Sayyidi Younus AlGohar answers a question from a viewer who asked how Owais Qarni was a Companion of the Prophet Mohammad. Sayyidi explains how Owais Qarni was the most eminent of all the Companions. ( http://tiny.cc/w2w1bz ) . Summary: . . - The religious clerics say that Owais Qarni was from the Tabieen (second-generation followers). A 'Tabay' is one who did not live in Prophet Mohammad's time; rather he lived in the time of the Companions and accepted Islam through them. The people who accepted Islam through the Tabieen came to be known as the 'Taba Tabieen'. However, nobody went to Owais Qarni in Yemen with the message of Islam, therefore he does not fit in the categories of Tabieen or Taba Tabieen. . . - It was Prophet Mohammad who told Umar and Ali to go to Yemen, where Owais Qarni was. He said, ‘There is a man who loves me rapturously there. Give him my Jubba.’ When they asked Prophet Mohammad how they would recognise Owais Qarni, Prophet Mohammad said there was a white mark on his hand. Just imagine what his connection with Prophet Mohammad must be like! . . - Out of all the Companions of Prophet Mohammad, Owais Qarni was the only one to be granted spiritual benevolence and company of Prophet Mohammad’s soul. And the company of the soul that was available to him was such that he and Prophet Mohammad knew each other's physical features. This is why we don't just consider Owais Qarni to be a Companion - rather, he is the greatest Companion.

- When you enter your grave, the angels will show you an image of Prophet Mohammad and ask you what your tenet and conjecture was about him. This means that the angels understand that every member of Prophet Mohammad's Nation will have seen Prophet Mohammad. And there is no condition as to whether you saw Prophet Mohammad physically or spiritually.

HDE Gohar Shahi said, 'One cannot become a member of Prophet Mohammad's Nation without seeing Prophet Mohammad.'

- Whether or not you were born in the era of Prophet Mohammad, as a member of Prophet Mohammad's Nation, you are bound to see Prophet Mohammad. When you learn how to become a member of the Nation, then during those lessons, there will be a chapter on seeing Prophet Mohammad as well. - The religious clerics say that Owais Qarni was from the Tabieen (second-generation followers). @yah-allah so i immediately found this when i found this book fortress of the muslim. I remember something i learned a long long time ago in another book and i read the whole hadith regarding this and it just crossed my mind. So usually when we get up from Ruku’ we say Rabbana Walakalhamd. So once Prophet Muhammad Saw was leading the prayer and when he said Sami Allahu liman Hamida one of the sihabi said Rabbana wa la’kal hamdu hamdan kaseeran tayibam mubarakan feeh. So when the Prophet Muhammad SAW said salam and finished the prayer he asked who is the one that said this aloud and one of the sihabi said Ya Rasool Allah i did and Prophet Muhammad Saw said that when you said i saw two angels fighting over this act of yours. One of them was saying i will write this in my book the other was saying no i will write this in my book.

“ جوحضورؐ کے ہاتھ پر بیعت کر کے اُمتی بنا وہ اصل امتی ہے اور جو بعد میں کسی طریقے سے بھی صراط مستقیم پا گیا، حضورؐ سے اس کا تعلق جڑ گیا تو وہ حضور پاک کا داخلی امتی ہے اور داخلی اُمتی اسی ذکر قلب کے طریقے سے بنتا ہے ”

“اسکی قید و اہمیت نہیں ہے کہ کوئی حضور کےدور مکہ یا مدینہ میں پیدا ہوا تو ہی بڑا عاشق رسول ہو گا ،ضرورت ہے تو ان آنکھوں اور ان روحوں کی ہے کہ وہ آنکھیں اُن روحوں کوزمین کے کسی بھی حصے سے یکلخت اٹھائیں اور حضورﷺ کے قدموں تک پہنچا دیں ”

Main Points:

- The Muslim world considers the era of Prophet Mohammad to be the greatest era and those who were in the company of Prophet Mohammad the most fortunate ones. Did they ever stop to think why were we not born in the era of Prophet Mohammad? Why were we not given the opportunity to be in the company of Prophet Mohamamd day and night? Why are we the unfortunate ones? Who is to blame for this?

- God could not send the entire humanity in the era of Prophet Mohammad. But then what about our misfortune? Why did we not get to see Prophet Mohammad when the Koran says that we will be shown the image of Prophet Mohammad in the grave. How will we recognise Prophet Mohammad's image if we have not seen him? This obviously means that seeing Prophet Mohammad was not confined to the people of his era.

- His Divine Eminence Imam Mehdi Gohar Shahi's teachings brought about the revolution which lifted the shadows of misfortune. It matters not which era you were born in as the physical company of Prophet Mohammad is not as important as the spiritual company. And Opening of the Spiritual Heart is the key to obtaining the spiritual company of Prophet Mohammad.

- If people raise slogans of the eternal life of Prophet Mohammad, why are they not seeking the company of Prophet Mohammad? Prophet Mohammad's spiritual company, as it was in his era, is still available and attainable today.

- Koran says the following era of Prophet Mohammad will be greater than his current era. A prophetic tradition narrates that Imam Mehdi (as) will be identical in appearance to Prophet Mohammad. And when the companions asked Prophet Mohammad to describe Imam Mehdi, it was as if he was describing himself. Those who seek the love and company of Prophet Mohammad will only find it in the court of HDE Imam Mehdi Gohar Shahi.
