[National Geographic US] Jessica Minh Anh to appear on a new Travel Show in Summer 2023

National Geographic US will air a new travel show in 173 countries and on Disney+ this summer, starring Jessica Minh Anh in the Vietnam episode. The supermodel and renowned fashion show producer joins the host exploring Vietnam in Sapa, Ha Long Bay, and Hanoi throughout the episode.

Jessica Minh Anh has always been proud of her country as she stated in one interview: “I am proud to be Vietnamese and raised by my Vietnamese parents”.

Jessica Minh Anh has a unique portfolio that has attracted the global media across the 5 continents over the past decade, and influenced environmental conscious GenZ worldwide. In 2022, she produced the world’s first sustainable ocean catwalk in Italy with Costa Cruises, and Hudson River Park’s Fashion x Sustainability phenomenon in New York.

A pioneer in promoting sustainability and renewable energy in an attractive way, Jessica appeared alongside the Mayor of Paris, the Canadian Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, and a Japanese astronaut among other international influential figures at the Paris Agreement celebration campaign.

We look forward to watching the show on National Geographic channel and Disney+ in the summer 2023!

I think the coolest bird is Vogelkop unless they made an official name for this bird of paradise. Because this bird is very pretty when trying to dance for a potential mate and the videos are kind of both wild and funny to watch. Now I don't know if the National Geographic or Discovery Channel has covered this bird yet on TV because we don't have cable anymore but I loved watching National Geographic and Discovery Channel growing up.

The show I remember watching in full on one of those channels was "Meerkat Manner" and I think to this day my parents think it's kind of funny that I would get excited to watch that every night around 8 or 9 at night. The same can be said for Bear Grills too because his adventures were fun to watch and sometimes or most of the times were a learning experience in case you were in the wild so I love that.

This expands Mendoza’s purview to oversee both linear and nonlinear platforms, and aligns linear and nonlinear planning and strategy teams into one team. She will also work closely with the DTC Programming teams on migrating content from branded networks to Disney+ and Hulu.
