many things just to satisfy the society. This system is built to accommodate and practice the patriarchal concept whereby it has become a norm against females.  Women have literally birthed men who grow up to be misogynists who end up being anti-women, abusing, and raping us. The men that we should be depending on and are supposed to be fighting for us are instead fighting us. Majority of the men have this ridiculous sense of entitlement to feel the need to touch us when it is completely uncomfortable for us. When we do not like someone who approaches us and end up rejecting him, he feels the need to become aggressive and angry which leads to him killing us and throwing our bodies in the bushes. Everytime a woman is abused, they would ask "what were you wearing?" Whereby men rape women not clothes, so when that 8 day old baby was raped, what was she wearing then? You cannot tell me she was wearing revealing clothes. Whenever a woman is physically abused, they'd ask "what are you doing to him hat provoked him to raise a hand on you?" "Why are you opening up about this now?" "Why didn't you just leave him?" When in fact it is not even easy doing any of this. We have been told since early ages not to wear revealing clothes when our uncles come visit us, whereby our fatherly figures are the ones should protect us from harms way.  We have been told to be safe, learn self defense, to always have a taser with us in order to protect ourselves from men who cannot control themselves.
On top of that, being a black woman in this world has become a threat to the system that's built for whites and males. We have become silenced for so many decades to a point where now we have risen and are able to use our voices, people see us a threat. Black women could be so educated but end up unemployed or in a position that is lower, earning a low income just because of our race and gender.
I mean, apartheid and racism has not really ended. We still find some racism remarks about ourselves, people telling us that "you are too pretty to be dark skinned", I mean that is quite an unnecessary remark about our race.
In addition, women have been told what and what not to do just to please men. When in fact men should be taught about the safety of women too.
Since birth, we were "educated" by the society on what to wear, to wear make up and to dress like a girly girl with pink dresses, and skirts ; we were groomed in order to be ladies from birth. We have been oppressed and marginalized into thinking we are not adequate to fit in this patriarchy society.
Let us break this norm, and let women who want to be independent be independent for themselves and stop this norm that men will eternally be superior compared to us. Let us women, empower each other instead of shaming and dragging each other down. Let us stand together and form a united front.
