#MASS FASTLANE FULL#
Īfter almost 50 miles of relative ruralness, I-90 has an interchange that leads to the separate routes of I-91 and US 5 at exit 45 in West Springfield it passes over the Connecticut River before reaching Route 33 at exit 49 and I-291 at exit 51, both in Chicopee. Beyond the peak elevation and between the exits, an eastbound runaway truck ramp exists in Russell. The highest elevation on the turnpike exists in The Berkshires, reaching 1,724 feet (525 m) above sea level in Becket this point is also the highest elevation on I-90 east of South Dakota. The 30-mile (48 km) gap between exit 10 to US 20 in Lee and exit 41 to US 202 and Route 10 in Westfield (the first in Hampden County) is the longest gap between exits on the turnpike, and the fifth-longest gap between exits in the entire Interstate Highway System. The turnpike crosses the Williams River later in West Stockbridge, and passes over the Housatonic River in Lee. An exception was the mainline West Stockbridge toll plaza, designed for toll collection from inbound traffic from New York it existed shortly after exit 3, an eastbound-only entrance and westbound-only exit in Massachusetts. Most toll plazas were located on the entrance/exit ramps before entering the turnpike itself. In the west, the turnpike begins in Berkshire County at the Massachusetts state line in West Stockbridge, where I-90 (routed through the Berkshire Connector portion of the New York State Thruway) enters from Canaan, New York. The "Weston tolls" that separated the Western Turnpike from the Boston Extension, October 2006
#MASS FASTLANE FULL#
The turnpike is the longest Interstate Highway in Massachusetts, while I-90 in full (which begins nationally in Seattle, Washington) is the longest Interstate Highway in the United States. 75-mile (1.21 km) underwater section of the Ted Williams Tunnel, which carries the turnpike under Boston Harbor to its eastern terminus at Route 1A by Logan International Airport, is reduced to four lanes. It is a four-lane highway from the New York state border through its interchange with I-84 at exit 78 in Sturbridge it expands to six lanes beyond this interchange, and briefly travels with eight lanes from exit 127 in Newton through exit 133 by the Prudential Center in Boston. The Massachusetts Turnpike is informally divided into two sections by MassDOT: the original 123-mile (198 km) "Western Turnpike" extending from the New York state border through the interchange with I-95 and Route 128 at exit 123 in Weston, and the 15-mile (24 km) "Boston Extension" that continues beyond exit 123 through Boston. The original toll booths were demolished and replaced by toll gantries with the transition to open road tolling in 2016, which replaced cash payment with "pay-by-plate" billing. The Fast Lane electronic toll collection system was introduced alongside cash payment in 1998 it was later folded into the E-ZPass branding in 2012. The implementation and removal of tolls in some stretches of the turnpike have been controversial travel between most, but not all, exits requires payment. The turnpike was maintained by the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority until the department was replaced by the Highway Division of MassDOT in 2009. There are two auxiliary Interstate Highways in Massachusetts for I-90, those being I-190 and I-290. The eastern terminus of the turnpike was originally at I-95 in Weston, it has been extended several times: to Allston in 1964, to the Central Artery (designated as I-93, US 1, and Route 3) in Downtown Boston in 1965, and to East Boston as a route to Logan International Airport in 2003 as part of the " Big Dig" megaproject. The turnpike intersects with several Interstate Highways as it traverses the state, including I-91 in West Springfield I-291 in Chicopee I-84 in Sturbridge the junction of I-290 and I-395 in Auburn and I-495 in Hopkinton. The original western terminus of the turnpike was located at Route 102 in West Stockbridge before I-90 had been completed in New York state. The turnpike opened in 1957, and it was designated as part of the Interstate Highway System in 1959. The turnpike is the longest Interstate Highway in Massachusetts, while I-90 in full (which begins in Seattle, Washington) is the longest Interstate Highway in the United States. Spanning 138 miles (222 km) along an east–west axis, the turnpike constitutes the Massachusetts section of Interstate 90 ( I-90). The turnpike begins at the New York state line in West Stockbridge, linking with the Berkshire Connector portion of the New York State Thruway. state of Massachusetts that is maintained by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT). The Massachusetts Turnpike (colloquially " Mass Pike" or " the Pike" ) is a toll highway in the U.S. Route 1A/ Logan International Airport in Bostonīerkshire, Hampden, Worcester, Middlesex, Suffolk, Norfolk

EKG Review Lecture by Dr. Ofek Hai. He was nice and he went to my school! I missed the second part of this lecture and asked the other cardiology resident to e-mail it to me and he never did. Lol. I didn't think he would. But he was nice too.
Sources he recommended:
The Complete Guide to ECGs by O’Keefe ECG Wave-Maven by Harvard Life in the Fastlane - 100 ECGs to know
10 mm on y axis and 25 mm/s on the x axis is standard Small box is 0.04 seconds and one box is 0.2 seconds. From a T wave to a P wave is isoelectric line. HR is 300 divided by number of big boxes between 2 R waves. Or 1500 divided by number of small boxes between 2 R waves. Inferior leads have upright P waves. PR interval is 120 milliseconds.
WPW syndrome = short PR (less than 120 milliseconds), delta wave and wide QRS. P immediately followed by R is Lown-Ganong-Levine syndrome. Pericarditis = PR segment is deviated. QRS should be less than 100 milliseconds. If it’s more than that, it can be a bundle branch block. QT interval is 0.32 seconds, it’s beginning of QRS to end of T. If QT is prolonged, correct HR. QT interval is wrong in the computer because the T wave can be broad. You have to manually measure it. Correct QT interval for HR. QT shouldn’t be more than half the RR interval. If it’s longer than that, it can lead to torsades. Credible meds website tells you which meds prolong the QT interval. Treat with IV magnesium/shock. Leads V1 and V2 R wave progression = from V1 to V6, the R and S wave ratio should increase (ends with R wave being greater than S wave). The LV has more muscle mass than the RV, which accounts for that progression. V5 and V6 overlie the LV. Precordial transition zone is where R and S are equal, usually around V2 - V4. R/S greater than 1 means you’re looking at LV. R/S ratio less than 1 means you’re looking at the RV.
The Sokolow index = R wave in V5 or V6 + S wave in V1 or V2. If it’s more than 35 mm, LVH is likely. EKG isn’t good for diagnosing LVH. RVH = R wave in V1 is greater than 5 mm (tall R wave in V1 is abnormal). R/S ratio in V1 is greater than 1. S wave in V5 is more than 5 mm. Right axis deviation.
Ddx for tall R waves in V1: Posterior MI RVH Type A WPW syndrome Right Bundle Branch Block DMD (Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy)
Secondary Repolarization abnormalities of ventricular hypertrophy: Strain pattern = down-sloping ST segment, inverted T waves. Most common in leads with large R waves. Asymmetric T waves more common. You can see LVH with strain. Aortic stenosis pts get LVH with strain.
T waves can be normally inverted in V1 and aVR.
RA hypertrophy: P wave more than 2.5 mm in inferior leads (leads II, III, aVF) Possible RAD of P waves
LA hypertrophy: Look at leads II and V1. Biphasic P wave with deep deflection. One box down and 1 across. P mitrale looks like “M.”
ST abnormalities: Ventricular hypertrophy = asymmetric ST depression Scoop = digoxin toxicity Up sloping = coronary insufficiency
U wave = a wave after the T wave. If prominent, it can be pathology (hyperkalemia, hypothermia, ventricular hypertrophy, amiodarone). More than 5 mm is abnormal.
Hypokalemia and hypocalcemia prolong QT. Hypokalemia = broad T wave, normal ST segment. Hypocalcemia = prolonged ST segment with normal T wave. Hyperkalemia = shortened QT
Q waves can be normal or pathological. If depth is more than 1/4 size of R wave in same lead, it’s pathological.

Rochester, New York, is a notorious model of terrible urban planning and idiotic corporate sponsorship. On the underdeveloped side of the Genesee River, next to the bus station, sits the “National Museum of Play,” an odd institution founded by Margaret Woodbury Strong — a Rochester native who inherited millions of dollars and used it to collect thousands of dolls.
The museum has rotating exhibits, but its centerpiece is an elaborate model of a Wegmans grocery store, sponsored by Wegmans, which is owned by the Wegmans family, which is the area’s sole billion-dollar dynasty.
In the mini Wegmans “Super Kids Market,” children select groceries (plastic produce, but real cereal boxes and genuine Chef Boyardee cans) from real grocery shelves, put them in real (miniaturized) Wegmans shopping carts, ring them up on functioning cash registers with real grocery scanners, and print themselves real receipts with a real Wegmans logo at the top.
It’s so fun. Pretend to work in a grocery store? Pretend to have money? Pretend you alone are in charge of what you eat and all you are going to eat forever is Cinnamon Toast Crunch and alphabet soup? Amazing.
But (for me, at least) that was the late ’90s. Far from novelty or spon-con child’s game, self-checkouts pop up everywhere now: at the new Target in Barclays Center where I buy my useless seasonal objects and knockoff Urban Outfitters clothes; at the CVS where I buy my disgusting seasonal candy; at the Panera Bread where I buy a seasonal autumn squash soup and half a grilled cheese. I’ve heard they are in grocery stores throughout the city, but I refuse to look.
I saw a self-checkout in the Urban Outfitters in Herald Square and almost called the ACLU: Some lucky employee sits on a stool near the self-checkout stations and does nothing but remove ink tags from things before you buy them? Sure. What is a person if not just a slightly more dexterous arm than the ones that robots so far have?
Blessedly, I am not alone in fearing self-checkout. John Karolefski, a self-proclaimed undercover grocery shopping analyst who runs the blog Grocery Stories and contributes to the site Progressive Grocer, tells me, “I’m in a lot of supermarkets around the country. I watch people. I can tell you that I’ve been in stores where the lines that have cashiers are very, very long, and people are a little upset, and there are three or four self-checkout units open and nobody is using them.
“Wouldn’t the shopper be better served, customer service improved, if those weren’t there?” he asks. I’m not arguing. “Why do I want to scan my own groceries?” he asks. I have no idea! “Why do I want to bag my own groceries?” he asks. An equally reasonable question with no reasonable answer. The simple solution, he points out, would be to hire enough cashiers to serve the number of customers that typically shop at the store. I agree, and this seems very obvious.
Tumblr media
But before we get ahead of ourselves, let’s go back. To 1917, when Clarence Saunders opened the first grocery store — a Piggly Wiggly in Memphis, Tennessee — where customers were permitted to remove items from shelves and put them into a hand basket without the assistance of a clerk. He successfully patented this idea, called the “Self-Serving Store,” which is ridiculous. It took 60 years for the idea to move forward in a meaningful way, which it did when Florida business executive David R. Humble created (and patented) a self-service register and founded a company called CheckRobot in 1984.
Because it was a bad idea, it did not do very well. CheckRobot hemorrhaged money, then merged with a similarly flailing Jacksonville, Florida, software company in 1991. Kmart was the first big-box American retailer to add the company’s self-checkouts to its stores in 2001, and in 2003, it took them out.
A few more rounds of acquisitions and asset relocations brought Humble’s original idea into IBM’s hands in 2003, where it still didn’t find mass adoption. IBM is not even currently the major player in the self-checkout game — that designation goes to Atlanta-based National Cash Register Corporation, which survived a few juicy bribery scandals and one brush with violating US sanctions in Syria, and today boasts that it produces nine out of every 10 self-checkouts in the UK. (Its FastLane system is probably most familiar to Americans as the go-to at Walmart and Home Depot.)
Fujitsu, a Japanese tech company acquired by Montreal-based Optimal Robotics in 2004, supplies the systems you’ll see in major grocery store chains like Kroger (the largest grocer in the US), Harris Teeter (a popular Kroger sub-brand in the South), and, before its demise in 2015, the major Northeastern chain Pathmark (formerly an off-shoot of ShopRite, owned by A&P).
Each time a projection for future adoption rates of self-checkouts is made, it is wrong. In 2006, the same year Target was telling press that it had no plans to experiment with self-checkouts, IHL Consulting Group predicted there would be 200,000 self-checkout lanes in operation by 2007. There were only 191,000 by 2013. Experts then predicted that number would rise to 325,000 by 2019, but by 2016 there were only 240,000 and numbers were revised again. Most recently, the BBC has predicted there will be 468,000 by 2021. We’ll see, but there are still less than 300,000 worldwide right now, and seemingly everyone hates them.

Monday Night Raw 2/25/19 Review
This was a weird night. It was filled with the highest of highes when we found out that Roman was coming back, but also pretty bad lows. Boring matches, weird booking, and things are still feeling like the Becky vs. Ronda vs. Charlotte match is the only one that matters for Wrestlemania. But we are starting to build up other stories, the card is getting into shape, and fastlane doesn’t look too bad either.
So, the review this week is gonna start about twenty minutes in, given that Roman’s segment really transcends wrestling. So, after that amazing news, there was an aura of positivity in the air, and we started out with Ricochet and Aleister Black vs. The Revival. The Revival jumped the faces before the match, but Black and Ricochet were able to gain control. As the match just started to heat up, in very short work, Ricochet hit a backflip to the outside to Wilder, and Black in the Black mass on Dawson for the win.
Grade: D-. This match was not long enough to get going. Plus this is the second time that the Raw Tag Team Champions lost a non title match, this time to people who weren’t even a tag team. Just bad booking, and the match was just not long enough to mean anything. Just putting the belts on the Revival is not enough to keep them in the company, WWE. You need to book them well too.
Backstage, Charly talked to Baron Corbin about some very offensive things he said about Roman, like that people need to move on, and that he hoped Roman would never come back. Corbin said that he was under a lot of stress at the time, and no one could understand what he was going through. Charly countered by asking if Corbin’s struggle was harder than Roman’s, and Corbin just said that Roman should hope that the two don’t run into each other. Weird way to get heat on Corbin, but its one way to start a feud.
Elias came out to sing, but was immediately interrupted by Lacy Evans doing a catwalk. She was in and out. But then Dean Ambrose came out and challenged Drew McIntyre to a no DQ match. Elias just played his guitar to get people’s attention, and the two bickered. Elias made fun of the Atlanta football team, cheap heat. Ambrose then asked him to play Dirty Deeds, to which Elias responded by swinging the guitar at him. Dean ducked it and hit Dirty Deeds. As Ambrose walked away, the Riott Squad came out for their match.
Grade: F. Yes, it was kinda funny to hear Dean being his old wacky self again, but this served no real purpose. I don’t know why they are now burying Elias. The Interruptions are supposed to be funny, but its just stupid.
Next, we had Ronda Rousey and Natalya vs. Ruby Riott and Sarah Logan, with Liv Morgan at ringside. The heels were very much in control, which was only made harder with Morgan around. So, the faces took her out with an elevated elbow smash, almost a Hart Attack. As the match came to an end, Ronda hit Logan with her samoan drop finisher, only for Becky Lynch to show up. Natalya tried to keep the piece, but ate a punch to the face for it, causing the DQ.
Grade: D-. Another match that really didn’t mean anything, and ended in a DQ. Luckily, it was quickly overshadowed by the next segment.
As Lynch attack Ronda at ringside, there was a huge pull apart, with various security guards holding them both off. Lynch was even put in handcuffs and led backstage. Funny enough, Becky was telling security to be careful with her hands, because she needs them to hold up the women’s championship. After the commercial, Rousey got into the ring and called out Vince McMahon, but Steph came out instead. Rousey told her to reinstate Lynch, because the attacks need to stop. Steph said, “Becky Lynch did this to Becky Lynch.” Rousey even played to Steph’s ego, saying that it will put her down in history as a great authority figure if she books the historic woman’s triple threat. When she still refused, Rousey got right in her face, and demanded the match. Steph said that the were both bad people, and Ronda responded with an epic promo about how the belt is worth nothing if it isn’t defended against the best of the best. She then left the belt in the middle of the ring and walked backstage.
Grade: A. The angle was phenomenal. They are drawing comparisons to Steve Austin with the arrest, and Bret Hart with the “Becky Lynch screwed Becky Lynch.” She is the ultimate anti hero right now. And then Ronda is playing an awesome champion in distress. Ronda refused to be viewed as anything less that the best, and said that a belt that isn’t defended against those that deserve it is worthless. The Raw Women’s Championship is the most important belt in the company right now, and it is all because of this feud, and how much Ronda cares about it. Even the authority figures are doing well, talking about how they are only trying to do what is right for the company and for their employees. It was Ronda’s best promo, and it was awesome. Best segment of the night.
Jinder Mahal came out with the Singh Brothers in tow, and he was mad that he wasn’t invited to Ric Flair’s birthday party, I think. I don’t really know, I saw Jinder and lost all interest. Kurt Angle came out to have a match with him, Mahal quickly took the lead. Kurt was able to fight back with some suplexes, and tapped him out to the Ankle Lock.
Grade: C-. Fine match, but no story. Another one that didn’t matter. I guess it was good to see Jinder, even though I accidentally paid less attention to the segment after he showed up.
Next, we had a Moment of Bliss with Alexa Bliss. She talked about how she would be a reliable replacement for either Lynch or Rousey. It was funny that she is trying to manipulate her way into Wrestlemania. She then welcomed Finn Balor out, congratulates him on winning his title, and started to flirt with him. She asked to see his abs, and then she would show her..... cut off by Lio Rush (much to Corey’s anger). Rush then demanded a rematch for Lashley. Balor took it as a challenge from Rush, and accepted it, despite Rush not really wanting the match. Rush didn’t want to take it, but Bliss goaded him into it. The match happened next, and we jumped right into it. Not gonna grade it, because it was basically a backstage segment that went kinda long.
Finn Balor vs. Lio Rush for the Intercontinental Championship. Lots of high flying offense between the two, with Lio Rush hitting a moonsault and a pair of suicide dives. Finn was able to counter the big splash with his knees. However, this hurt his knee, and created a target for Rush. It was weird to see a match where Balor had the strength advantage, but that is how the match progressed, with Rush even working the knee. After a series of strikes, Finn hit a sort of underhand brainbuster and then the Coup de Gras for the win.
Grade C+. It was a good match, although not spectacular. It was a pretty fresh matchup to see a genuine one on one match between the two. They clearly weren’t going all out, but they were entertaining enough. Balor defending his belt is not a bad thing at all.
Backstage, we had Tucker of Heavy Machinery being confronted by the Ascension. They made fun of Otis, and when Otis eventually showed up, he attacked them. Otis is very funny to watch, with his loud voice and weird mannerisms. Could be a good comedy tag team. Also backstage, Bobby Lashley insulted Rush for taking a match for himself, rather than getting Bobby a rematch.
Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush then went out to the ring for a match against Braun Strowman. Lashley attacked before the bell, but he was still able to take control. The match didn’t end up starting, they just brawled a bit and then Braun beat them up a bit.
Grade: D. It was fine, I was just hoping for an actual match. Fun beatdown
Backstage, Seth Rollins talked about his destiny to win the Universal championship, and how happy he is that Roman is healthy again. He left Charly to go drink with Roman as Ric Flair arrived for his birthday celebration.
Next, the no Disqualification match between Dean Ambrose and Drew McIntyre. The match revolved around a leather belt, used by both of the competitors, but mostly on Ambrose. It looked really painful. Dean was able to hit a elbow drop to the outside from the corner post, looked quite cool. Ambrose also hit a drop toe hold as McIntyre came at him with the steel steps, driving his face into the steps. As Ambrose was about to win, Elias assaulted him with his guitar, and McIntyre hit the claymore for the win. After the match, Corbin and Lashley came out to attack Ambrose, and the four heels beat him down. Seth Rollins came to his aid, alongside Roman Reigns in his return. Roman hit superman punches on just about all of them, Rollins smacked Elias with his chair, and hit the Curb Stomp. Reigns hit the Spear on McIntyre, and they both walked out. They had left Ambrose in the ring, but turned to face him at the top of the ramp
Grade: B. The match was nothing too special, but the unnofficial shield reunion was quite fun, and even suggested a redemption for Ambrose. Roman looks as good as ever, and seeing him kick ass again was awesome. Good old fashion beatdown from the faces. Hopefully Dean will rejoin them by the time Wrestlemania rolls around, because I have fallen in love with the idea that Brock is beaten by a triple powerbomb.
Bayley vs Nia Jax was next, with their partners at ringside. The match showed how strong Bayley is, while still treating her as the underdog. Jax tossed Bayley around like a ragdoll, while Bayley tried to be crafty and speedy to get around the strength of her opponent. At one point, Nia held Bayley in the tree of Woe, and hit a rough hip attack. Banks tried to cheer Bayley on, and Nia grabbed Banks’ hair. Bayley then hit a running high knee, and the macho man elbow for the win.
Grade: C+. Decent action building towards their title match at Fastlane. It may not be the most exciting match it the world, but I’m into the build. Tamina and Nia are monsters right now, and are being treated as such.
And now the main event. where we celebrate Ric Flair’s 70th Birthday. Triple H and Steph introduce the honored guests: Shawn Michaels, Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat, Kurt Angle, and even Sting. They showed a nice video package of Ric Flair and his career. They even made a custom gold belt for Flair. When Flair didn’t come out when he was announced, a camera man showed Batista running into Flair’s dressing room, and attacking him. He then looked down the camera after dragging Flair’s unconscious body out of the room, and called out Triple H.
Grade: B+. Honestly, i am embarrassed to admit that I completely forgot about the Evolution Reunion at Smackdown 1000, and the very brief interaction between Batista and Triple H. But, I did, and I was kinda shocked when Batista turned up. The whole 70th birthday party was always a weird concept so I liked the take on this. So, this is a clear set up for a Wrestlemania match between Triple H and Batista. Its a match that could be fun to see, and a story I can get behind.
Overall Grade: D+
Pros: Awesome Rousey Promo; Roman Reigns returns; Flair Attack
Cons: Revival loss; weird Elias promo; Alexa being weirdly sexual again; Strowman non-match;
Commentary Quote of the Night: Corey Graves “If the afterparty is good enough, maybe the Singh Brothers and I will end up in the cell next to Becky Lynch”

is it true that the new nautica toy is only gonna be available in a set of four tfs? :(
Sadly so! She’ll be coming in the “Chaos on Velocitron” set with Leader-class Quickswitch (a retool of Sixshot), Voyager-class Optimus Prime (a G2 Laser Rod-themed redeco of the mass-market Optimus figure), Legends-class Fastlane (a new mold), and a Titan Master of Rodimus Prime.

Former METAL CHURCH Singer RONNY MUNROE's DEEP PURPLE/RAINBOW Tribute Band Signs With RFL RECORDS
RARE BLACK METAL COLLECTIBLES
PERFECT STRANGERS, the DEEP PURPLE and RAINBOW tribute band featuring former METAL CHURCH and TRANS-SIBERIAN ORCHESTRA vocalist Ronny Munroe, has inked a deal with the newly launched RFL Records. Based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and founded by Jon Marchewka, RFL was established in July 2016, and created under a parent company, Rock In The Fastlane. The label's other first signings include SILK9, BLACK KNOTS and HYDROGYN. "We saw so many artists that have greatness in them that were not being heard, so we decided to use our platform to get them heard," explains Marchewka. "I am extremely passionate about music and saw a huge need for the 'people' aspect to be brought into the business. RFL Records and our artists are not two separate entities, but a family of artist and label. "I never promise any artist mega success or unrealistic stardom," he continues. "I don't believe in false promises — I believe that if an artist can just be an artist, write great music and work hard, then a record label can power that music to the ears of the listeners with that same effort. It's easy for me because I am first and foremost a fan. RFL is my legacy, and our bands are my passion." And so far, RFL Records' signees have massive praise for Marchewka and his label. "RFL comes from the heart," says HYDROGYN's Jeff Westlake. "The label and Jon's goal is to bring back the passion for great music inside his chosen genre. It's about developing and growing artists for the masses, and Jon is driven to do just that, which is why I support and back him in his goals." SILK9's Anthony Leone voices similar praise: "When I decided to shop labels and met with Jon Marchewka at RFL Records, it didn't take me long to realize that this was where I needed to be. I wanted the professionalism and support of someone that wanted us to succeed. When Jon tells you he is going to get something done, he keeps his word. Even though the days of handshakes are over, I fully trust Jon with all the decisions that make SiLK9 the best it can be." Duke Jackson of PERFECT STRANGERS adds: "It was a no-brainer when researching record labels for our new tribute project — Jon Marchewka and RFL Records was the only choice for us! RFL Records is an artist-friendly record company and works closely with all of the artists to ensure great quality product!" And Munroe is proud to be a part of the label. "I met Jon from RFL Records through Duke Jackson, and after talking with Jon, I found him to be a breath of fresh air in this crazy business of music," he says. "He is upfront and honest, and definitely cares about the artists on his roster. I have a good feeling about our endeavor together and what he is going to do for and with PERFECT STRANGERS. All of us in the band are very excited for the future with Jon and RFL Records." RFL Records is also looking for strong hard rock and metal acts to build the lineup. If you believe that your band's got what it takes, send a link to your music, social media sites, band pages and any information that tells the label about your band directly to Marchewka via [email protected]. "Our goal is to give our artists the opportunity to be a part of something and to get their music heard," says Marchewka. "RFL is a family built on a passion for hard rock/metal music and backed by a production staff, with a Billboard-charting producer and musician, plus years of promotional experience on the local and national level." MJ Demarco: Unscripted Top 5Animated Book SummaryMJ Demarco the author of ‘the millionaire fastlane’ has got a new book called ‘unscripted’, and these are my top takeaways, so let’s fucking get into it.The Script:The script is the modern day Matrix. It is a system that has been formed to keep you in the position that you are in, it’s modern day slavery. In the 1999 movie ‘The Matrix’ Neo realises that many of the inhabitants of the earth have been living in a ‘dream world’, a virtual reality that has been fed to humans by a parasitic machine race. The virtual reality distracting them from the discomforting truth. Our script is the socially conditioned narrative that we have been indoctrinated into since childhood. It consists of fallacies such as:• To succeed in life you need to go to school, get good grades and receive your college degree.• People that create wealth for themselves are in the position that they are in because of luck• Rich people are usually shady• Retirement happens at age 65 after working hard for a good company• Compound interest is the key to riches• You should do what you love• Starting a business is risky and you should put your money in a 401k or bank to be safeThese fallacies are preached by seeders, all in an effort to create you into an M.O.D.E.L Citizen Mediocre, Obedient, Dependent, Entertained and LifelessDo What You Love MythIn the pursuit of financial independence we are often bombarded with the advice of ‘Do what you love’, the basic premise being that if you do what you love, you will never work a day in your life. The problem with this notion is that doing what you love pays no attention to what the market needs, it instead focuses on your own selfish desires. Just because you love going to the gym doesn’t mean being a personal trainer or starting the thousandth YouTube fitness channel is going to make you rich. Just because you love playing Call of Duty, doesn’t mean that you should make the millionth YouTube Gamer Vlog channel. The market does not revolve around what you love, the market is selfish and only cares about what it NEEDS. A similar concept was talked about in the E-Myth Revisited. Just because you know how to do something, doesn’t mean you should revolve your business around that thing. The skills needed to make your famous apple pie recipes and the skills needed to run an apple pie business are two completely different things.Do what you love is a myth that is propagated by many of the Gurus. Understand that there is a difference between ‘do what you love’ and putting love into your work. You don’t have to enjoy cleaning up your backyard, but you can put love into the work making sure the job is done with integrity. A good entrepreneur always puts love into their work, they don't necessarily limit themselves to doing only things that they love. The Gurus and the compound interest mythHow many gurus have you heard giving the same old advice about the power of compound interest, the power of the stock market, and the importance of cutting coupons? This advice is repeated over and over ad nauseam in just about every finance book. These gurus offer you advice about investing in mutual funds, and other investment as a way to get rich fast! Promising incredible returns! One problem tho… These gurus do not follow their own advice. The truth of the matter is that these investment vehicles do not usually create explosive growth unless you are dealing with large volumes, compound interest works well when you already have a large principle to work with not pennies. These gurus make their money from the books they sell, and the expensive seminars /retreats they run. They are not making their fortune from the stock market; they are making their fortunes charging clients thousands of dollars to learn about the stock market. The market can’t be predicted, but the gurus would have you believe that you can beat it! The secret can be yours once you sign up to their email list, and buy their new DVD course. They won’t tell you about inflation rates, or the threat of financial recessions, no way! That shit will scare you away, instead, they tell you the same story about how if you bought stock in Coke back in the early 1900s you would be able to enjoy your millions right now! Yes at age 100 and something, you can finally ball like Dan Bilzerian.Value CheatsThere is a new breed of entrepreneurs that have plagued the market. This new breed is in it only to make a quick buck by any means necessary. These fakepreneurs are the ones that try and cheat value. Entrepreneurship is fundamentally based on providing value and solving problems. These entrepreneurs will try provide the least amount of value while trying to receive the most amount of money possible. These are the guys that run affiliate links to dodgy products all through their blog pages. The same guys spam the Kindle store with crappy copy paste ebooks that try upsell you on their VIP course.Value cheats often follow trends, as soon as the trend dies they die and have to find a new way to earn money. These value cheats jump from, blogging to kindle, shopify, drop shipping, and to whatever new trend is popping. Ultimately value cheats don’t stay in business for too long, you can only cheat value for too long before having to face to consequences.Entrepreneurs offer real value in exchange for monitory gains. They offer value by solving problems. Problems are often solved in one of two ways; innovation of a new product or system or improvements on an existing product or system.Uber was incredibly successful because it made improvements on a problem that existed (the taxi industry). For years people complained about how cabs were often unreliable and too expensive, but no one did anything about it. Uber is disrupting the industry because of the improvements it made on customer experience. They are the typical example of a successful entrepreneurship venture.Innovation is creating something entirely new often marketing it in a blue ocean in which you can create a monopoly (check out 'blue ocean strategy' for more on this). A good example of entrepreneurship innovation is the streaming services that are now gaining huge popularity such as, Spotify and Apple Music. It is far easier to improve an existing problem over creating something entirely new. Do not value cheat if you want to be successful. The Process Vs The EventEntrepreneurship largely consists of many processes that go unheard by the masses. The Script would have us believe that things happen due to sudden events;• The actor gets the blockbuster role• Some college kids invent the biggest social media site• The YouTuber becomes a millionaireWhat the script does not highlight is the process that underlies these events. The actors 100s of auditions and embarrassing rejections are ignored. The college kids ten thousand hours of programming and many failed attempts are ignored. The YouTubers hundreds of failed videos and sleepless nights editing are ignored.Entrepreneurship is a game of process; it is not a glamorous event as depicted by the SCRIPT. It is instead a life in the trenches. Entrepreneurship is not easy, you must be willing to constantly work on your vision, all while embracing the fact that you might not get rewarded instantly. There is no instant gratification in entrepreneurship, it is a long game. Most people won’t be successful entrepreneurs because it requires you to go against your human nature. It required you to be formless like water as Bruce Lee said. There are no clear cut blueprints. There are no simple steps to follow, only actions and feedback. Human nature is lazy, which is a quality that entrepreneurs can not ever embrace. This shit isn’t for everybody. Ok guys those are my top five takes from the book! I suggest you guys go and buy it.There is a lot more content in the actual book that has been emitted in this summary. Otherwise, I would go on for days.

Fastlane 2019 Review
As far as WWE pay per views go, this was a pretty good show. The undercard was weak, but the wrestling only got better as the night went on. It was an enjoyable, but ultimately uneventful, with about two exceptions.
I actually watch the pre-shows for WWE, given they have matches and such, so I’ll throw in some highlights from the actual talk show portion. The IIconics showed up and were bulling the desk guys, that was funny. Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville talked to EC3, who finally spoke his first words. All he did was hit on the both of them, and they rejected him. It was even written into the script that they make fun of all the false build up to an anticlimax. Christian popped by and talked to AJ Styles about how manipulative Randy Orton is, which I like because of the awesome feud the two had in 2011. Fun times, but it’s never worth watching.
The match of the pre-show was Big E and Xavier Woods vs. Rusev and Shinsuke Nakamura. Rusev hit an impressive wheelbarrow suplex on Woods for a near fall. Rusev hit a Matchka kick to Big E, but Woods broke it up. The was a very interesting submission sequence with Woods in the Acolade, but Nakamura pulled the bottom rope away from him to prevent the rope break. Big E then threw him into the barricade to take Nakamura out of the match. The New Day then hit the Midnight Hour for the win.
Grade: D-. I just didn’t care, and there were a bunch of botches. Generally boring, it didn’t need to happen. At least the right people won, but now Rusev and Nakamura lost the little momentum that they had. Luckily no one really watches the pre-show.
Opening the main card was The Miz and Shane McMahon vs. The Usos for the Smackdown Tag Team Championships. Miz and McMahon started to incorporate actual tag team moves, although they were not particularly impressive. During the match, Shane was hurt on the ground as Miz hit the skull crushing finale, but the ref was too distracted to make the pin. At one point, as Shane went up for the Coast to Coast, but one of the Usos intercepted him. Miz’s dad then encouraged him up to the top rope, for a big splash, but it was countered into a role up for the win from the Usos. After the match, Shane was the one to turn heel. He beat up the Miz, and even got up in his Dad’s face.
Grade: C+. The match was surprisingly fun. I have enjoyed this storyline so far, and the match was have decent with some cool spots. The heel turn was done well, and I was actually surprised with Shane turning on Miz rather than the other way around. I’m looking forward to the promo on Tuesday about why he turned heel.
Elias appeared several times throughout the show. He didn’t really do anything of consequence.
Then we had Asuka vs. Mandy Rose for the Smackdown Women’s Championship. The match was quite bland, but it came to an end when Sonya Deville attempted to introduce a Kendo stick into the match, but Asuka was able to hit the spin kick for the win.
Grade: D. Definitely boring. There were a bunch of botches, and it was generally pointless. It kinda furthered the breaking point between Deville and Rose, but that story has been on and off since Survivor Series, so I have lost faith in it.
Backstage, Big E and Xavier Woods found Kofi Kingston waiting to talk to Vince McMahon about the WWE Championship match. Vince promised that it would be a triple threat, starting now. Kofi went out, only to found out that Vince lied to him, and it was a handicap match against the Bar. They beat Kingston down, and when Big E and Woods came out to help, Nakamura and Rusev attacked them.
Grade: B-. Even though it was squash match, it did its job. Lots of sympathy for Kingston, and it’s looking more and more like he will win the big one at Wrestlemania. As long as that is where this is going, I am into it.
Into the Raw Tag Team Championship matches, pitting the Revival against Bobby Roode and Chad Gable, as well as Ricochet and Aleister Black. Ricochet was playing the underdog throughout the match, while Black got the hot tags. At one point, Gable hit the O’Connor Role onto Black, only for Wilder to hit a frog splash, and then Ricochet hit a frog splash of his own for a near fall. Ricochet also hit a huge suicide dive over the corner of the ring, into Roode. The Revival then hit the shatter machine for the win. After the match, Roode with the Glorious DDT, Black hit the Black Mass, and then Ricochet hit a Michinoku Driver and then the 630 Senton.
Grade: B-. A bit disappointing, but I think that they could be saving it for Wrestlemania. Still a decent match, fun spots. Ricochet was definitely the MVP of the match, flipping and selling all over the place.
Now for the recently booked US Championship match, we had Samoa Joe, Rey Mysterio, Andrade and R-Truth. There was one point where Andrade caught Mysterio in a chokehold, and Truth clotheslined him, driving Mysterio’s head into the floor. Mysterio then reversed a powerslam from Joe into a tornado DDT. He even it a doomsday hurricanrana onto Andrade off the shoulders of R-Truth. Zelina Vega and Carmella attacked each other on the outside, and Joe used the distraction to get off a powerslam for a near fall. Rey hit the 619 on Joe, but he missed the splash, and Joe locked him in the Coquina Clutch for the win.
Grade: B+. The match was quick paced, with huge moves throughout and always something happening. Mysterio and Andrade did awesome work throughout the match, both selling and striking. R-Truth looked awesome too, and Joe got a strong win.
In the first defense of the Women’s Tag Team Championships, the Boss n’ Hug Connection took on Tamina and Nia Jax. They quickly established that Jax and Tamina were stronger. The match was quite boring, but there were a few cool double team moves from Bayley and Banks. Bayley picked up the win with a hurricanrana into a pin. The heels continued the match at the of the match, until Beth Phoenix stepped in and fought back. She too got beat up, eating a leg drop in the middle of the ring. Natalya came out to protect Phoenix, but ate a superkick for that.
Grade: C. I really wasn’t into the match itself, but the return of Beth Phoenix is so cool, that I am into it. Probably a Wrestlemania match springing from this. So the post match beatdown was super fun, but the match itself sucked.
Then we had the WWE Championship match, Daniel Bryan vs. Kevin Owens vs. a returning Mustafa Ali. Both faces teamed up on Bryan, but the alliance quickly devolved. At one point, Bryan hit a huge running dropkick to Ali, knocking him off the top rope and into the barricade. As the match progressed, Owens got more and more frustrated, acting more aggressive as the match went on. Ali then hit Owens with a reverse rana, and then hit Bryan with a Spanish Fly, but Bryan rolled out. Ali then went for the 054 on Owens, but Owens dodged and hit a stunner (apperently a new finisher), but Bryan broke it up. Even a pop up powerbomb to Bryan couldn’t seal the deal. Ali hit Bryan with an 054 on the apron, but when he went for the pin, Rowan pulled him out and joined the battle. Rowan was hit by two superkicks from both Owens and Ali, as well as a hurricanrana from Ali and a scary suicide dive from Owens. Ali then hit a huge tornado DDT from the top rope to the outside to Bryan. Owens hit Ali with a pop up powerbomb into the ring post, but Rowan threw Owens into the barricades, allowing Bryan a near fall, only for a two count. Ali and Bryan exchanged strikes in the middle of the ring, but when Ali went for a splash out of the corner, Bryan intercepted with the running knee for the win. After the match, Rowan hit his weird head slam thing on Ali.
Grade: A. An awesome triple threat that really saved a mostly mediocre card. Everyone played their roles in the match (even Rowan), and anyone of them could’ve won. Lots of awesome near falls, lots of huge spots. Scary stuff, and great work from all of them. I can’t even pick an MVP, because they were all essential to this match. Great stuff to everyone.
Now, a match that everyone wanted to see, we had Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair. If Becky wins, then she gets inserted into the Raw Women’s Championship match at Wrestlemania. In the early part of the match, Flair was just toying with Lynch, and mocking her for her knee injury. Flair targeted the knee throughout the match, both in legal and illegal ways. Flair was in control, until Lynch pushed Flair off the top rope into the outside, barely making it back into the ring. When she made it into the ring, Lynch locked in the Disamher, but Charlotte reversed it into the the figure four. At that moment, Ronda Rousey stormed to the ring and attacked Lynch. Lynch then won by disqualification.
Grade: B+. Entertaining match. Lynch’s desperation really showed through, and so did Flair’s viciousness. I think that Rousey’s interfering makes sense for her character, as she said that she wanted Lynch at mania. Plus, she is that cocky that she thinks she can beat two people at Wrestlemania. Charlotte seemed pissed, because she is a smarmy heel. While Becky was thrilled, because she took relatively little punishment for a DQ win.
So, during another one of Elias’s concerts, Lacey Evans did a catwalk, and then Randy Orton hit an RKO out of nowhere, and then AJ Styles hit Orton with a Phenomenal Forearm. It was all as confusing as it sounds in writing.
Then, in a surprising main event, we had the reformed Shield up against Heel inc. (Corbin, McIntyre, and Lashley) Before the match started, the Shield cleared the heels out of the ring, but quickly organized into an actual match. The Shield hit all of their double and triple team moves. Dean had a cool spot where he hit an elbow drop off of the corner post to McIntyre on the outside. Rollins and Ambrose hit their stereo suicide dives. Roman went for his as well, but was intercepted with a deep six for a near fall. it got to the point where Rollins and Ambrose brawled with McIntyre and Lashley, while Roman and Corbin fought in the ring. Seth took out McIntyre and Lashley with a crossbody off of a balcony in the crowd. Corbin hit the End of Days on Roman, but Rollins and Ambrose broke it up at the very last second. The heels were gonna go for the triple powerbomb on through a table, but again Rollins and Ambrose saved them. The Shield then hit triple powerbombs to McIntyre through a table. In the ring, the Shield surrounded the ring, with Ambrose hitting the Dirty Deeds and then the Shield hit the triple powerbomb for the win. The show closed with the fist bump, for what commentary claimed was the last time.
Grade: B+. Exciting match for sure. Really picked up at the end there too. The final minutes were absolutely awesome. A fitting 6-man tag to end the Shield’s tenure in WWE. Part of me still thinks that Brock may get a triple powerbomb at Wrestlemania, but we will see.
Overall Grade: B-
Pros: Shane O’mac heel turn, US Fatal 4-way, Beth Phoenix returns, WWE Championship, Lynch vs. Flair, 6-man tag
Cons: Pre-show match, Smackdown Women’s Championship, Women’s tag team championship, disappointing Raw Tag Team Championship

Smackdown Live 2/26/19 Review
Yeah, a bit of an odd night. There were some very good segments, but also the show as a whole felt pretty lacking. Although a couple big returns woke up the crowd, only for them to die back down after Charlotte’s promo. Definitely a weak week for the blue brand, and that sucks to see.
We started out with the contract signing for the WWE Championship match at Fastlane, between Daniel Bryan and Kofi Kingston. Kofi is still as hot as he has been for the past few weeks, and he talks about how greatful for his fans. Just as Kofi was about to sign his contract, Vince McMahon himself interrupted, and denied Kingston his match at Fastlane. Instead, it would be the returning Kevin Owens, which is quite the surprise. Owens just sat down at the desk, and signed the contract. As Owens and Bryan stared each other down, the crowd chanted for Kofi, and we cut to commercial.
Grade: B-. This was a good segment, and Kofi’s momentum and promo was very good. But this is a rehash of the current Becky Lynch angle, right down to the Vince doing the replacing. This is a weird segment to grade, because the storyline is a blatant copy, but also we had a good promo and a big return. So I’ll air on the positive side for this one.
Backstage, Owens is talking to Shane and Steph about how he sort of blindsided them by being given the championship match, and he suggests that he and Kofi team up against Bryan and Rowan later on, and the match is granted to them.
Back in the ring, we had a tag match between the Bar and the Hardy Boyz, with the return of Matt Hardy. Matt actually looked like he lost some weight, and is looking pretty good. They beat down Jeff, and Matt got the big hot tag, and looked really good. Jeff hit Cesaro with a Twist of Fate, and then Matt hit Sheamus with one too, followed by a Swanton for the win.
Grade: C. Not bad for a return match, and Matt is looking good. I’ll have to see where this goes, but glad to see Matt is back.
Backstage, we had Aleister Black and Ricochet preparing for their match, and Lana makes fun of them for not having any achievements on the main roster, and they talked about how they beat the Revival yesterday, and Black coined his main roster catchphrase quickly.
Next up, we had a United States Open Challenge with R-Truth. Truth said since he was a kid, he wanted to be like John Cena, (obviously doesn’t make sense) so he is gonna try the open challenge. Both Andrade and Rey Mysterio came out to challenge Truth, and they wanted to fight each other, but Truth calmed everyone down. Carmella said that John Cena would fight them both, and Truth agreed, after some protest.
So, a triple threat for the United States Championship was underway. Truth took a big bump when Andrade powerbombed him on the outside. Andrade then intercepted a baseball slide from Mysterio with a dropkick, before they cut to commercial. When we came back, Mysterio hit a huge hurricanrana to Andrade off the top rope. Truth also started copying Cena’s moves, with big pops. When Truth tried to hit the Attitude Adjustment to Andrade, Zelina Vega tried to help him, only for Carmella to pull her off the apron. These three have weirdly good chemistry, only weird because I didn’t see R-Truth as too serious of a competitor. As Mysterio hit Andrade with the 619, Truth rolled him up for the win.
Grade: B. Good chemistry among the three of them, and Truth really held his own. Not sure what Truth will do for mania, but I imagine a multi-man match that could be fun. Mysterio and Andrade always make magic together. And the little interaction among the managers was cool too.
Charlotte Flair then came out and praised Vince for his booking in replacing Kofi with Kevin Owens. The crowd chanted for Becky, and Flair looked pissed. She basically talked about how she was a good company girl, and she is reliable. Thats why she is in the main event of Wrestlemania. She also said that the reason why Lynch got arrested and why Rousey gave up her title because they fear her. Charlotte was getting mega heat as she spoke. Charlotte kept calling Rousey a quitter for laying down the title, and said that she was the true Women’s Champion. She then also claimed that she will be given the title on Raw next week. She pointed at the sign, and walked out.
Grade: A-. I was unsure about this story, with all the drama around Lynch getting removed and such, but it is turning out great. This was an awesome promo that really showed Charlotte’s character. She is better than anyone that is in her path, and she isn’t afraid to tell them that. She also is positioning herself as the golden girl of the company, which is an easy way to get people to hate you. She is so natural in her cocky heel role, and I’m thrilled to see the change. This is probably the best storyline in wrestling right now. Totally the highlight of the night.
Next up, Black and Ricochet vs. Rusev and Nakamura. I don’t really know why Black and Ricochet together, but it seems like it will be consistent. That bums me out, because they should be singles stars, but at least they have real matches. So I’ll deal with it for now. Started out with Black and Nakamura, which could easily be a payperview main event. Ricochet was mainly used for the selling of the match, and the beatdowns. There was one point in the match where Rusev was literally just yelling at Black, calling him a rookie. Which is kinda apalling considering how good Black is. Ricochet had an awesome hot tag, complete with several kicks and a standing moonsault. But right when Ricochet was heating up, Rusev caught him and threw him to the mat. Eventually, Ricochet is able to take out Rusev with a suicide dive, while Black countered a Kinshasa with a Black Mass.
Grade: C-. This was a decent match, and it’s fine for the callups to get this victory, since this team is so new. But still, there is no reason for the two of them to be a tag team. If there aren’t any plans for them on the main roster, I’d rather have them in NXT, where they at least feel special. Still, weird booking aside, the match was okay. I am just worried about Black and Ricochet after what happened to the last batch of callups.
Backstage, AJ Styles is interviewed by Kayla. She tells him that he is in a bit of a slump, and he tells her that while he is, his standards are higher than anyone’s. He blames himself for what Daniel Bryan has become. He also says that he is going to fight his way back to the WWE Championship, and beat his next challenger. Randy Orton then showed up and questioned how integral he was to Smackdown Live’s success. So it is clear that these two are going to go into Wrestlemania against each other. Lacey Evans then does a catwalk.
Into the main event, pitting Kevin Owens and Kofi Kingston against Daniel Bryan and Rowan. Match started out with Rowan and Kingston, and Rowan threw around both Kingston and his partner. However, when Daniel Bryan got tagged in, Owens and Kingston were both able to get offense off on him. Kingston spent much of the match being beaten down, but Owens got a lot of offense against both of them. The match was really just drudging along, until Owens hit Rowan with a Superkick, and then Bryan with a pop up powerbomb, for a near fall. Kingston took Rowan out with a dive, and then Owens then countered a running knee with a stunner for the shock win.
Grade: D+. Pretty boring match until the end, but the booking was super weird. Does Daniel Bryan really need to lose this much? I don’t find it necessary. I get that KO really needed a win, but he could’ve pinned Rowan I think. Either way, Bryan is beginning to look pretty weak. He only wins when the title is on the line, even in tag matches. So, KO looked good, but the champion looked pretty bad.
Overall grade: D+, because the night lost a lot of momentum in the second half.
Pros: Kevin Owens’ return; Matt Hardy’s return; Charlotte Promo; US Championship triple threat.
Cons: rehashing the Becky Lynch angle for Kofi; Weird booking for Black and Ricochet; Daniel Bryan looks weak
Commentary Line of the night: Tom Phillips “Age is a state of mind.”

MJ Demarco: Unscripted Top 5Animated Book SummaryMJ Demarco the author of ‘the millionaire fastlane’ has got a new book called ‘unscripted’, and these are my top takeaways, so let’s fucking get into it.The Script:The script is the modern day Matrix.
