One more fortunate Friday for some of us Who are part of the #ADRD – family #caregiver community here in Dallas. We were fortunate to experience the #DallasArboretum #botanicalgardens access program called #MemoryGarden. . . Mom @marialuisapastel and #techguerrero (moi!), as well as other program participants, were able to navigate through the Arboretum‘s #Pumpkinvillage, through oceans of ankle biters. Week 1

My first week here went well.

Taking care of the baby worked out good. I was able to look after EJ without having to ask granny R. for help. Of course, from time to time, she fed him and played for him for a while, but next to that I am proud of my first week.

It was nice to have granny R. over. She took me and EJ out a couple of times. Having lunch with my host mom, visiting The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, go get my Social Security Number, ...

We live close to a lake, called White Rock Lake. The arboretum lies next to this lake, in the south. So one afternoon, granny R took me and EJ to this park. It was incredible! The domain is 66 acres full of al kinds of plants and flowers. Since Halloween was just around the corner, they had decorate the entire place with pumpkins. Apparently 90.000 pumpkins and over 100 different kinds! It was insane to see! They had even built a Pumpkin Village. Theme: Peter Pan. It is very impressive. There’s a ship, 2 houses, a crocodile, a maze,... I can’t wait to see their Christmas Village! The weather that day was amazing. Unfortunately a little bit to hot for the baby so I only had 1 hour to walk around the domain. I got to see most of it but I definitely want to go back to discover the rest!

During the weekend I didn’t do much. M. and R. took me to a pop-up Halloween store. That was pretty cool. They even had their own little haunted house inside. Compared to Belgium, this store was over the top. They had every costume you could think of and a billion more accessories. My idea was to be a Handmaid (see: The Handmaid’s Tale) but they didn’t have anything of that character so I didn’t buy anything.

Dark Ovabuku / Mesudiye

cute appearance, clean air, around B & B’s and hotels from the beaches where you can spend your holiday with numbered. Ovabuku, almost fairytale beauty tucked away in the Datca Peninsula’s great in the village. This is one of the most beautiful bays of Datca be mistaken if I said I won’t. Around the beach you can find restaurants and a small restaurant that you can fill your stomach. Ovabuku the transportation is also very convenient; easily to and from Dalaman Airport by road, you will find here below.

butterfly Valley / Fethiye

for those who want to recover yourself from the stress of city life, this place is a perfect location. Fethiye is situated between the high hills of this, it’s like an unspoilt natural garden. Over 85 species of butterfly here, as the valley took the name butterfly. When you arrive, you will witness the dance of the butterflies colorful. Oludeniz, butterfly Valley, you can reach over the shield boats, and you can make the camp if you wish.

Pumpkin Village / Fethiye

Beach, with lush green pine forests, with vorticity, located near the village of faralya Fethiye connected to, pumpkin, Dark, silence, and perfect for nature lovers. If you love adventure, Hiking Ölüdeniz, kabak Bay you can reach over with the path. The sea sparkling and splendid it looks here. As soon as I saw pumpkin village, I immediately wanted to throw myself overboard. I’m sure you will be amazed when you see here.

Dark Kaputas / Nov – Shield

Nov – the shield is located on the road, the secluded village among the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean. Featured with cleanliness and Clarity, the attention of domestic and foreign tourists, the village’s with you when you go I suggest you get a something to eat. Around the beach there’s not many places where you can get food outside of the pancake. A mixture of sand and pebbles on the beach, but in spite of this, I say it’s a good thing when you get here.

Marmaris’s a frequently visited village of Hisaronu which is connected to e of the boat. If you wish, you can come by and enjoy the cool waters boat tours. Another beautiful sunset here at sunset, you will be faced with a riot of wonderful color. You can tell your friends when you get here you will save so much the moment beautiful.

Dark Amos / Marmaris

creates an image that has lost none of its wonderful natural wooden chairs, and with a beach stretching, this place is a place worth a visit. For those who dive, this is the place I can say that they are looking for exactly. Marmaris’s easy to reach by car or boat, you can E Amos connected.

Journaled Dark / Fethiye

Around delicious-smelling pine forests and surrounded by gum trees, serenity is journaled the preference of the tourists the village which worth a visit. Here you can combine a holiday with a picnic.
