One of Lupin's most underrated lines for me is this one from Part V Episode 2:

"I'm Lupin the Third. I'm not some TV entertainer, I'm a thief. And sometimes, I steal lives."

He makes it clear what his destiny entails, what it means to him and that he doesn't do anything just to impress others.

It shows for me the reason why he is known and also respected in the underworld. Apart from his otherwise light-hearted nature, these are the serious moments that I love and admire about him.

I've been rewatching pt 5 as of recent and it's kinda refreshing to me after I've been putting it off for a long while

All of these are from the episodes I like to call the "Albert Arc", since it's it involves Albert spiteing and manipulating Lupin into stealing The Black Notebook.

Ngl I really liked how angry and on edge Lupin was in this arc, which made me appreciate Lupin angst, that's why its my most fave part of the series lmao

Pt 5 was the very first part I started off with when it came to the anime, since it caught my attention more

I just noticed that in the English dub the voice actor of Bruno (the spiky redhead from the security company, sorry I couldn't find a good picture) in Part V Episode 12 is the same as Lupin in Koike's movies.

It's especially funny since Lupin disguises himself as Bruno for a short time.
