In love, fidelity signifies this extended victory: the randomness of an encounter defeated day after day through the invention of what will endure, through the birth of a world.

The real revolution is the revolution of Love.
“Understanding is now, not tomorrow. Tomorrow is for the lazy mind, the sluggish mind, the mind that is not interested. When you are interested in something, you do it instantaneously, there is immediate understanding, immediate transformation. If you do not change now, you will never change, because the change that takes place tomorrow is merely a modification, it is not transformation. Transformation can only take place immediately; the revolution is now, not tomorrow.”
“Where love is, there is transformation. Without love, revolution has no meaning, for then revolution is merely destruction, decay, a greater and greater ever-mounting misery. Where there is love, there is revolution, because love is transformation from moment to moment.”
~ Jiddu Krishnamurti (1954). “The First and Last Freedom”
The revolution is now, not tomorrow. If you wait for tomorrow, you'll be too late. Be Here Now. The Revolution of Love is always now or never. That’s why Rumi says “My friend, the sufi is the friend of the present moment. To say tomorrow is not our way.” Don't be like those who come to late to a marriage celebration. Come now. The revolution of Love is now. This revolution is very different from other revolutions. It is a great dance, song and celebration. It is the remembrance of God. It is the awakening of Life within you.

I sometimes think that if love didn’t exist, what would people talk about otherwise? Love is one of the strongest subjective feelings that exists. Everyone’s always known that - it's why in books, in plays and tragedies, you have love as the driving force. You must take an interest in all that appears as the great passions of humanity - which means the big commitments of human subjects which, for whatever reason, go beyond man’s immediate concerns. It’s in these great passions that mankind creates its future, and it’s there that it can get out of its present state and create something new. So, it’s something that deserves to ask that simple question: where are we today with this question of love? Today, it’s necessary to defend love. Love is the most powerful way known to humanity to have an intimate relationship with another. It places you in a state of dependence on another. Which is something that is fundamentally against modern individualism. If the sole motivation for human action is to satisfy one’s wishes and interests, which is after all the dominant idea of the modern world. If that is humanity, then love can indeed be seen as a danger. We should be wary of love, and in particular, what happens on dating sites, where we try to guarantee a romantic encounter in advance by ensuring that anyone you meet is just like you; they have the same tastes, the same wishes and the same determination. I think that goes against the very definition of love. Because it means there’s no element of adventure, no risks are taken - mutual satisfaction has to be guaranteed, like some kind of business contract - and that I think is a serious threat to love. You need to defend love as a real, risky adventure against this individualistic, even egotistical vision. Because the truth is that love can’t be reduced to individualistic egoism. Love is, in a way, a lesson in courage. In arranged marriages there is no risk. The same with dating sites. You try to avoid risk. Avoiding risk by calculating how to maximise a relationship with another. I think that all creation, all truth with any real significance, is always linked to an event. Anything else is just a normal consequence of the everyday world. It’s neither a creation nor an invention, just a continuation. What does it mean to start something? If you want to consider something beginning, you have to consider there is an element of chance. If there isn’t chance involved, then it’s not a start because it’s something that already exists and is pre-determined. So when I focus on risk, I focus on the fact that love, as a creation, as an invention, is closely linked to a meeting. A meeting which is risky. And can be a meeting with people from completely different worlds. It’s precisely because of the role that chance plays that love can have a creative dimension that is really interesting and universal. True love, intense love, makes possible what was previously impossible. The modern individualist world is a world which presents humanity as a collection of single entities. Each is 'one'. In its purest sense love is this passage from one to two in the experience of life itself. Love creates a perspective and an existence in the world which is not from the point of view of 'one' because it is the perspective of 'two'. The passing from one to two is a revolution. A great revolution. It’s as if we are putting things in perspective, as if suddenly the world has an extra dimension. And it’s an absolutely fundamental experience because it shows us, makes us realise, that the truth of the world is in fact sustained by the multitudes, not by the atom that is you personally. Many people give up love. People don’t understand clearly enough that love is a creation. A modern tendency, when there’s an obstacle is to let go and move on to something else. If we settle on the idea that as soon as something is hard we have to give it up, we will settle for an uninteresting life. I don’t deny the existence of love’s sadness. Abandonment or disappointment can be terrible emotions. But if, because of this pain, you renounce love, then you reject the greatest experience of another that you can have in your existence. 'All that is true is rare and difficult' Unfortunately, that is true.

Aristophanes’ Myth of Love
You have held me so tightly,
My body has melted into yours,
Our units combined,Â
The flatfish Zeus destroyed,
Those poor lovers split in two!
How we’ve angered him once more,
As your overgrown heart
Has filled what mine forever lacked;
Purposeful for the day you’d meet me,
Now forever intwinted in our truest form,
Our unknown wound - mended, healing.Â
Ancient suffering, the generational curse,Â
Ending only last fall.Â
The angry God has tried hard,
Though he fails to tear us apart!
Even Zeus stands weak to
The fufillment of our original unity.
Aristophanes’ myth of love,Â
Now incomplete,
As this story is unveiled
Every coming day.
ALM
If people could give constructive criticism on this poem, that would be very much appreciated as I am looking to submit this to get published.Â

The torture ... an abstract way of helping you… written by the well known romanian writter Adrian Gabriel Dumitru
Been to the dentist.
She was torturing me this time.
Usually does not hurt, but this time was hurting a lot. psychological games
But ... all it was for a good reason ... to help me have a good dental health and cure all my teeth.
So ... the torture was for a good purpose.
While staying on the chair, having all those terrible pains ... i was thinking at all the people tortured by the nazism and the communism. psychology of love
I read lots of books about the subject, but i only found our what happened and not why happened.
Why those people from that time had the misfortune to have such a life?!
The first world war ... then the second world war ... then in many parts of the world the communism continued the torture. Â romance books
Did those people deserved to have such a life?!
Why did the Universe allowed as this to happen?!
It makes no sense at all ... but i can’t find any explanation.
Was it a message behind the message?!
What was the spiritual meaning of all of that?!
But ... maybe the torture had a purpose ... to purify them as spirits.
I had been studying the lives of the ones that spent 10 to 20 years in the communist prisons. Â philosophy of love
Should make no sense to write about how terrible it was for them.
Probably a scene of torture in those prisons was like an eternity … and the ones that survived ... keeping their moral high all the time, should be called ... saints.
So ... the meaning of those times could be defined as ... a way in how they purified so, so many souls?!
Should that be the message behind the message?!
Maybe is too much to define the whole picture in such a way ... but the truth is that i would define for example a guy as Nelson Mandela as a saint ... after 27 years of prison. love letters
So ... the torture ... might be an abstract way of purifying the human souls ... but maybe we can find others ways of doing it.
Meanwhile i continue going to my dentist, letting her to torture me from time to time ... cause i just did not found any other ways of curing my teeth.
So ... at least from this point of view ... i accept the torture as a positive thing in my life. love stories

First Love Theory
I will never understand the first love theory or the point of it. I don't see why someone would revolve their whole love life around one specific person who is supposedly their first love.
I don’t understand why people reminisce about someone from their past and miss the deep connection they had, even if it led to heartbreak or toxic love. It seems like our society has forgotten what love should be. I feel like our love life should not revolve around one person, but multiple people. We should be able to like and dislike. Love should be fun, interesting, and free, not tied down or held back by one person from the past. Dwelling on the past makes it less enjoyable and tiring, and brings suffering. I think people who still reminisce about their first love are stuck on it and have a hard time letting go or experiencing new things. It's okay, but I feel they should work on moving forward rather than being fixated on one person for their whole life, even up to their 30s.
And yes, I haven't experienced my “first love” But I have a lot of deep soul-tie connections to many people whether they were Romantic or Platonic, Yes few were toxic, but Some were not, and taught me experiences. I thank them for that. But I do not choose to reminisce on them but to think I’m glad to learn a lesson from them to learn something that I like in my love life or friendships.
My point is that your love life should not be serious but fun, Adventure, and lessons! But saying to go sleep around or play with people's hearts, I’m saying to not let one person you once have a deep connection with drag you down and you reminisce about them for your whole life, That’s just a waste of time. Life is short, Heal, move on, and thank them for the lessons they teach you, and look around and be grateful for the people you surrounded yourself with! If you don't have people to surround yourself with, It means it is time for a new start, and be excited about that not scared!
In my personal opinion, I think your first love should be a person who balances you, Who teaches you multiple things about yourself, your love life, Or life in general! Your first love should be someone peaceful and happy, Not painful or toxic, It should be a person who understands you and your wants and wants the best for you. Not to hurt you, But best intentions for you. I feel like a lot of people misunderstood that. Yes, I know love is not perfect, But it’s healthy for a person who knows love should not be holding you back but teach you lessons and freedom, Overall, If you are dealing with this, do an inner reflection (or get therapy) on your first love and ask questions about what happened between the time of you two, and wonder if it is worth it to waste you're years on one person than to be free. The harsh reality is to take off your tinted rose glasses and realize no one going to humble themselves of your insecurities and lack of self-worth.

GLOW UP GUIDE FOR 2025â €
READ: On average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic — 66 days to be exact. And considering that 2025 is precisely these many days away, why not start with our glow up plan already?
Physical Glow Up-
BODY
— 5-10K steps a day.
— 7-8 hours of sleep.
— workout everyday for 1 hr atleast- yoga/stretching/pilates/cardio. a workout may take one hour, but your mood will be boosted for the next 12 hours.
— posture training.
— sunlight exposure after waking up for at least 10 minutes.
NUTRITION
— 2-3 liters of water every day.
— limit your caffeine intake.
— avoid sugars as much as you can.
— high protein diet, pre and probiotics.
— more fruits and veggies (+ green smoothies if you like).
— no junk/processed food/trans fat.
— no eating after 8 pm.
SKINCARE
— be clear on your skin type (oily, dry, combination, sensitive).
— once you're clear, use these accordingly- cleanser, toner, targeted serum, eye cream, moisturizer, sunscreen (≥50 spf).
— keep your bedding clean as well.
— no picking of skin on your lips, cuticle etc.
— gua sha to help improve blood circulation and lessen toxins.
— cold therapy may take three to five minutes of being uncomfortable, but your energy levels will be boosted for the rest of the day.
— remove makeup before you go to bed.
BODY CARE
— shower every day.
— exfoliate 2x a week.
— use body lotion (shea butter/aloe vera gel/coconut oil).
HAIR CARE
— wash hair 2-3x a week
— oil your scalp 2x a week, at least 3 hours before shampoo.
— hair mask 1x per week.
— never brush wet hair.
— use silk pillow case.
HYGIENE
— brush your teeth 2x a day, clean tongue and the roof of the mouth daily.
— floss daily.
— cut your nails 1x a week, never remove the cuticles.
— glycolic acid under arm for odor and discoloration.
— never use soap on your coochie.
Mental Glow Up-
MINDSET
— set clear goals- define and breakdown your aspirations.
— start your mornings with positive affirmations.
— surround yourself with uplifting content and people.
— be shamelessly selfish to your career and mental health, remove anyone or anything that doesn't align with your priorities and wellbeing.
— boost your brain health by these 4 neuroscience tools:
difficult first: start your day with the most difficult task (cortisol and dopamine are high in the body meaning that your body/mind is primed to work).
rest your eyes: introduce a micro-pause after learning by resting/closing your eyes - will help retain information better.
tomorrow's worries: write tomorrow's to-do list before bed as it is proven to be effective in helping you fall asleep.
find time to play: engage in low-stake play. can be anything you find fun but where the outcome doesn't matter (induces neuroplasticity + reduces stress).
MIND
— meditation might take as low as ten minutes, but your focus will be improved for the rest of the day.
— no social media after waking up and at least an hour before bed.
— keep aside 1 hr of time to read daily! reading a new book may take five hours, but you will keep the knowledge forever.
— journaling, gratitude.
— digital detox once a week or for 12 hours.
— limit unnecessary screentime, unfollow or cut off people you don't want to see.
JOURNALING
— choose a regular time each day to journal, making it a part of your routine.
— find a quiet, comfortable place free from distractions. light a candle if you want.
— allow your thoughts to flow without censoring or editing.
— write about your feelings and emotions to understand them better. write about things you are thankful for to boost your mood. write about your short-term and long-term goals. identify what triggers certain emotions or reactions
— set a timer for 5-10 minutes and write continuously during that time.
— reflect on both positive experiences and challenges.
— make lists, journal your thoughts on these questions.
— journal at night to clear your mind before bedtime, because emotions and thoughts lose their power once we acknowledge them.
— a gratitude practice may take five minutes, but your mindset will be shifted for the rest of the day.
AFFIRMATIONS
— customise affirmations to your needs.
Personal Life-
WEEKLY TASKS
— initiate small changes: begin with small, manageable tasks such as making your bed or cleaning your room every sunday.
— celebrate your success: reward yourself when you achieve your goals or have a consistently productive week. consider treats like buying flowers for yourself or watching your favorite show.
DAILY WORK
— set achievable goals: establish realistic goals for the day, week, or month ahead.
— track your progress.
— organise your work space, declutter your shelves etc.
— embrace the power of lists: keep a list of tasks to be done and their deadlines. this way, you start each day with a clear plan. to make it visually appealing and motivating, consider using productivity apps like evernote, habit tracker, or notion.
PRODUCTIVITY TIPS
— wake up early.
— plan ahead everything, do scheduling. you can use:
google calendar / notion / tasks .
— if the task takes less than 2 minutes to finish, do it immediately.
— countdown rule, if you are procrastinating, count 1-2-3-4-5 and jump.
— start slow, don't rush and try to do everything at one time.
— follow a proper routine, use app locks based on screentime.
— pomodoro technique, 25 min work, and 5 min break.
— schedule longer break times as well e.g 30 min nap.

I find it really wonderful and comforting that Mob Psycho 100 is so inherently optimistic, even though its main message, “you are not special” sounds so mean at face-value. Being special means that something matters more than something else of the same category. Being special at baking? Great! Being special at math? Super! Being special at bodybuilding? Neat! Having so many people have such unique special abilities is what makes the world work. But having a special ability doesn’t mean that someone who doesn't match your special ability matters less than you. You can't be special for simply existing, because that would mean someone else isn't. You aren't special because you inherently matter.
#i had to type this out because i spoke to someone recently who was so proud of themself for being a cynicist#i just cant agree with the philosophy that nothing matters because i do and you do and i love people too much for it to mean nothing#mp100#mob psycho 100#philosophy#thoughts#fandom
