Jiutian borderline just unofficially adopts li and Xin-yi. She finds them adorable and that Xin-Yi reminds him of herself and affectionately calls him a little loser <33.

xin-yi doesn’t vibe with it at first (he’s super protective of his family) but he ends up calling her ‘Ma’.
