As a fandom we should accept that Luxray is Kakashi’s pokemon, not Minato’s
Minato’s pokemon are Ninjask (fastest non legendary) and an aerodactyl that he got from a fossle he dug up in mount moon
#pokemon au#Minato legit sat there looking at pokemon stats#and then went to find himself a ninjast#and he took that soeedy lil shit#and trained it to be FASTER#like hitting that pokemon is near impossible#when it comes to gym battles the only person he used it against was Kakashi#and Kakashi lsot that first battle without landing a hit on ninjask#he had to do a LOT of training to find a combat to the speedy shit
