much love to every bald & balding trans woman. women can and do go bald, having thinning or no head hair does not negate your womanhood. my sister, a cis woman, who deals with hormonal imbalance, started balding when she was in her 20s. she may have the same intersex conditions i do, i'm not sure, but she's been balding for as long as i can remember, and it hasn't made her any less of a woman. she has never seen herself as less of a woman because of her thinning hair, and you don't have to, either.

regardless of whether a woman is cis, trans, perisex, intersex or something else altogether, the status of the hair on your head does not negate your womanhood, no matter what someone tells you. bald and balding women aren't unattractive, either. there is potential for beauty in every human form. your worth as a woman should never be reduced because of your appearance. it's totally okay to feel dysphoric due to balding, but i just needed you to know that it does not make you any less of a woman if your hair is thinning, or absent. take care of yourselves
