Sooo… vamp Kaveh when? Either as the occasional rival or the VERY reluctant support, with support being more hilarious because the image of this known-to-be straight-laced, blunt, would-rather-sit-at-home-alone-with-a-book, guy pacing and ranting about his amazing new human and kaveh’s just sitting there with a glass of wine and the most dead pan face thinking “just kill me already” before giving his tips on being romantic and charming to al-haitham (hint. Gifts and cheesy pick up lines)

When I was brainstorming about this entire au, Vampire Kaveh almost threatened Alhaitham's position *ahem* I've wanted to talk about them actually but didn't know how to bring it up :p so thank you giving me the opportunity<3

Vampire Alhaitham knows only two worlds : one with you and the other without you, which contains all the external variables that he's so adamant on keeping you away and protected from — Kaveh, just so happens to be one of them. Alhaitham has narrowed down his expectations to one single rule ; for you to forget about your previous life and the waking world altogether and in the pursuit of shaping you to that compliance, he's not compromised in the slight. From 'taking' you from your miserable existence, giving you all the luxury a human could dream of so that you'd never think of fickle things such as the sunlight again, to taking extreme protection measures all around his house (e.g. casting ancient spells that's capable of disintegrating anything that dares to come near).

Such brute security is mainly the result of his paranoia because he knows if a certain senior vampire were to catch wind of anything, he'd not give up until he's managed to barge in his house and discover his precious flower. Alhaitham has always been a self-assured man but somewhere, deep deep down he suppresses a tiny flicker of doubt. Alhaitham is no doubt selfish but Kaveh? He fears that if the blonde was ever to find out and by then, he predicts further for him to fall for your charm ; that sweet-talking, coddling and cooing bastard would earn a place in your delicate heart.

Kaveh on the other hand, has plentiful of questions regarding Alhaitham's sudden change in demeanor. The feared and no-nonsense Alhaitham who now tears flower petals at work with a comical seriousness, who's even more eager than before to finish his job and disappear without a trace — everyone is brimming with curiosity but know better not to confront the vampire lest they should ruin his good mood. Kaveh though, can't just get rid off the feeling that something is amiss. And in the case he were to discover more concrete evidence, pushed further by curiousity to find a loophole around Alhaitham's spells and find you, safely tucked and glimmering in that place he previously resided in, too? Let's just say that'd be one situation that wouldn't be solved simply by a few curt threats.

But taking as Alhaitham has every possible outcome that could incipient from kidnapping you predicted and uprooted, that case is highly unlikely.

Perhaps in a different timeline where Kaveh has intervened way before the kidnapping, you'd find yourself between two vampires instead ¯\_(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)_/¯

But the instance where Kaveh has to play love adviser could happen as well if you consider Vampire Alhaitham's persistence in keeping you content<3
