Last post is so funny cause half of the people rb'ing are like #omg yeah it's 2 am already ☠️ and the other half are like #yeah it's 7 am I haven't slept in 36 hours I think another coffee cup might fix me tho
#Not a competition because sleep deprivation sucks regardless but definitely funny contrasts#If you're curious about where I fit in I have chronic and severe insomnia#I didn't sleep today at all nor on Monday#And most other days I go to sleep past 3 AM and have to wake up at 7:30 except on weekends when I wake up at midday#I have severe difficulty staying asleep it's part of my diagnosis. I wake up every 2 to 3 hours. I don't have sleep apnea.#Melatonin has 0 effect on me to the point I tried taking 3 times my prescribed amount one night and still felt nothing#Anxiety meds don't do anything#Currently looking for a compatible sedative except it's been pretty difficult because most have really shitty side effects#I'm going to be talking to a neurologist who specializes in sleep disorders this month 👍
