2019: Third-Phase Facility Expansion
Solico Group initiated the third-phase expansion of its manufacturing facility in 2019, increasing it to an impressive 400,000 ft2. This expansion aimed to meet the escalating demand for its diverse range of products and services.
2020: Commitment to Sustainability

Since the inception of Solico Tanks, continuous investments in research and development have expanded the product range and enhanced product effectiveness. The company now boasts the capability to design and manufacture 6-meter-high water tanks with varying seismic classes, ensuring secure water supplies in some of the world's most vulnerable regions.

Everything About the Custom Made Furniture
In this blog, the readers will get to know about the custom made furniture.
Changing any space into a practical one with furniture in it is simple. It is fundamental for one to be intelligible about the furniture pieces that are either built or purchased with thought for a specific space. If we somehow manage to bottle it down to private spaces, furniture pieces get that truly necessary warmth and, surprisingly, a feeling of solace while portraying the style and feel of the home. Furniture causes a house to feel like a home and yet, it's vital that the furniture is constructed remembering the client. We go to our inside master, the prime supporter of Hipcouch, an inside plan firm based out of Mumbai for master tips and guidance on the most proficient method to buy the best furniture for your home.
Tumblr media
The initial step to changing over a level of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint into a house is to characterize the sort of furniture one expects to work in the space. Lately, because of broad relocations and "living out of the bag" culture, conventional furniture making has assumed a lower priority in a great deal of the metropolitan homes, getting secluded furniture the light.
Furniture Restoration in Dubai, as a general rule, can be sorted into two sorts, uniquely crafted and particular furnishings. Presently while hand crafted furniture pieces ordinarily follow customary strategies which require talented workers and unrefined components that are made into useful pieces. Then again, secluded furniture is efficiently manufactured, processing plant made furniture pieces that are intended to keep the interest of a more extensive gathering in thought. Is it true or not that you are seeking to get some new furniture for your home? With the merry season around, this is practically the ideal open door, right?
Tumblr media
The genuine distinction here is that specially crafted furniture keeps an eye of accuracy on the nature of the item. Alongside the utilization of confirmed, great unrefined substances, its making can be checked with a shrewd eye. Tweaked pieces, additionally will generally follow the customary furniture-production process which assists with characterizing the time contributed by the expert. There is a colossal hole between a hand craft and efficient manufacture, brings up. The efficiently manufactured things frequently use less time as it includes the utilization of mechanical machines. It is of a high chance that the materials that go into creation may at times wind up unaided and may collect less consideration as they go in for creation for a bigger scope. Look for the best Custom Furniture Dubai service provider online.

On the Mythology of Lost Hegemony
Tumblr media
US relational power manifestly recedes, structurally, however, a potency hitherto unseen whereby outcomes of global decision-making originate from American supremacy negates any perceived loss of hegemony. Strange (1987:554) aptly falsifies any merits of economic indicators alone which throws into relief US decline such as values of monetary reserves, share of world trade. etc., yet her caprice to do so ultimately falters when, though these indices matter little insofar as they omit the contribution of other dynamic forces in the world economy such as the role of multinationals vis-à-vis national income and power, these econometrics in relation to FDI outflows and inflows reveal a different diagnosis of US power. Structurally, the American economy remains the greatest investment and investor. If, while questioning the stigma perpetrated by Marxists to the ethics of Americanization via multinationals, American power elicits widespread contempt, the economy would not, according to UNCTAD data, frequently rank first in world percentage of FDI inflows to the discredit firstly of any sort of coercive or exploitative hegemony (Snidal 1985; Gilpin 1975:34), and secondly of the premature knell of Pax Americana sounded by alarmists which does not correspond to reality.1
Tumblr media
A ‘broker state’ or ‘entrepreneurial state’, since the 1970s whereby investment influx becomes a reinvested efflux, colours the new transnational capitalist class in the US, its internationalization of private property compounds American presence abroad, and its wherewithal finances hegemonic stability whose superintendence over open markets and macroeconomic coordination hedge against interstate conflict (Graham 1984; Mazzucato 2015; Robinson & Harris 2000:11; Hymer 1979:262). The utility of foreign investment, extending far beyond its garden-variety function of economic growth, affects modern hegemony in political, economic, diplomatic, and cultural remits (Wallerstein 1984:37-44), and dispels any notion of a Kondratiev upswing galvanized by the emulous prospect of emerging markets when, in reality, conventional wisdom of  such American declinism or defeatism does not objectively support the facts. US multinationals dominate the world’s production structure, the political economy of such power wielded by corporate headquarters cannot be understated, that the decision of who produces what, when, and where rivals any claim of a decreasing share of world exports, or of manufacturers. This material, normative, and structural dimension of US foreign investment invariably embodies a phase of investment capitalism, that which was preceded by industrialism, inducing the internationalization of liberal policies or, politically, the ‘Washington consensus’ as in deregulated markets or reduced barriers to trade (Williamson 1990; Gill & Law 1989:479).
Extension of the State by American multinationals through transnational capital  including productive and financial subsets and their monopolies or oligopolies of retail, entertainment, aerospace, financial services, energy, IT services, or healthcare industries exerts massive influence on world markets. One case study of the ‘Seven Sisters’, prior to the cartelization by OPEC of fossil fuels which was cartelized by a price-fixing oligopoly of five American firms, one British and one Anglo-Dutch from 1920s until the late 1960s, demonstrates the vast control multinationals can possess on inelastic goods, in this case energy resources, whose non-substitutability monopolized market share (Sampson 1975). The worldly brain of multinationals equally appraises and scouts locations for itself, as a political risk analysis, hospitable for expansion based on legal freedoms, factor costs, labour relations, and political stability (Schollhammer 1978). The economic policies of foreign countries, abiding by the matrix of rules set by multinationals, cannot resist nor defend against this penetration of US foreign investment, if obstinately they protest, as did French nationalist President Charles de Gaulle and Premier Georges Pompidou in the 1960s (Servan-Schreiber 1968:19), American firms may elect to simply relocate in contiguous countries as they did in the European Community. Should intransigence prevail, the federal, devolved, and autonomous nature of countries can, in opposition to central authority, still insubordinately welcome multinationals in cantons, länder, provinces, or states in spite of national policy (Gill and Law 1989:485). The flexibility of multinationals exporting US power is incredible.
The reason for the covetous appeal of American firms, in this case and more generally, issues principally from one master variable — productivity, a key performance indicator of growth. Comparatively, US GDP per hour growth increased from 1.3 percent during the 1980-1995 interstice to 2.2 percent between 1995 and 2006, amid the same period Europe’s measure decreased from 2.3 percent to 1.4 percent (Inklaar et al. 2008), this productivity keystone symbolizes an asset of American firms as they replicate their business models through affiliates (Gordon 2010). A survey of fixed assets as in a McDonald’s or Starbucks in Dubai or Paris, for instance, would evoke the same management practices, kitchen or kitchenette configuration, and promotions as in the US, these restaurants rather than retailers are embassies for the American way of life, and the incalculable effect of such power on the global consciousness can only be indiscriminately labelled as Americanization which purportedly differs from the less than saccharine view of US decline. The productivity of US multinationals, belying the Solow Paradox that investment in IT depresses production rates (Bloom et al. 2007:5), hinges on their proficiency to usefully employ such capital more efficaciously than any other foreign competitor, for instance McDonald’s pioneered the self-service touchscreen kiosk which expediently personalizes consumption whose automation reduces the need for human capital, or Uber and Lyft incorporate smartphone technology to undercut traditional taxi services, or Starbucks’ mobile ordering and smartphone app, it is then the information age which has truly intensified the prominent role of the American brand in the world economy.
Productivity premised on technological, managerial, and marketing strengths, as well as on knowledge acquired from precedents of internationalization supports US hegemony, this competitive advantage from proprietary or intangible assets  and from geographical diversification raises production rates at home and abroad. At home, US-headquartered multinationals account for 74 percent of all private sector R&D (Barefoot & Mataloni 2009), their factor productivity exceeds operational efficiency by 4.2 percent over large import-competing firms and 11.2 percent over small ones, and similarly labour productivity exceeds  these domestic plants with varying sizes by 16.6 percent and 44.6 respectively (Moran 2012:3). The replication of such productivity abroad represents an important incentive for foreign governments to house them in an effort to grow their own national income. Such wealth-creation does not hemorrhage US hegemonic power through its diffusion, however, when the knowledge economy of the American renaissance ascribes to and can be measured by value-added production of which, in 2007, 70 percent of the country’s $3.7tn was generated nationally (Moran 2012:3), whereas the residual 30 percent originated from labour-intensive economies, thus the export of low-skilled jobs to maquiladoras, as an example, rewards American university graduates with better salaries. US multinationals then sophisticate as opposed to hollow-out American economic power and competitiveness by shortening lead times, emphasizing proprietary products, continuously innovating, and privileging design over assembly, the hidden assumption of deindustrialization is that such firms idle which is simply fallacious.
_______________________________________________________________________
1 Between 1987 and 1996, 19 percent of all productivity growth in the US issued from inward investment. See KELLER, W. & YEAPLE, S. R. 2009. Multinational Enterprises, International Trade, and Productivity Growth: Firm-Level Evidence from the United States. Review of Economics and Statistics.
